This Christmas, be a part of helping those most in need. Our Lady of Medjugorje said on November 25, 2018:
A Friend of Medjugorje has dedicated the Caritas mission to help those most in need: the spiritually poor. We live in a time when the term, “the poor” is often used inappropriately to describe those who do not have what they want, or who do not live comfortably, instead of those who lack the essentials to live. The word “poor”, has become a common word with no meaning.
The mission of Caritas of Birmingham helps those who lack what is essential for the life of the soul. We are actively gathering 20,000 new Field Angel supporters giving a minimum monthly donation of just $5, to partner with us in reaching out to these souls on the brink of spiritual starvation and death. We need 20,000, $5 donations each month to expand and meet the demands of our mission work for Our Lady. If one chooses to give more as a Field Angel, for example $25 a month, then 5 of the 20,000 Field Angels supporters are covered. One person recently wrote on social media as we launched this new initiative:

What does being a Field Angel mean? It means that souls are saved through God’s grace, snatched from an eternal darkness, but also, happiness on this earth in knowing Our Lady and Her maternal love. Five dollars a month is a small and unburdened amount to give. Give Our Lady and Jesus this small gift this Christmas. Can you give up one coffee a month for Our Lady? Become a Field Angel here…
