Ivan’s prayer group met on top of Apparition Hill tonight. Singing began before 9:00 p.m. At around 9:30 p.m., Ivan announced that we would now begin to pray the Joyful Mysteries of the Rosary and that we would pray it for the intentions of peace in the world and peace in the family. It was a beautiful night, with the sky filled with stars and the prayer was filled with peace. Our Lady appeared to Ivan around 10:00 p.m. and the apparition lasted several minutes. The following is Ivan’s description of Our Lady’s Prayer Group Apparition on top of Apparition Hill on May 9, 2016:
As always, after the meeting together with Our Lady, I would like to bring closer also to you and to describe what is the most important from this meeting. Also tonight Our Lady came to us joyful and happy and She greeted all of us with Her Motherly greeting, ‘Praised be Jesus my dear children.’ Then, for a while, She prayed over all of us here, and then She prayed especially over those of you who are sick and present here. Then Our Lady said:
Then Our Lady blessed all of us with Her Motherly blessing, and She also blessed everything you brought to be blessed. I recommended all of you, all of your needs, your intentions, your families. In a special way, I recommended the sick. After that Our Lady continued to pray over all of us here and She left in that prayer, in an illuminated Sign of the Cross, with a greeting, “Go in peace my dear children.”
Be persevering in your prayers of thanksgiving for Our Lady’s apparitions to Ivan during his prayer group. We need to continue to hear Our Lady speak to us from Apparition Mountain.

The village of Medjugorje watches another sunset, another day with Our Lady come to an end. Our Lady said tonight, “…Do not get tired…” Her plans stretch beyond the boundaries of this little village of Medjugorje, beyond the boundaries of our homes. Her plans are for the whole world, “…for peace in the whole world…” When the trials of our daily lives make us tired, when we can only see the problems immediately around us, and do not think that our lives affect the whole world, Our Lady tells us tonight, “…I am with you… I am near you… Be persevering…”
Our Lady’s message tonight through Ivan is yet another encouragement that our individual conversions matter for the conversion of the whole world. Her insistence in telling us to persevere, is a sign that She has invested alot in each of us. A Friend of Medjugorje’s recent writing, The Evening World News, is a timely guidepost to help us begin to change the world, through changing our individual lives. Continue to spread this to everyone you know.

Thank you all, for your perserverence and love through the years. This ministry is a blessing for so many. Thank you Blessed Mother for bringing us the love of your Son, so needed in these evil days.

O Sanctissima, O Piissima, Dolce Virgo Maria. You are the Most Blessed Virgin Mother of the Universe. You defended the Christians from peril from time to time for the last 2000 years. Salve Regina, Our Lady of the Victories, Queen of Lepanto Battle which saved the Catholic Church from annihilation which was the most decisive. Ave Maria Gratia Plena, Ora Ora Pro nobis, Amen.

Our Lady said the word “peace” four times in one paragraph. That spoke to me that we really need to be praying fervently for peace in the world.

Although I am very grateful that Jesus continues to bestow His love & blessings on me …..I really needed the power of encouragement of this message to “ persevere & NOT GET TIRED ” and “KNOWING/ BEING REMINDED THAT MY DEAR MOTHER IS WITH & NEAR ME ” in my continuing trials… one continuing for 47 years…. the others for many years
