When a seed is planted in the ground, there is no evidence that there is life, even though underneath the ground there is much activity occurring. We must pray for God to send sunshine and rain to nourish the seed, and then we must wait patiently for the time when the new life breaks forth from the ground, is strengthened and the flower finally blooms.
When the flower blooms in all its fresh color and its attractive scent, it draws people towards it. This is the time we are entering! We are hearing lately from the thoughts of many people here in the United Sates and those from around the world, who are pilgrimaging to Medjugorje, that there is a strong sense that Our Lady is on the move – that the time of “praying and waiting” is slowly being left behind. That Our Lady is calling us to “set out and witness His love.” Many, many people have been praying for years for God to manifest His plans for their future. They feel that God has something further planned for their lives, but that He has chosen not to reveal it yet. And yet, there seems to be an ever increasing thought in many of these same people that soon the time is approaching when God will shine His light into the hearts of His children to show them what they are to do and how they are to proceed, how they are to “set out.”
“What Am I to Do?”
In the love of Our Lady,
