Our Lady appeared to Medjugorje visionary, Mirjana Soldo Monday, October 2, 2006.Thousands were in attendance, many showed up in the early morning, after spending the night in buses.

Amazingly, again on the second of the month, Our Lady is further marking the second of the month apparitions for non-believers as something She wants established. It is clear through Our Lady’s October 2, 2006, apparition, that the substance of Her second of the month messages being so strong not only marks the second’s importance, but also is a sign of the times. Is this the forerunner to the release of the new prayers for non-believers that Our Lady prays with Mirjana that are secret at this time?

Most significantly in the October 2, 2006 apparition, Our Lady says,

 

“Many think that they have faith in God and that they know His laws. They try to live according to them, but they do not do what is the most important; they do not love Him”

A special point of interest about the October 2 apparition and Our Lady’s words on this day is a behind the scenes event. Often, we see Our Lady say something during the apparition that reflects the events or the life of the Caritas Community. The genius of the messages is how they can speak to all people this way, but sometimes it is as if Our Lady is speaking specifically about something going on or an event. A new book ready to be published was presented to Our Lady in Medjugorje during the October 2 apparition by members of the Community of Caritas. The book’s topic was clearly mentioned in Our Lady’s message.

“Many think that they have faith in God and that they know His laws“

The books covers very thoroughly the state of Christianity and the failure of ”many” non-believing Christians who make up its membership. Our Lady’s second of the month messages for non-believers are beginning to expose that the non-believers also includes all Christians, who in various degrees, have been influenced by a godless society. Our Lady’s one sentence that began with ”many think“” was as if a book review of what is conveyed in the new writing.

Our Lady said on Monday, October 2, 2006 Her message for non-believers:
 

“Dear children! I am coming to you in this your time, to direct the call to eternity to you. This is the call of love. I call you to love, because only through love will you come to know the love of God. Many think that they have faith in God and that they know His laws. They try to live according to them, but they do not do what is the most important; they do not love Him. My children, pray and fast. This is the way which will help you to open yourselves and to love. Only through the love of God is eternity gained. I am with you. I will lead you with the Motherly love. Thank you for having responded.“

 

Our Lady added:
 

“My children, priests’ hands are blessed hands of my Son, respect them.”

When we love God, how is it best expressed? Love is best expressed by obedience. To love God, we must obey God and fully live His precepts.
 

To think one knows God’s laws and to try to live according to them through duty is not to know the law. It is to be known and lived through love. It is through love of God that the laws are fulfilled. Also interesting in the above message is the strong call to fast, one week away from our annual novena fast. This Monday, October 9, 2006, a 9 day novena fast on bread and water will begin. Several hundred people have signed up from across the nation to participate in this fast October 9-17, 2006, in union with the Caritas Community. Every person doing the 9 day fast is assigned one day of 2007 to pray to stop satanic activity that day upon ourselves, our families, and our nation. For example, if you are assigned February 12, your nine days of fasting will cover that one day. Already, we have covered 2007 with 365 people committed to fasting, and we have already started over at January 1, 2007 on which a second person will also be fasting to cover the same day, and we are proceeding through 2007 a second time. The more who commit, the stronger the conversion and protection upon each day of 2007 for all of us.
