Marija, her husband Paolo, A Friend of Medjugorje and his wife, Annette, traveled together from Mexico City, to Guayaquil, Ecuador, to Miami/Key Biscayne on an Evangelization effort to bring Our Lady and Her messages to these regions. Public events were held at each location for the faithful to come and be in the presence of Our Lady in the apparitions to Marija. The week-long spiritual journey, beginning October 19 and ending on October 25, allowed thousands of people to experience the grace of Our Lady that, heretofore, would never have been able to before.

“Follower of Our Lady: Where is Your Joy?”
The following is a partial transcription from the Radio Wave broadcast for the October 25, 2011 show, hosted by A Friend of Medjugorje, discussing the monthly message Our Lady of Medjugorje given to the world through Marija. Mexico, Ecuador, Key Biscayne/Miami
…the whole purpose for the Latin American trip was to go and plant seeds. The seeds that are being planted now are different than they were fifteen to twenty-five years ago with the Medjugorje apparitions. What I said a little bit earlier in the program is we have much supportive evidence secularly, with things falling apart in the world, that now helps us see more clearly what and why Our Lady is coming. Just fifteen years ago many were doing well, borrowing to get ahead, making an adequate amount or a lot of money. There was no economic doom and gloom and the evidence of a deteriorating culture we see now. If you mentioned these present days were coming, they’d say, ‘Where did you get that from? Why are you busting my party, my joy and my party, you doomsdayer?’ We’ve never promoted Medjugorje in a doomsday way but when you tell people things are going to change in the future, they see it in the wrong way. But the changes that are coming are good and bad changes, depending on what and how you change now.
And so we went to Mexico City, and the purpose was to give Mexico’s future to Our Lady and to introduce and re-introduce a lot of people to Our Lady’s messages. A lot of people have fallen away from Medjugorje, the messages and Our Lady’s apparitions. Our Lady’s presence was not only to bring conversion and give these nations to Our Lady, but for those who’ve grown lax or cold to reinvigorate them. And we saw that fruit in Mexico.
From there we went to Ecuador, where many have not been to Medjugorje, as they could never afford to go. So how was it that Our Lady came to Ecuador? When Marija was at our place here at Caritas in March 2011, Our Lady appeared in the Bedroom of Apparitions and also the Field of Apparitions. During this March visit, we had seven apparitions. There was one man from Ecuador dying from cancer, who had been travelling to Miami and had been going to the best doctors in the world in Houston. He was brought to Caritas by another friend we know, a good friend of Caritas in Miami/Key Biscayne. Our Miami friend knew the man from Ecuador who only had 2-3 weeks to live. He wanted to bring him to the Field and the Bedroom of Apparitions when Our Lady would appear March 19 – 23. But then the doctors decided they wanted the man from Ecuador to be in Houston the same week of Our Lady’s apparition at Caritas. So he planned to go to the doctors in Houston and cancelled coming to Caritas for the apparitions.
When I learned this, I told my friend in Miami to “tell your friend from Ecuador this isn’t going to happen. Be strong with him. You know him, but I know Our Lady and She is the medicine he needs. With the doctors giving him just a few more weeks to live, what can they do for him anyway?” As I had not talked to him, I reiterated to my Miami friend, “You tell him, that Our Lady can do more for him than the doctors can, and so have him come here. If you can’t get him here for the whole five days of the event, get him here by whatever way you can.” So my friend from Miami did that and was very strong. I don’t want to say forceful, but the Ecuadorian gentleman relented going to Texas and said okay, he’d come to Caritas. The first day he was at Caritas was March 21. Our Lady had said the day before that She’d appear for the next apparition in the Bedroom. So it was Our Lady’s choice this day to appear in the Bedroom of Apparitions, rather than in the Field where thousands were gathered. Our Lady also gave the time of the apparition. That is one of our joys when Our Lady is with us at Caritas. Marija’s husband, Paolo, once said, “We’ve seen Our Lady do things there at Caritas that She doesn’t do anywhere else.”
