Our Lady has made it known to us, that She has the world under surveillance. Not as governments do, but as Heaven does.

Her heart follows every action of ours, whether working a field, praying a rosary, cooking dinner, in conversation, etc. We need not be in fear of what Our Lady hears, rather, we should be aware that She does hear, and act accordingly.
Our Lady has the world under surveillance. Today, the mimic of God, the systems of satan, also have the world under surveillance. Everything is watched, tracked, filed away for a time in the future when it might be used against Christians. A Friend of Medjugorje shares more:

In this time, because of fear, many are allowing things which they would never normally allow. We are living in a Biblical moment as a Friend of Medjugorje said, and this realization should make everyone pause and evaluate every system we take part in.
