Why Did You Go Out?

When Our Lady came to the Bedroom in the founder of Caritas and his wife’s home in 1988, She came among a family. The founder of Caritas told in an interview about he and his wife Annette’s journey to this place:
 

“…I moved out here because I wanted to raise my children with a heritage. We bought the land in 1977. I think of was of a Divine origin. We weren’t on the land 5 minutes, walked to right where our house is sitting, Annette and I sat down and I said we’ll build a house right here, facing not the road, but the Field….”¹

At that time, Our Lady had not yet come to this place, and the Field was simply a pasture, but the Heavenly traces of inspiration had already guided the events. The founder’s wife Annette tells: 

“…I remember once we bought the land out here, we would come out on weekends and camp… we would sit on the top of the hill where the house is now facing the Field. And we would just sit on that hill under those two big beech trees… and we would talk about how were going to have a house here, it would be facing the Field… we knew from that very minute that is where we wanted our house to be built…”² 

Over all the lands in the valley where Caritas now exists, this one tiny spot, was chosen to be their home, what the founder said would be a “live and die home,” a place of heritage, a place where the founder said would be a place where his children’s children would play in the same creeks his own children played in, and down to the generations. A place they would spend years building with their own hands, and leave their family a place to live and die.

After many years of building and shortly after the founder and his wife moved into their home in 1988, Our Lady came through Marija. Their life as a family continued, only, that Our Lady was a part of their family. Much to the surprise of the founder and his wife, Our Lady appeared in their bedroom. Many people came at all hours of the day and night. The founder and his wife Annette, at the time 9 months pregnant, would wake up and find people they did not know in their home. People from everywhere came out to this place in the middle of the wilderness, to see what was happening and to be a part of it. Jesus said in the Gospel of Matthew:

“…What did you go out into the wilderness to behold? A reed shaken by the wind? Why then did you go out? To see a man clothed in soft raiment? Behold, those who wear soft raiment are in kings’ houses. Why then did you go out? To see a prophet? Yes, I tell you…” Matthew 11:7-9

What did people find when they came out here in 1988? Did they find people who changed with every passing fashion? Did they find people seeking wealth? No, they found a home, nestled in the woods, built with love, with a family. This is what they found, a prophecy that Our Lady was giving of what would heal the world. Intact family, with a father, a mother and children gathered around. A family that would fight for family at all costs. This is what they found, a humble home, with those living in it grateful to God for His blessings and graces. Our Lady said in Her messages that the saints of this time would help us to understand that holiness is a reality for all of us. The saints of this time, Our Lady’s Apostles, are not those who levitate in the air, or do grand works to be seen by others. The saints of this time are those who are heroic in their walk of turning away from the world and what it offers amidst the voices of family and so-called friends, as well as others of reputed holiness, to walk with Our Lady in changing their lives and standing for God and for family. How much the world would change if it had more people like this. This is our call, this is our mission. It is right before our eyes to see and decide for.

The Bedroom of Apparitions will be opened this coming Saturday, September 3, 2016. This is a place of healing. Our Lady recently said through Ivan:
 

“…you be my living sign, a sign of my presence here and irradiate others with your presence…”