We, in the Community of Caritas, have witnessed plans of Our Lady that have manifested through the years. Anybody that reads the Silver Jubilee section on mej.com can really see this for themselves. Our Lady has many plans around the world. It is Her words that tell this. She said on June 8, 1990:
Our Lady also stated on July 24, 1989:
In 1988, Medjugorje visionary Marija Lunetti came to stay in the home of Caritas’ founder and his wife in Alabama for 2 ½ months. Through a series of events orchestrated by Heaven, her daily apparitions took place in their bedroom. Our Lady gave messages everyday from this room. It became apparent that Our Lady was showing, through these apparitions in the Bedroom, that She had come to bring healing and restoration to families. Over the past 25 years, Our Lady has appeared 128 times to Marija in the Bedroom.
Our Lady, several times, has spoken about Her “…plans…” And one of these plans, of course is to expand Medjugorje. Through our mission in Alabama, Caritas is a billboard for Medjugorje. A lot of people go to Medjugorje after they come here because of what’s happened and their experiences. What Our Lady gives in these two apparition sites, the Bedroom and Field of Apparitions, is not a subtraction from Medjugorje, rather an addition, increasing greatly the numbers who follow Our Lady. It’s an increase of the gifts God has given here in the Bedroom, Field, the community and the mission. Our Lady just gave a message last month on September 25, 2011:
And so I’m saying things now that I wouldn’t have said two months ago to you. Our Lady has given many public messages from the Bedroom and several private messages. But I’m telling you that now, because these are gifts God has given us, now She is saying, “…witness them with your words and life…” We’ve been, up to this point, just with our witness.
So, our Ecuadorian friend comes here, his name is Alfonso. I spoke to Marija about his situation, that his four grown children had come with him and that his wife had died twelve years ago at age forty-two. Here he was in his 50’s, with his four children and they’re about to lose their father—a very close family, very nice family, very Catholic family. So I talked to Marija to explain the situation to her, and then our friend from Miami, Tony, he went in and translated for Marija also to help explain to her, putting them in our sunroom to talk so that Marija could understand fully Alfonso’s situation. It was explained to Marija he had two to four weeks to live. For the apparition, we go in the Bedroom, we’re praying the Rosary. Alfonso comes and kneels at the foot of the Bed. Marija is in between Alfonso and myself and my wife. We have Alfonso with his four children kneeling beside the Bed. And then maybe twenty, thirty other people are in the Bedroom. Our Lady had already appeared twice in the Bedroom during this visit in March on the 19th and 20th . But, unlike the other apparitions, this one in the Bedroom when Alfonso was present, I felt something very powerful in the room. The next day Our Lady decided to appear out in the Field. In all, there were seven apparitions in March; five apparitions in the Bedroom and two apparitions in the Field. But, none of the apparitions were like that one apparition in the Bedroom on March 21.
Sometimes we can feel Our Lady in our spirit; a detectible strength of Her presence. I’ve felt Our Lady’s presence at different times more profound than other times. Through twenty-three years of Marija’s visits and over 160 apparitions this sometimes occurs. But because of what I felt in this apparition, it told me that perhaps Alfonso and his family received some kind of grace to accept his death, the acceptance of what he’s going through. And so Marija continues through Our Lady’s apparition and while we’re praying silently and I can hear Alfonso’s adult children quietly weeping, even whimpering in sadness during the apparition. After the apparition there was a change. Joy began to be manifested, or at least Alfonso seemed to be so. And Alfonso transferred his joy into his children. And they went out to eat very joyful, very happy, the first time in months. They stayed the next few days praying a great deal.
A devout protestant man who was present for the first time in an apparition in the Bedroom the evening of the 21st of March, said that he felt something very strong in the room that night. He relayed to us that for some reason, his eyes were being drawn to a man who was kneeling next to Marija at the foot of the bed. The protestant man did not know who the man was, only that he could not take his eyes off of him. That man kneeling next to Marija at the foot of the bed was Alfonso.
