Our Lady said on June 2, 2013:
What has this ‘Father’ done?
The Cross on Cross Mountain in Medjugorje, taken just a few days ago. In this time when we reflect on the Cross of Jesus, our reflection should be whole, not just inclusive of those things which we have always been taught, but to see the Redemption of Jesus working towards our salvation today.
Our redemption by Jesus on the Cross has won for us more than we can even comprehend. Our Lady said that this Cross has enabled us to call him Father. And what has this Father done? Our Lady said on October 2, 2016:
The Mother is given to us by the Father because of the sacrifice of Jesus, a sacrifice which began not just at the Cross, but the moment He came from Heaven into the body of the Virgin. And this Virgin comes to us today, by the Will of God to do as a Friend of Medjugorje wrote in Medjugorje: The Last Stand:
“…Our Lady is here to teach what is not being taught, to make known what is not known in this age of too many distractions which give the disguised appearance as good, but rather is evil…”
Today, when we kneel before the Cross and we remember the sacrifice of Jesus, will we remember also the Mother Who stood at His side, and Who today is standing at our side during our own Crucifixion? Thank Jesus for what His death has won for us, that today we may know what we would have never known through Her Whom the Father sends to us a Mother.
