Sept. 8 – A Friend of Medjugorje Unveils the 13th and Final Release: New 24-Hour Radio WAVE Station

Friday, September 8, 2017 A.D.

“This is the beginning of something that we hope will go and connect a lot of Medjugorje people together. We have a constant request from people or comment that they feel disconnected from other people and we hope Radio WAVE and what will manifest from it will connect a lot of people and be able to give us more of an area where we can talk about the message and learn from each other and from there be graced enough to hear from people even from other countries.”

Those first words spoken by a Friend of Medjugorje on September 8, 2007, made public what he already understood interiorly about what the purpose of Radio WAVE would be, and set the course for the Radio WAVE broadcasts in the future. Our Lady said on August 2, 2011:

“…As individuals, my children, you cannot stop the evil that wants to begin to rule in this world and to destroy it. But, according to God’s will, all together, with my Son, you can change everything and heal the world…”

When you feel like you are completely alone, you feel powerless. When you feel togetherness with a body of people, you gather strength to continue the fight. Many people have fallen away from Medjugorje and Our Lady’s messages because they feel they have no one with whom to stand.

Now broadcasting six to seven times each month, Radio WAVE has brought a change. It has given people a forum. It is something we know many people share with others, even strangers they meet while at the grocery store or gas station, etc. It has become a sharing of Our Lady’s messages and ideas across the world that no one had access to before, regularly connecting people of like mind who are starving for this “community” experience with other Medjugorje people.

24 Hour Radio Station!
Keeps You Connected 24 Hours a Day!

Today marks another MAJOR addition to the “capacity” of Radio WAVE and the ability to connect individuals around the world. For many years a Friend of Medjugorje has wanted to establish a 24-hour “Radio Station.” Today it becomes a reality, and this 24-hour station will connect the Apostles of Our Lady across the world as never before. The launch of the 24-hour station currently includes playing non-stop, all of the Radio WAVE music that has been broadcast since the very first broadcast on September 8, 2007, as well as other very good songs that have made it through a highly selective review. For years people have called, written, and told us that they LOVE Radio WAVE music. The music has meaning, purpose, is clean and good for their family, and so we are very excited to release this today as the beginning of the 24-hour Radio Station. But it will not stop at only music, as a Friend of Medjugorje has much in mind for the future of the 24-hour Radio Station that is in the works right now and will be released in the future as the concepts are made into reality.

You can access the 24-Hour Radio Station streaming by clicking on the button (see image below) at the very top of the Medjugorje.com homepage, titled, “Live ON-AIR Now!” If you have not first listened to the Tenth Anniversary Radio WAVE broadcast that aired live today at 12:00 p.m. Central Time, we encourage you to listen to that broadcast before using the 24-Hour Radio Station so that you will have a fuller understanding of what is behind it. For those of you who missed the Tenth Anniversary broadcast, streaming through the new 24-Hour Station, there will be an encore presentation tomorrow (Saturday) at 12 p.m. Central Time.
