Our Lady of Medjugorje said through Vicka on November 11, 1988:
“Dear children, you know this time is a time of special graces…”
This is a phrase that Our Lady has repeatedly used throughout the 38+ years of Her Medjugorje apparitions. We need to know what to do with this time of grace we are offered.

For several years, the visionaries had their apparitions in the choir loft of St. James. Thousands would kneel out in front of the church and pray. When Our Lady appeared, they would turn a light on in the choir loft so those outside could see that Our Lady was appearing. Many times a Friend of Medjugorje would be in the choir loft for these apparitions, and he sees that it was part of God’s plan for the apparitions to go out from the church.
People have had more time to pray than ever in recent weeks. How has it been spent? Have Our Lady’s followers stopped to pray at the moment She appears in Medjugorje? A Friend of Medjugorje gives a brief explanation why this is important:
We are in a time when man will not change anything. We have entered the time, a special time, when God will act on our behalf if we allow it through prayer and fasting. Where were you yesterday at 6:40 p.m. Medjugorje time? Where will you be at 6:40 p.m. Medjugorje time today? Construct into your day this time for what Heaven gives you.

We are not in any ordinary time, but a time of grace, overseen by God Himself. Find your local apparition time here, and make it a permanent part of your day. Throughout the years, many have followed a Friend of Medjugorje’s witness of stopping and honoring this time Our Lady appears. A Friend of Medjugorje has indicated that in the future, this time (6:40 PM Medjugorje Time), will be honored in a special way, even when Our Lady no longer appears. But why wait until then?