A few days after leaving Caritas, Alfonso had to go to do his tests in Houston, Texas. After testing him, the doctors showed Alfonso’s x-rays to him. They told him, “Here are your x-rays a month ago. Here’s your liver with the cancer: There are two tumors on it. Here’s the one from yesterday; nothing’s there. Here’s your pancreas a month ago, with cancer.” The doctors show the x-ray from yesterday; there’s nothing there! “Here’s your lungs one month ago. Here you can see the four lesions on it from the cancer.” The doctors show him yesterday’s x-ray, there’s nothing there! Alfonso’s family was astounded. The doctors didn’t know what to make of it. Maybe chemotherapy worked. But chemotherapy cannot take scars off the liver. It can’t take away cancer scars off the pancreas. It can’t take away the scars on the lungs. Complete cure! 100% cure! But what no one knew, except Alfonso, is on March 21, while in the Bedroom of Apparitions, kneeling at the foot of the Bed, and he heard a voice inside of himself, the voice of Our Lady telling him, “Do not worry for yourself, start being concerned for others.” To me, when I later learned of the word “start” from the sweet, gentle, yet strong voice whose message he heard interiorly, I knew Alfonso’s cure was a done deal. In other words, “I’ve taken care of you; you’re cured for now. Don’t worry for yourself anymore. You be concerned…‘start’ thinking of others. You’re done. You ‘start’ from this moment of your healing being concerned for others. ‘Start’ your new lease on life, short or long, for others!”
Our Lady recently said on November 2, 2011,
This November 2 message was, obviously, not in the original October 25, 2011 Radio Wave program, but was added because Our Lady’s words of November 2, 2011 so clearly paralleled the point being made.
Alfonso, with the great gift he’s received, is now one more light for Our Lady to use to illuminate the way…with his words and life as She said on September 25 2011:
Alfonso, healed by Our Lady from the Bedroom of Apparitions, is one more fruit of Our Lady’s message given on October 6, 1986* through Marija of what would be taking place with Our Lady’s apparitions twenty-five years later in the Bedroom and the Field.
So out of this miraculous healing, we arranged for Marija to go down to Ecuador on October 22, 2011. Alfonso and his family, being concerned for others, actually funded this whole event and we had thousands show up. They paid for about a hundred buses to bring in poor people. It was beautiful. The program didn’t start until 9 o’clock in the morning. At 7:30 A.M. the buses began arriving and the poor people, the Ecuadorians, began dancing they were so excited. Priests were hearing confessions where many “fish” were caught. Some who were friends who didn’t want much to do with God came because there had been so much publicity. They were on their knees, crying and later going to Mass after the apparition. They hadn’t been to Mass in years. Just the buses alone brought 4000 people and there were several thousand people above that! So, there are new seeds of conversion planted there now. And Ecuador is having trouble. Guatemala’s in trouble. Chavez, leader of Venezuela is influencing other nations, spreading some of his errors and so they need Our Lady. They need the love of Our Lady.
And so, from Mexico City to Ecuador to Key Biscayne—we have dear friends in all three places. So, we helped put all this together. We were able, of course, to take a lot of material to Key Biscayne. We gave away over 21,000 books and booklets and a great deal of other material with a retail value of at least $70,000. Just gave it away, because that’s how our mission is structured. I know there are a few people who resist our mission, there are people out there that don’t like what we do, but the evidence of fruit is there for anyone of good will if one really wants to find the truth. So a lot of people with these materials continued to be fed after they left when the apparitions ended. It was a beautiful thing. We’re getting testimonies coming in. We’re hearing from people across this Latin American trip who are giving their testimonies. We’re hearing beautiful stories, we’ve met a lot of people. Some of you who are listening to this show, we’ve heard from you and we are grateful and pray for you.
