One Week Later…How Will the Answer to These Prayers Manifest?

Saturday
October 22, 2016 A.D.

Just one week ago, on Saturday, October 15, 2016, a Friend of Medjugorje and the Community of Caritas were gathered with others from across the nation in Philadelphia, with tens of thousands from around the world joining in their prayer groups, praying in union to Our Lady for the United States of America. How will the answer to these prayers manifest?

During Medjugorje Visionary, Ivan’s prayer group on Apparition Mountain last night, Friday, October 21, 2016, Our Lady called for:

“…perseverance in prayer…”

Why? Because it may take years of persevering prayer for fruit to manifest. Each thread in Her tapestry, each person, is unrepeatable and irreplaceable, as is each prayer. For Our Lady’s apostles who persevere in prayer, miracles happen in their everyday lives.

One woman was present, along with tens of thousands, at Caritas in Alabama three years ago for Our Lady’s apparitions of July 1-5, 2013, to pray for the reconciling of ourselves, our families and our nation back to God. A Friend of Medjugorje had arranged for American flags to be available for those gathered to have blessed in Our Lady’s presence. This woman wrote the following to Caritas, just a few days ago:

“…After being there in Alabama and getting the flag, I started adding the ‘Prayer for the Abode of God’ from Caritas to my morning prayers. After the New Communities Conference I attended at Caritas, I started adding that our ‘Rural parish, and the seven square miles around, become an oasis of peace, reconciliation, and conversion…’

“At the beginning of September 2016, I volunteered to clean up our downtown circle because it had become overgrown… A flag has not been in place for a long time! As I worked the thought came to me to get a flag back up in our little town… MARY’S Flag! The downtown is in the seven miles I have been praying for!

The Caritas supporter, an apostle of Our Lady, sent to us the picture she took of Mary’s Flag, which was blessed by Our Lady at Caritas in July 2013, and which she was able to have put up in her rural town center. This above picture of Mary’s Flag was taken on October 15, 2016, the day that a Friend of Medjugorje and the Caritas Community were gathered at Independence Hall in Philadelphia.

Friday, September 30, 2016, the city manager and his assistant came to help me hang the flag. The city manager had a new flag, but I asked if I could trade out with my “special” flag, that Our Lady blessed in July 2013. He obliged… I extended Our Lady’s Special Blessing to both of them, and I felt Her so strong, that I almost burst into tears…

“…We were not able to be in Philadelphia… but were so blessed to hear what we could on the computer. At noon on October 15, 2016 we went into town and prayed with others on the sidewalk near our American Flag, Mary’s Flag. The “new” flag has a blessing from July 2013… It was thrilling to see it flying over town…”

These types of actions are the boldness that a Friend of Medjugorje has continued to encourage people to make, to be strong, to be clever in bringing Our Lady to places through new and innovative ways. We will continue on Monday, October 24, 2016, with another special report from Independence Hall. Be on the lookout for it in prayer.

Independence Hall

Special Notice: Those traveling through Philadelphia, or even within several hours driving distance, are encouraged to stop and pray the Patriotic Rosary at Independence Hall. It is important to be praying as much as possible during this time for our nation. The arrow on the map to the right, shows directly behind Independence Hall. There is a statue of Commodore Barry, the father of the U.S. Navy, who was a Catholic patriotic. This is the place where a Friend of Medjugorje spent many hours on his knees in prayer. People who have taken a Friend of Medjugorje’s advice in praying there have relayed to us that they felt a very powerful grace in doing so.

  1. Pray God will help elect a new President of this Nation who will Restore this countries moral especially ABORTIONS to be eliminated and government funding may stop, Pray to fight evil in Washington Amen

  2. Last night I realized I had not randomly selected a message the whole day, so I quickly said a prayer and hit “random message” on my computer. Here is the message I was given: April 16, 1992 Ivan’s words regarding the Holy Thursday message which was given in a basement shelter because of the bombing: “In that message, Our Lady invited us to persevere in prayer so that in a fervent prayer we can be able to defeat evil. In that message, She repeated something She already said in the beginning of the apparitions – that war can be stopped by fasting and praying. Therefore, it is for us a strong reason to pray, to be closer to God, so that with Him and with Mary together, we may defeat all that is imposed on us now.” Even the Sunday readings have been incredibly appropriate for these days and encouraging. Thank You, Jesus and Mary.

  3. When reading this feedback I got goose bumps and had a tremendously strong feeling that something very big and good is about to happen to our Country! I have been praying so hard and have enlisted the help of my patron saint, St. Therese, for the election of Godly, honest men and women to be elected on November 8th, to run our Country. After fighting despair about what is happening in the campaigning for President, I have decided that I must persevere, no matter what. I completely identify with what Mary said to Ivan – persevere in prayer. God bless and be with you. You are angels/saints in this time of horror that satan has brought about. Thank you so much for what you are doing!! With the love of Jesus and Mary, Nancy
