Fr. Rene Laurentin and John Paul II

In a June 11, 2008 interview with Fr. Rene Laurentin with Bruno Volpe, Fr. Laurentin was asked in regards to Medjugorje, “You are very close to the position of the Servant of God, John Paul II, aren’t you?”

Fr. Laurentin responded: “I wish to emphasize that the Polish Pope said: ‘I regret to have to guide the Church from the Vatican and not from Medjugorje.’ That seems to me very significant.”