And so, the big thing was Our Lady could’ve done anything. Our Lady could’ve taken care of Alfonso in the Field. Our Lady could’ve taken care of him any other time because two years before he had gone to Medjugorje, but She didn’t act then. It was in the Bedroom of Apparitions that Alfonso received his miracle. So we give you this as Our Lady’s instruction as She said on September 25, 2011:
Our Lady is bringing us joy because resurrection can come from that. The family is sick. The Bedroom of Apparitions represents the healing of the family. It’s life. Throughout history, the bed has always been where conception takes place, the birth of children takes place and the place where one often leaves this life passing into eternity. It encompasses the full circle of life. Marriage, God’s greatest institution, is in default and is the sickest thing in the world spreading disease through the nations. When the family is healthy, the nation will be healthy. When the family is sick, the nation will be sick. You heal the family, which individuals are raised in, and you heal the nation. And so, this cure in the Bedroom of Apparitions by Our Lady is the impetus for going to Ecuador, to give Ecuador to Our Lady. Give Mexico to Our Lady. Mexico is in trouble, big trouble. You can’t go just anywhere in Mexico. You’ve got to be practically under guard in many areas of Mexico. Ecuador in the same way needs to be under Our Lady’s mantle. The world’s nations are on a path towards dark things in the future. We know our nation, the United States, is headed there also. Our Lady is the hope of the family. Our Lady is the hope of nations. Our Lady is the hope of the world. The Bedroom of Apparitions is a love story written for you, for family, for life. It is a sign God has not abandoned us. The place of conception for the building of holy, righteous nations!
Everyone living here should be grateful and feel fortunate that we live in this country of America. It is a joy, even in the midst of the trials we are going through now. There’s no place like this place. And the reason for that is because it is based in the principals of Christ. It’s founding is based on Christ’s principles. For the United States, the first two hundred years, it was a beacon that everyone dreamed of. Many sold everything, gave up everything to come to the United States from other countries. Why was this? Because people here were concerned for their neighbor. People were able to build their lives on Christian principles. Yes, there was sin. Sin is always present. But, the United States was different. It’s flourished with its freedom, its liberty. These traits were the fruit that came from its recognition that it originated from God and it was to God that we owed thanksgiving for the bounty and privilege to live here. And yet for the last several decades great effort is spent to reverse this Christian land, to make this land abandon God and base it instead in humanism. Our Lady is calling us back to humility, to the God of our fathers; to Her Son. HE is the light and the only future for family, nation, and the world.
The day on which Thanksgiving Day fell in 1988 was November 24. Our Lady told us She would appear outside in the Field under the Pine Tree and Our Lady invited the public to come. Could it be even remotely possible that Our Lady did not know this was the only day exclusive to our nation that the United States of America gives thanksgiving to God the Father? A day rooted back to Plymouth where the first Thanksgiving meal took place. A holy and religious event with one’s neighbor! The tree in the Field, a “Plymouth Rock,” came to represent our nation. The Bedroom came to represent the healing of the family, which heals the nation. That’s why this is a beautiful love story. Our Lady, through Her one apparition in the Field during the three months of 1988-1989 began to draw people together in the Field of Apparitions, where She gave a message Thanksgiving Day, November 24, 1988. Our Lady said from underneath the Pine:
So we can find joy in everything, from our nation to our family, even in our sicknesses Our Lady wants us to recognize our blessings and be in joyful thanksgiving. No matter the condition we are in, we are to be rejoicing. Alfonso was supposed to be dead and now has resurrected! His whole family has resurrected. They thought, they never dreamed, that he would be alive right now…they thought they would be visiting him in the cemetery. Everyone will die. Whether God gives Alfonso a few extra months or decades to live, God’s miracle speaks of His love for us. And this isn’t the only miracle we’ve seen in the Bedroom or at Caritas. The hearts of many have been touched and healed there. Alfonso’s case is documented, the best doctors, the x-rays, the best hospitals, the timeframe of a few weeks and Alfonso almost didn’t come! My friend in Miami, I told him, “You demand it.” And he demanded it and they came. What would have happened had he not come? If he chose instead to go to the doctors for help when they had already done all they could do? What will happen if we do not speak, if we do not spread Medjugorje to that one person in need, an Alfonso, who crosses our path in life and you can give them God? You, we, have a great responsibility. Our Lady said on May 8, 1986:
It is ours not to keep, but to give, to be given in concern for others.

