Our Lady and Fatherhood

Our Lady wishes to renew the world, which will happen through the renewal of the family. And She points to the Father…

Our Lady in Medjugorje wishes to renew the world. In Her messages She shows us that this will happen through holy individuals that make up holy families. The family is a mini society in which there must be order to have peace. Once this order is established, peace is established in the family – the mini society, then peace will be established in society as a whole. This weekend in the United States as well as many other nations, we celebrate Father’s day. However, by Our Lady’s messages, it seems every day is Father’s day. Our Lady said on May 2, 2011:
 

“Dear children; God the Father is sending me to show you the way of salvation, because He, my children, desires to save you and not to condemn you…”

And on January 2, 2012 Our Lady said:

“…Open yourselves to the Father. That is the way to happiness, the way by which I desire to lead you. God the Father never leaves His children alone, especially not in pain and despair. When you comprehend and accept this, you will be happy. Your search will end…”

Indeed many in the world are searching for a meaning in life. We find this meaning in God the Father. But, how does one lose the knowlege of this “Father?”
 

“…It is important for satan to attack God’s authority in order for him to change men and women’s roles here on earth. One priest mentioned on Father’s Day that at a detention home he visits he cannot mention God the Father because the juveniles have no earthly father to relate to and, in most cases, hate the name. That same view holds true for the Father in Heaven. Fathers’ and mothers’ roles are extremely important and we must make them more clear in the future and resist the whims of social changes. We must resist the social engineering. Indeed, satan’s goal is the make God the Father hated and so satan works to make earthly fatherhood despised and hated, which serves perfectly his plan. Today’s society suffers from this challenge to male authority and the father’s right to lead the family…”

To all fathers in the world, we support you with our prayers, for you to have the strength to lead your family against the tide of society that may sometimes despise your role to lead your family. It is through honoring your role that we honor the Father in Heaven, which is what Our Lady desires to lead us towards – She the Mother Who is in perfect submission to the Father.

A Friend of Medjugorje has been for many years, a lone voice in the wilderness in support of the father’s God-given role to be the leader of the family. In him, and the Community of Caritas in union with him, as a voice for Our Lady will continue to be a voice before society, of what God desires for the order in the family, and the security of the world. May Our Lady make of all father’s a reflection of God the Father for the good of the family, and for the good of all society which will not find peace until it finds it’s “Father.”
