Pilgrims gathered in the Field at Caritas Alabama, December 8, 2009. Rain has never stopped the Community of Caritas from gathering for the daily rosary. Our Lady of Medjugorje said,
February 1, 1984
“It is raining at this time, and you say: ‘It is not reasonable to go to church in this slush. Why is it raining so much?’ Do not ever speak like that. You have not ceased to pray so that God may send you rain which makes the earth rich. Then do not turn against the blessing from God. Above all, thank Him through prayer and fasting.”
When pilgrims come, they become a part of the daily life of the Community, and the hardships give the opportunity to offer more to God.
Every December 8 for the past 16 years, the Community of Caritas, along with all the pilgrims, gather and process through for the Reconsecration the Tabernacle of Our Lady’s Messages. During this time, as we pray for the people who helped build the Tabernacle, we remember also those who are actively helping with the Retooling of the Tabernacle, which is a major expansion project of Readying for the Great Moment of Evangelization and the Release of the Secrets.

November 25, 1997
“…Little children, today also I invite you to rejoice and be joyful Christians, responsible and conscious that God called you in a special way to be joyfully extended hands toward those who do not believe, and that through the example of your life, they may receive faith and love for God…”