Who is a Friend of Medjugorje?

*When a Friend of Medjugorje was in Medjugorje, on October 6, 1986, he asked Our Lady a question through one of the visionaries of Medjugorje. He wanted Our Lady to allow the same conversion that was taking place in Medjugorje to take place in the area where he lived in Alabama and that She would spread this conversion as far as She wished. Our Lady responded by saying:
“Pray and by your life witness. Not with words but rather through prayer will you attain what your desire is. Therefore, pray more and live in humility.”
She answered this prayer by actually coming to the home of our founder in November, 1988. Her apparitions there began a plan that has brought hundreds of thousands to conversion through the years. The miracle of Alfonso in the Bedroom is one of countless stories of those who have been impacted by the grace of the Bedroom.
The Caritas community has friends from all over the world. This testimony from Peru is one of thousands of pilgrims who were blessed with multiple graces through Our Lady’s presence in Ecuador on October 22, 2011.
Dear Caritas,
Our Lady touched me through the announcement on Caritas’ mej.com, when I read that Marija, her husband, A Friend of Medjugorje and his wife would come to this part of the world, South America. I was in Maine in the United States, two days before I was going to come to Peru. I had been to Mass that morning and heard a voice from the Blessed Sacrament that the Lord would need me here in this part of the world. That is when all this beautiful story of love started.
I called Caritas and volunteered myself to start helping out with this event. When I got to Peru, indeed I knew I was supposed to come to Peru. My family needed me here. My mom was almost about to ask God to take her with Him to suffer no more. However, I only asked prayers for her from the Community of Caritas. A lot of things began to happen as I began to find ways to get to Ecuador. There was a lot to organize and I began to feel overwhelmed. I felt sad thinking of my country, all that is happening and the lack of faith of the people. I wondered what I could do. I began praying for Peru, for my whole country. Then I prayed for Our Lady’s help and picked a message from the book of Our Lady’s messages, Words from Heaven. I opened to August 25, 1994:
A lot of people are praying for their countries but they don’t see things happening. But I want to tell them, things do happen! I want to tell them their prayers are heard and to keep praying. Our Lady heard our prayers for Peru.
It was by Our Lady through Caritas and their prayers that I got in touch with a group of other pilgrims in Peru that were very happy to hear that Our Lady would come to this part of the world. We had to figure out how we were going to get from Peru to Ecuador. I first looked into buses, but they were too expensive. I prayed more and had the idea to look at airfare. I discovered that prices to fly were miraculously low, even the airline representative couldn’t believe it. At that point my parents decided to come with me. Even my fiancé, Eric from Maine, decided to come with me and take me to Guayaquil, Ecuador to be part of this huge event. So I, my fiancé, my parents and twenty-two other pilgrims from Peru were able to buy tickets at this unbelievably low price of $259.00, dropping to almost one third of the original price, allowing us to attend the apparition in Ecuador. The woman at the airline who was helping me buy the tickets, after she saw what was happening and I told her about the event, she said to me, “Oh, now everyone will want to go. Now I want to go with you because everyone is so excited about this event.” More people wanted to come a few days after I bought plane tickets at the miraculous price, but the prices had instantly gone back up to $725.00 per ticket.
Next, I had to request time off from work at my new job in order to attend the apparition and be with Our Lady. It was incredible how fast the principal of my work allowed me to get one day off to get to Guayaquil on Saturday morning. I’m a teacher and was able to take with me a lot of petitions from my students, friends, and other families to present to Our Lady Queen of Peace when she would appear. It was remarkable to be again in the presence of Our Lady.
