Thank you! Thank you! Thank you, as a Friend of Medjugorje wrote earlier today when we reached the funds needed to send K.G. to Medjugorje in just over 3 and a half hours. It was truly an inspiring event to witness the outpouring of love. A Friend of Medjugorje felt very strongly that this was straight from Our Lady. We just spoke with K.G., and she had sent us this letter a few minutes before:

Dear Caritas,
I am so humbled very humbled by this and I only just read my story on the site about an hour ago. I had no idea this was all happening. I really only try to do my best each day. I still fall short. I am so humbled by all of this. I never expected such a wonderful grace like this to happen to me. At first I wasn’t sure I was actually reading all this then I just broke down in tears. I am so very extremely grateful to this outpouring of Love from others. The first thing I did was go to see Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament in a church close by that has 24 hour adoration. I went and thanked Him in person!
I am sooooo happy!!!!

When we spoke with K.G. over the phone, she said that she was praying for everyone who helped to make this happen. She also told us that just a few days ago, she sent a petition on the site to have the ability to go to Medjugorje, but she would never have dreamed that this would happen like this. God is good! Thank you again on behalf of Our Lady in helping to bring joy to someone else.

Reading the last lines of the reply of KG to NS (“I haven%u2019t the funds to get there [Medjugorje] but my heart already is. Maybe some day I will get there in person), I felt a very strong resonance with my own experience. In the last couple of years, I have prayed, prayed, prayed to be able to go to Medjugorje. I could only live it vicariously these days. I am one among many who has suffered greatly because of a number of bad decisions in the past. I wish to ask for more prayers from everyone connected to this site/community. Pls pray for me that the gift of a pilgrimage to Medjugorje may also soon happen to me. While the site has nourished me everyday, it also intensified my desire to be physically present before Our Lady when she appears on earth. From this other side of the globe, I desire with all my heart and soul for the specific grace and blessing to be with our Mother and her apostles physically. Peace to all!
