A Friend of Medjugorje recently spoke with someone who was babysitting a one-year old. This babysitter told a Friend of Medjugorje, that he had to take a cell phone away from the child, which the mother had given the child to play with. A one-year-old, playing with a cell phone for a toy! What has society devolved into? A Friend of Medjugorje wrote in 2011:
“…There is little room in the heart of modern man for the Kingdom of God. The heart has been taken over by a city of Babel mentality. It is clear we have expelled God and His Heavenly Kingdom out of the heart, in place of the glitter of technology and modernism. Our Lady plans to tear down this new, modern city of Babel that is rooted in the heart…”1
Our Lady of Medjugorje said on April 25, 2016:
In children is beauty. Yet, many often unknowingly kill the beauty of purity with useless electronics, electronic toys, etc. that Our Lady will be tearing down to replace it with the Kingdom of God.

We are being given a time of grace with Our Lady to change the direction of our lives and in doing so, the direction of the world.
