The short book, Seize the Moment, was actually a talk by a Friend of Medjugorje to the Caritas Community, which was given during a 9-day fast. The context in explaining the need to be reinvigorated are perfect words we all need to hear, as we are now one-third of the way through the fast.

I am participating in the 9 day fast. I did not sign up because I was afraid I would be unable to complete the fast as this is my first time to do it. So far it has went well but when I saw this short book I was excited because today has really been a struggle for me.
