Our Lady of Medjugorje said on April 2, 2016:
Prayer opens us to have hope, but how?
A girl praying on Apparition Mountain in Medjugorje. Prayer every day leads to recognition of where we are not walking with God. That can lead to despair once we realize our sinfulness, but Our Lady shows us how to start anew.
If we pray every day, our hearts become open and then we can realize our faults. Once we recognize our faults, we can ask for forgiveness and begin new. Back in 1995, a Friend of Medjugorje wrote:
“…It is for this reason Our Lady repeatedly, in the last several years, starts Her messages with the word, ‘Today;’ ‘Start to live from ‘Today’ my messages.’ We cannot rectify the past, but from this moment forward, today, if we start, Our Lady will slowly, over time, heal our mistakes as much as possible without violating our free will. Our future is one of hope, even in the midst of many wrongs, but only if we start living Her messages ‘Today.’” 1
A new life begins with prayer, then to an open heart and living the messages every “today.” Your future can be filled with life, light and joy.