From being in the presence of Our Lady that day in Guayaquil, Ecuador, my mother got healed specially from her soul, my dad was touched amazingly, and Eric and I got a tremendous joy and peace in our hearts. Before the event, my mom’s health was really bad. She was in a lot of pain because of her knees, barely able to walk and on a lot of medication. After apparition time, my mom, who went to the event almost in a wheelchair, was leaping and playing hide and seek with my father on the streets of Guayaquil. When we returned home, my mom was talking about her healing and being able to walk again. She exclaimed to me, “That’s Our Lady. Our Lady did this.” I think, wow, I know Our Lady healed us, my mom, my dad and me; our souls and our bodies. My Mom is walking now with no pain and no medication, not even Glucose that she had been taking for her knees. We brought home with us to Peru Our Lady’s joy, blessings, and peace as Marija said at the end of her talk to do.
But, what was more amazing, was that on the plane ride home to our surprise, I got the newspaper of the day, which I normally do not do. I found an amazing article with a picture of what happened from the event in Guayaquil, showing the Peruvian flag, and behind Marija, my parents. Then my fiancé, Eric, also looking at the photograph, found me behind Marija when she was having her apparition. Then I saw, next to me, Eric was right there. That is when I understood that Our Lady would start another story of love here in Peru, just like the message She had given me before we had a way to get to Ecuador when She said,
On Monday afternoon, after returning home, I went to work, and everybody received me with great joy because they told me indeed Our Lady had appeared in Guayaquil because a lot of miracles happened that weekend that I was in Ecuador. For instance, my co-worker’s mom, who is ninety-nine, was very sick with pneumonia and close to death, being given only three more days to live. Before leaving for Ecuador, my co-worker called me and told me the doctors were about to pull her off of life support and she was deeply upset. I said to my friend, “I’m going to present your mother to Our Lady.” I wasn’t going to ask for healing, though, I was just going to present her name to Our Lady because I knew God has better plans than we do. When I returned home, my co-worker told me that her mother got dismissed from the hospital after miraculously recovering from pneumonia during the weekend of the event. My boss found the answer to something that she was praying many, many years for. I couldn’t believe when I got back to work that she was waiting for me with a picture of Our Lady in her office. Lots of my little students’ petitions were also heard and answered.
As a family, Our Lady gave us the following message picked after Mass, from the book of Our Lady’s messages, Words from Heaven:

Love you all!!! Thank you for your prayers. I am ready to keep working to become carriers of Our Lady’s messages. Be praised the Lord!!!!

One Psychologist, Six Visionaries Caught By Surprise
Marija speaks after today’s apparition on October 22, 2011 in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
“…Our Lady took Vicka and Jakov to Heaven. The way it happened, She took them by the hand and Jakov said it was as if step by step he ‘climbed’ into Heaven and he saw the houses as they became smaller. And he said he had the impression that he was on a plane as they were going up and at a certain point, they arrived into Paradise. They saw Purgatory and they saw Hell. Our Lady brought him back to Earth after forty minutes, and he gives testimony that there is another life; that Paradise exists, that Purgatory exists and that hell exists! And that it is worthwhile to live our life on this earth doing good, loving each other like God loved us by giving up His only Son. That is how we started, little by little, to pray, because our life was not only of a little parish with a distant God in Heaven. It was me with God and Our Lady; with the saints, angels, cherubim, including our deceased loved ones, because they are not forgotten. They are in the glory of God in Paradise. We had a priest come to Medjugorje who came to control us. He had a doctorate in Psychology. They sent him to Medjugorje specifically to control us visionaries. He watched us very closely. Every day he has been with us. After a while, he, before the apparition would ask us, ‘How is Our Lady?’ He had to write down everything . But because of all this writing and investigating, he ended up falling in love with Our Lady! Because every time Our Lady appeared, we asked him to get closer to us and he asked us, ‘What happened? How does Our Lady look? What has She said?’ When She looks at us, She does not only look at our face, but inside us deeply. Because we are naked in front of Our Lady. The soul is open to our heart and Our Lady was very happy because we belonged to Her. Because She has been able to use us and we are very happy to be her instruments. That is how we started to pray. At the beginning we did not know how to say many prayers. The only thing we prayed was the Our Father, the Hail Mary and the Glory Be because it was the only thing that we knew. Imagine if each one of us here would pray a Hail Mary. It is a prayer. We would have prayed! Afterwards we learned the Hail, Holy Queen, the Mysteries of the Rosary, but everything has been coming to us little by little. And we have had the opportunity of being with Our Lady in a school of prayer. And we, as students, were very happy in this school and then we started, with all our strength to share what She was telling us. And a lot of people have come to us who needed healing of their bodies, their souls, their finances and many times we have seen illnesses that we did not know. We simply asked Our Lady to do the miracle and Our Lady started to pray and we said, ‘Do you see? Our Lady has prayed!’ And in the bottom of our heart we wanted the miracle right away, but God’s timing is not our timing! Our Lady had Her plan. We had started to pray, at the beginning with a lot of effort but it became a joy.
