Our Lady Hears Us

On this day 14 years ago, Our Lady responds to question by founder of Caritas, and today shows She still hears our prayers…

December 15, 2015 A.D.

The day was December 15, 2001. Medjugorje visionary Marija was concluding a public event at Caritas December 8-14. Following the attacks of September 11, 2001, it was a very special time for those who came from across the country seeking healing and answers. The founder of Caritas and its mission were also going through a period of persecution during that time. The days with Our Lady were very sweet. Marija said during the period of time that Our Lady was here that Our Lady was very happy in the apparitions.

On December 15, 2001, during the apparition which took place in the founder of Caritas’ home with only the Caritas Community present, Marija presented a question to Our Lady from the founder of Caritas regarding something he asked many years before. This is Marija’s words regarding the apparition of December 15, 2001:
 

“When Our Lady came, I recommended each of us and all our intentions in our hearts. Our Lady prayed over us for a long time. I presented a private question to Our Lady. Immediately upon asking the question, Our Lady smiled and gave a private answer. Our Lady looked at each of us and then blessed us. She ascended back to Heaven, saying, “Go in peace.” Our Lady was very happy and joyful during this apparition.”

The question from our founder was related to something that Our Lady had spoken to him about fourteen years before through Marija. Through the years he had asked Our Lady on several occasions, never receiving an affirmative message. He, along with the community, was very happy in that this apparition Our Lady gave light of an affirmation to him.**

In 1988, Our Lady promised to bring our intentions before God’s throne from this place here.
 

November 24, 1988

“I am here to help you! I will intercede for you to God for all your intentions.”

From the thousands who came in 1988, to the thousands who came in 2001, and all the visits since then; from all the times Our Lady has given Her blessing here, to the apparitions when Our Lady answered private questions from the founder of Caritas, to today, Our Lady still hears hears our prayers. Yesterday we received the following letter:
 

“A few days back I sent a petition (on Medjugorje.com) with regards to severe floods in southern part of India. They had once in a 100 year record rainfall in a city called Chennai where my parents currently reside. Several houses were destroyed and people lost lives as well. I was extremely concerned for the well being of my parents and my siblings as the flood waters was rising rapidly. Also my sister was due to have a baby around that time. I sent a petition for Our Ladys intervention for the rains to ease and for her safe delivery. The rains did ease and my family is safe. Also my sister delivered a beautiful baby girl on the 8th December, feast day of Our Lady. Thanks to God and to Mother Mary for her intercession and for your prayers.”
