Our Lady said on October 25, 2006:
“I, little children, am not tired, although I see that your hearts are heavy and tired for everything that is a grace and a gift…”
Sometimes we get tired of what is good for us. It is in our human nature. But we can overcome that, easily.

This picture was taken the same day as the above October 25, 2006 message was given. How many times do we pass small, insignificant things like flowers and not stop to admire God’s work in them? Yet, how much they can refresh our souls.
Last week, we shared a quote from the below writing, but it is very fitting to look at it again, in understanding human nature. To put our daily trials into perspective a Friend of Medjugorje writes:
While we may not be on the same physical trek across the desert as the Israelites or fighting physical hand to hand wars, we certainly are in the same boat spiritually. As we are God’s chosen people of this day and age, we have Our Lady as our “greater than” Moses leader. Certainly our trials and battles are no less critical and fatiguing spiritually than those of our brothers from the past. Our Lady, like Moses, continues to encourage and exhort us to keep up the fight even though we are worn down by the journey.

Are You Tired from the Journey? – June 2001
We can see that we are not isolated in our daily trials. A Friend of Medjugorje wrote the above words, 19 years ago! We are part of a bigger plan that we simply lose sight of. Our Lady’s October 25, 2006 message in its entirety helps us to see how to overcome the fatigue:
“Dear children! Today the Lord permitted me to tell you again that you live in a time of grace. You are not conscious, little children, that God is giving you a great opportunity to convert and to live in peace and love. You are so blind and attached to earthly things and think of earthly life. God sent me to lead you toward eternal life. I, little children, am not tired, although I see that your hearts are heavy and tired for everything that is a grace and a gift. Thank you for having responded to my call.”
As a Friend of Medjugorje has said for many years, we are living in a time of grace, just like ancient Israel, with Our Lady guiding us through the desert for forty years.* If you are getting tired, losing the steam in your conversion, no longer responsive to the promise of God, weighed down by earthly life, remember that ancient Israel was not in the desert forever. There is a promised land that awaits us in a new time.

It is May 20th, 2020 and on my way to Columbus GA before 5:56 a.m. CST I was praying the 54 day rosary in my car driving and I noticed on this cloudy day the sun was unusually bright I decided to look at it and as I did it started to radiate white and looked like a communion host I stared at it for several minutes looking for a place to pull over on highway 431N . I called my husband to ask him to look at it but he said it was cloudy there in Eufaula AL. It then went behind the clouds. I called my mom and donfriends to share what I saw it is 7:38 a.m. and it has been overcast since then this a.m. I saw the miracle of the sun in the field 39 years ago near Birmingham AL and once again several years back . I’ve also been in the field and NOT seen the miracle when others have .I guess Mary knew today that I needed a sign again .
