Contained in this prayer booklet is a listing of all the prayers and prayer times of the Community of Caritas who operates the mission Caritas of Birmingham. Each day the Community comes together at these times to pray, stopping whatever we are doing,no matter what the weather is like. In community, we know that we need only be successful at prayer, and if we are, then everything else will be in order. Our prayer times are times of joy and are looked forward to by everyone, especially the children. Our Lady Queen of Peace in Medjugorje, has repeatedly said, “pray, until prayer becomes a joy for you,” and at Caritas it truly is our joy. May these simple prayers bring the same joy into your life.
