Our Lady appeared, as promised, at 10:00 p.m. in the Bedroom the evening of July 8th. Many people were thrilled to have another opportunity to be with Our Lady, and spread the information through emails and phone calls. There were some who attended the apparition who were still in town after participating in the Five Days of Prayer, July 1-5. One couple, from South Dakota, would have already been back in their home state, but had experienced some car trouble. They were told by the mechanic that it would take a few days for the part for their van to be available. In the mean time, they learned that Our Lady was still appearing and were thrilled to be able to attend the apparitions. They felt the trouble with their van was a big blessing, something that God had allowed to give them this opportunity to be with Our Lady.
It was a beautiful, star-filled night for the crowd who had gathered for Our Lady’s apparition. Light from the half-moon flooded the Field, giving enough light to see the surrounding pilgrims that circled Our Lady’s statue. When the Rosary began at 9:00 p.m., everyone knelt and faced the house where Our Lady would appear.
Just before 10:00 p.m., Marija went into ecstasy. She spoke the words “Praised be Jesus” to Our Lady, and spoke three or four times to Our Lady in the apparition. Marija said Our Lady prayed over everyone and blessed them. There was a couple in the community who was celebrating their wedding anniversary, who Marija recommended to Our Lady in the apparition. Marija also said that Our Lady blessed everyone in the Field. For tomorrow’s apparition, July 9, 2008, Our Lady said it would be “Same time, same place,” in the Bedroom at 10:00 p.m.
We again, invite everyone to this apparition. Two sisters from Louisiana, after their mother read on mej.com that Our Lady would be appearing, immediately got in their car and drove nine hours to get here. They arrived just after 10:00 p.m., and were extremely disappointed to learn that they had just missed the apparition. That disappointment turned to joy when they were told that Our Lady would be appearing the following evening. If you are reading this now, what is stopping you from being with Our Lady on Wednesday night, July 9? Take the example of these two women, get in your car, and come receive Our Lady’s blessing. Spread this information to everyone you know, by your email lists and phone calls. You will not regret the effort you make to get here.
Parking will be allowed in the Caritas parking lot, and on the shipping and cargo ramps up at Caritas.
