Today is the Feast of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal. The apparition took place in the Bedroom in the evening. Our Lady had asked that this apparition only be for the Community. Joseph, the third son of the founder, who was born during the first apparitions of Our Lady in the home in 1988, was present with his new wife. They were married a few months earlier and this was the first time they were with Our Lady since their wedding, asking Our Lady’s blessing upon their marriage. The founder’s wife had arranged the bed with their Crucifix from their wedding along with the wedding rings of all the married couples of the Community. Also, because this was the feast of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, several Medjugorje Miraculous Medal Silver Rounds were presented to Our Lady for Her blessing. Our Lady appeared around 5:43 PM. Following is Marija’s description of the apparition:
“During moment of apparition, Our Lady prayed over us and She blessed us all. I recommend all us. I say today is Feast of Our Lady of Miraculous Medal so I ask a special blessing on all objects that we have here, all intentions. She watch us while She bless us.â€
There were two blessings given in the apparition. One as Our Lady prayed over the Community and one over the religious articles placed on the Bed. The blessing of Our Lady was also extended to all those who were in the Field. For tomorrow’s apparition, Our Lady said that the apparition was only for the Community in the Bedroom and that She would come whenever we pray.
