**If You’re Having Problems Downloading**
Common problems some may have:
Q. When I click on the download nothing happens?
A. This is a computer related issue. If this happens, one thing that you can try is to use the right mouse button, and click once on the download. Depending on the program you are using, you will have a box pop up that will give you the option to either “Save Target As” or “Save Link As.” Choose one of these and then pick a place to save the download. The download will then be on your computer.
Q. When I click on the download, Windows Media Player opens. Is this supposed to happen? Is the download on my computer now?
A. This is your computer setting that tells the download to open in Windows Media Player. The file is not saved yet to your computer. What you can do if this happens is to go to the upper left corner of Windows Media Player, and click on “File.” When you click on “File,” several options will pop up. Choose “Save As.” This will then allow you to choose a place to save the download to your computer. Once you do this, the download will then be saved on your computer.
Q. When I click on the download it asks me to ‘open’ or ‘save’, which one do I choose?
A. You will want to choose to save the download. The purpose of the download is for you to save the download to your computer so that you will always have it there available to be opened anytime you want to. The download will always be on your computer unless you delete it. So, again you will choose to ‘Save’ the download.
Q. I think I downloaded the file but I don’t know where it is?
A. This is a common issue. When you clicked on the download, you were probably asked whether to ‘open’ or ‘save’ the file. Hopefully you chose to save the download to your computer. It is very important when you choose to save the download, that you choose to save the download in a place on your computer that you will remember where it is. There is no way for us to tell you where this is, only you know the best place where you will remember. Please pay very close attention to the location of where you choose to save the download, this is the only way to know where the download is.
