The Anti-Modernism

The Anti-Modernism

March 16, 2020 A.D.

Our Lady of Medjugorje said on March 18, 2018:

“My children, your battle is difficult. It will be even more difficult, but you follow my example…”

Undergoing a difficulty is not an evil thing, but rather, God draws nearer to us. We are seeing this in our world at this particular moment in history.

(Medjugorje photo taken September 24, 2009) – A villager in Medjugorje harvests grapes under the shadow of the twin spires of St. James Church. Everything has to be right for the grapes and for the harvest. Too much rain can ruin a year’s crop, among other things. A hard life, but a life which fosters a reliance on God.

The world is in a difficult battle right now. The battle is not against a virus, but against fear. This fear cripples modern man who has lived such a life of luxury that hardship is almost unbearable. Our Lady has come precisely for this modern man. A Friend of Medjugorje explains more:

Modern man, saturated with bad news of his day, has fallen into a false truth that he believes is truth and is in need of the way of life of the Good News. Our Lady has come with a mandate to restore man, who is surrounded by modernism. Modernism that has grown around him like a thick vine, choking out the sun. Our Lady is here in order to tear apart this bad growth, to let the Son shine in man’s heart. Man has little meaning to his life in the culture today. So little meaning that his life is ruled over and enslaved by a system and machines, giving way to unfounded rules and regulations.

Two New Revelations About Our Lady: Her Efficacy and Her Spirit, October 2, 2013

Many today are willing to sacrifice their liberty for safety. A system of machines rules over man with rules and regulations. Yet, how many are willing to accept this in the name of safety? A man who is truly free, fears no one and nothing but God. This is the freedom of life which Our Lady showed a Friend of Medjugorje many years ago, to leave his family not money, but a way to live. This way of life Our Lady showed a Friend of Medjugorje is the anti-modernism. The world will get through this difficult period, and those who are praying are awakening to the changes that need to be made. Our Lady is tearing apart the vines. This time around, it is a grace for the world to evaluate its heart and its reliance on God or man.

We now find that our churches are closed AT LEAST until Easter. The church is where I find true and lasting peace. The church has been looked upon by the faithful for centuries as a refuge. Where oh where is our strength and refuge now? In the past, a crisis encouraged group prayer and church attendance. Now the doors are closed. I felt like it slammed in my face. What about Annointing of the Sick? Confession? Who do we turn to now if the doors are closed by the very priests whom we look to in order to get us through this life and on to the next just as Jesus taught? St. Damien was there for the lepers on the island of Molokai; St. Teresa of Calcutta was there for the critically sick and diseased. Where are we to turn now? Why has this fear taken over our churches? What happened to Keep Holy the Sabbath (when you are able to attend church)? Every Mass and Communion are our aid when we die. Removing Mass only creates more fear and hurts the faithful. Praying for Divine Intervention!

  2. I would like to comment on a feedback left recently about the covid19 being evil. if u pray u will not be afraid of the future, if u pray & fast you will not be afraid of evil. Our Lady also said: November, 1991 “When you are sick, when you suffer from something….’ For sufferings are really great gifts from God. They are sources of great graces for you and for others……It can be healing, new strength, new joy, new peace – only open your hearts.” (Please look up this message couldn’t fit it all) And To be anti modernism is wonderful!! Go outside! Spring has sprung! Spend time with Our Lady and Jesus. What an awesome grace! perhaps we can offer prayers for nonbelievers who are also giving up things that they don’t want to…pray for their conversion.May the world learn to live “a way of life” with God and Our Lady nothing is impossible! May God bless and be with you all in the community, and founder.Praying for those on Medjugorje pilgrimage. May they find their ”peace”of heaven
