Apparition at Dune Haven Beach House
The Rosary began around 9:35 P.M. This was another late night apparition. The rest of the community from Caritas was driving to meet everyone in Florida. They had hoped that they could make it for the apparition, but in the end they arrived too late. The Rosary again, was peaceful and deep. The gift given by Our Lady to be able to decide the time of each apparition has had the effect upon everyone to want to go deeper in prayer, to ready the heart to receive Our Lady in a more profound way. This is what has made the apparitions more beautiful. Even with the hour being late for the apparitions, and the peaceful tiredness that comes from playing in the sand and sun all day, our hearts were open and sensitive to Our Lady’s coming and the joy of being in Her presence stood above all the other pleasant experiences we had during this week of vacation. There was a strong feeling of the presence of Our Lady during these special apparitions.
Marija said: “At moment of apparition, Our Lady pray over us and She bless us all.”
During a riot at Rome, a mob came to the house where St. Bridget lived; a leader talked of burning Bridget alive. She prayed to Our Lord to know if she should flee to safety. Jesus advised her to stay: “It doesn’t matter if they plot Thy death. My power will wreak the malice of Thy enemies: if Mine crucified Me, it is because I permitted it.” Our Blessed Mother added: “Sing as a group the AVE MARIS STELLAS and I’ll guard you from every danger.”
Ave Maris Stella
Hail thou star of ocean
Portal of the sky
Ever virgin Mother
Of the Lord Most High
O! by Gabriel’s Ave,
Uttered long ago
Eva’s name reversing
Established peace below.
Break the captives’ fetters,
Light on blindness pour,
All our ills expelling,
Every bliss implore.
Show thyself a Mother,
Offer Him our sighs,
Who for us incarnate
Did not thee despise
Virgin of all virgins
To thy shelter take us,
Gentlest of the gentle
Chaste and gentle make us.
Still, as on we journey
Help our weak endeavor,
Till with thee and Jesus
We rejoice forever
Through the highest heaven,
To the Almighty Three,
Father, Son, and Spirit,
One same glory be.
Amen.