We have learned not only to fall in love with Her, we thought that if we did not pray enough it would take longer for Her to come back. We came to think that the longer we prayed, the longer She would stay with us, but sometimes She would appear, bless us and disappear. We began to think there in Heaven She had hundreds of angels and cherubim that waited for Her to get back quickly to Paradise! But then Our Lady came to us to say, ‘Dear children…’ Her ‘dear children’ we thought must be the priests, the consecrated, but Our Lady has said to give Her message to the whole parish and She began to guide our parish, the people. We had started to serve Her, to listen to Her. We had started to put into practice what She had taught us. And Our Lady said, ‘Pray for my intentions.’ She has told us many times to fast for nine days with only bread and water. Imagine the temptation we had when we opened the refrigerator, but we closed it and we said, like it is written in Holy Scriptures: ‘Those evil spirits can only be conquered with prayer and fasting.’ In that moment that was our small battle; but we wanted to do it for Her because we had fallen in love with Our Lady and we wanted to follow Her and do everything She asked. And She started to guide us. She wanted to take our parish as an example to other parishes and other people have started to come and Our Lady has started to give them messages, but the messages were also for us. Our Lady had chosen us, not only us but the parish! We felt a great joy because of this experience. We bragged about having the Bible in our homes, having prayer groups in our families. We were proud to be Christians because we had started to put Jesus first.”

It is so moving, and gave tears to my eyes, reading the miracles at the Bedroom. that leads to Ecuador apparitions. I hope and pray that it will also come to Canada, for so many are unbelievers here. I can only pray for Our Lady to visit us.

what beautiful stories and miracles of Our Lady ….. it gives me hope and much thanksgiving….I could only wish she could come to Alaska where ‘progressive-liberalism’ has all but ruined our beautiful traditional Catholic church..so many have left our faith…searching for the unseen God…

I was so happy to hear this good news and tears of happiness came to my eyes. I would so love to be able to visit Our Mother Mary in Medjugorje or Caritas. Caritas would surely be closer for me, but I do not believe that it will be possible for me to visit either place. Our Lady knows why. She also knows that I know that she appears at each place & I so appreciate her love for us as she works & prays so hard for us, her little children, to come to her & follow her lead. I love her so much & I will continue to do here what I think she and Jesus want me to do here in our family, with Mary’s prayers for me & my family. I will try to pray more often and more fervently for Mary’s intentions & for other intentions. Thank you, Caritas, for always informing us of Mary and her latest appearances. While reading and seeing the pictures I could only wish I were there with Marja while the apparitions took place . I wanted to feel OUR LADY’S presence and be so close to OUR LADY I hope that I might be able to go to at least to Caritas and see the Bedroom of Apparitions , if not to Medjugorje.
Before the announcement was made about these apparitions, I had the selfish hope that Marija was coming back to Alabama because after having been there in March for the five days I desperately wanted and still do want to go back and be with Our Lady. I had some disappointment that she wasn’t going to be in Alabama, but I realized quickly that so many other people want to be with Our Lady to and that I was being selfish. God and Our Lady know best
