“…I did not feel strangled by the schedule for time…”
Another sunset, another day gone that will never be retreived, never come back, not able to do over again – we are reminded that everything comes to an end. Ultimately, our life on earth comes to an end. Therefore, no one has time to waste time, it is a precious gift that passes from one second to the next, building into minutes, days, weeks, months and years that go by, never to come back again. All that remains is the good or evil accomplished in one’s life, and the memory of peace for a life well lived, or the memory of torture for a life badly lived. Our Lady in Medjugorje has come to reawaken us to the moment, this second we are living now, not to waste it but use it for good. Our Lady of Medjugorje said on May 25, 2001:
“…seek the wisdom of the Holy Spirit to lead you at this time so that you may comprehend and live in the grace of this time.…”
There is no better place to spend your time than in the village of Medjugorje, no better place to learn how to live in the grace of the moment and to begin building happy memories for your life than in Medjugorje. BVM Caritas Medjugorje Pilgrimages exists to guide you towards this. One recent pilgrim, an 18 year old girl from South Bend, Indiana, wrote to us:
“It was the perfect mix between structured activities and free time to do what one wants. I did not feel like I was being strangled by the schedule for time.”
What does an 18 year old think of the experience of the village and graces available during a BVM Caritas pilgrimage?
“I also felt that I was getting a truly inside look at the happenings of Medjugorje and I could better prepare myself to serve Our Lady through Our Lady and Her messages here.”
Medjugorje is a beautiful experience, but can it be made to last in the heart of and 18 year old?
“…I also felt Caritas prepared the pilgrims well for readjustment back into everyday life.”
Was this 18 year old girl’s experience such that they would go again to Medjugorje?
“…I would do it again, and through Caritas.”
