In a press conference, Commission member Cardinal Vinko Puljic, President of the Bishops’ Conference of Bosnia-Herzegovina, stated that the Commission planned to have completed its work and report to the Pope by the end of 2012. The delivery of the Commission’s findings to the Holy Father, however, does not mean Benedict XVI will immediately render an official judgement. The Church may not yet be moved to make a final judgement.
