If you really are a contemplative in thoughtfulness and a reflection of what we’ve lived and how we live, there’s no reason for us to even exist right now. There’s no reason. I believe firmly, it is Our Lady’s reason that we’re here. It is Her who told Ivan, had She not come, the world would have destroyed itself. It’s not for our sake, it’s for His Mother’s sake, that the pain for eternity She would have in seeing us lost, that for that sake of sparing Her that He’s allowing Her to do what She’s doing.

That was a Friend of Medjugorje from May of 2011. This is Radio Wave with a Friend of Medjugorje. Tonight we’re going to share with you, parts of this broadcast, which is really just a sliver of a moment in time where a Friend of Medjugorje is speaking about a particular message.

 

However, for those of you that have been listening over the past weeks, what we’re finding is that while he was speaking to a specific message, he was really speaking to the future.

 

Tonight is one such broadcast that we would refer to as a miniature retreat. It’s just about 50 minutes long. And in the broadcast, a Friend of Medjugorje gives us a piece of homework to do when we’re done listening, a concrete way to put a message into practice.

 

And in this broadcast tonight, he answers the question of why sometimes our prayers are not being answered. So, here’s a Friend of Medjugorje, May 2011.

The saying, “Can’t wait ‘til the 25th,” before the apparitions began in 1981, that circulated in that region of former Yugoslavia, now Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, was inspired, prophetic.

 

If you said, can’t wait for the 25th, you would naturally think Christmas, because Christmas is a joyful time, a gift time. And yet it was a saying well before the apparitions, when you greeted somebody, and it could be a birthday coming up, and it might have been on Thursday, and it might have been on the 10th of the month.

 

There may have been someone may have passed you and said, can’t wait till the 25th, wink at them, and they’d know you were talking about their birthday. Because the 25th is one of the joyous occasions tied to the birth of our Savior.

 

And so it is, as so many things are inspired in our past that only come to light when they materialize and prophecy can never be understood even when it’s given, but only after it’s fulfilled, who can see what wonder the 25th brings to us.

 

And so, it is if we’re birthing or somebody says, can’t wait till the 25th for your birthday, if you were in the village in 1972, and someone said that for you, it would be paralleling the joy of the birth of Christ.

 

It didn’t have to be that. It could have been a wedding coming up on the 12th of the month. But they address that 12th of the month as the 25th. And the joy of our Savior that the 25th brings is parallel with Our Lady bringing the birth of the whole world.

 

A new springtime for the Church. A new springtime therefore for the whole culture. We are living in wonderful times if you respond.

 

We are living in terrible times if you don’t.

 

“…My dear children, use this time well that it might go well for you…”

 

It’s surreal. We have to pinch ourselves to realize the age that we’ve been fortunate enough to be born in. The age of “can’t wait for the 25th,” for 30 years. You can capsize the whole thing, can’t wait till the 25th.

 

How Our Lady must have been in Heaven for these ages. She actually said, I think it was around ‘07, June 25th, “for the time that she writes anxiously for.” So, it can’t help but be deduced that before Her apparitions, that She waited for decades, to this, Her time would arrive. She could not wait for the 25th.

 

And so, something changed in Medjugorje after the relationship with the visionaries, then the relationship on the Thursday messages with the parish, and you become the parish and go through those messages and can be schooled. And then you graduated to high school on the 25th, 1st January, 1987 message, the foundation message.

 

And since that time, we’ve progressed now to Mirjana having a second of the month message, which we at first thought was for non-believers. And non-believers, Mirjana has said, Our Lady has never called them that. Never. She doesn’t call them atheist, agnostic. Our Lady says of these people, people who have not experienced the love of God. Because if you truly experience the love of God and you feel His love, how could you not convert?

 

And so, we have atheism, agnosticism, hatred toward God, of the God they believe doesn’t exist because they’ve never been around people that witness God’s love. So, God’s love comes through us. And if we’re not reconciled with God, if we’re not in union with Him, if we’re not His friend, and I’m not speaking about acting as His friend, but really truly His friend, why should they be? So, you have an important responsibility in waiting for the 25th, looking at this message prayerfully and incorporating it in your life.

 

Our Lady, Queen of Peace of Medjugorje’s May 25, 2011, Monthly Message to the World

 

“Dear children, my prayer today is for all of you who seek the grace of conversion. You knock on the door of my heart, but without hope and prayer, in sin, and without the sacrament of reconciliation with God. Leave sin and decide, little children, for holiness. Only in this way can I help you hear your prayers and seek intercession before the Most High. Thank you for having responded to my call.”

 

She will intercede before the Most High when She hears your prayer. It’s only in that way that She can help you, that you be in holiness, because as little children and as She wants us to be, we must leave sin and decide for that.

 

The first path is the Sacrament of Confession to be reconciled with God. While we’re in sin, there’s no hope. No matter how much you knock at the door of Our Lady, conversion and the grace for that, even if we seek for it, through prayer we will not have.

 

Now I just climbed the ladder backwards on this message. For you to look at where She started or ended at to where She began. Our Lady said something profound today, very, very profound.

That’s scary, very scary. How can it be that so many people, they want God, but they can’t find Him? Are we rejecting Our Lady? We had a lady that called us once, one morning on the billboards. She saw Our Lady on it. She was crying. And she told us that she herself had rejected Jesus a year before or so. And she was so fed up with not having her prayers answered that that morning she woke up very angry with the Virgin Mary.

 

And she told Her she’d no longer pray rosaries to Her. She goes out. She drives down the road. She’s going to some location. She looks up and sees a billboard, one of our billboards that said, “This is my time.” And she just broke down crying. She called and talked to one of our community receptionists, told her the story, and she had an epiphany, a conversion, because she realized it was her. “It was me.” It was her who was doing all the wrong thing by rejecting that.

 

Her prayers were not heard, they weren’t answered. Was she in a state of grace? You have to be in a state of grace to receive grace. You have to be in a state of grace to receive grace. Otherwise, your prayers aren’t going to be answered.

Our Lady began that

 

“…my prayer today is for all of you who seek graces of conversion…”

 

We seek, but we’re not answered. Is it we who are fooling around with Our Lady? Are we our own worst enemy? That’s what Our Lady is trying to get us to see today. If you’re not getting your prayers answered, why not?

 

May 2nd, She says, that’s why you’re not successful. Because you have not removed and be freed from the dirtiness of your past. She follows up that May 2nd message with the May 25th message telling us, you’re without hope. You can knock all you want, but you can’t fool me. You’re fooling yourself.

 

I’ve really known some people, very spiritual people, who are angry, have become angry with the Virgin Mary. I mean, really angry because they’ve gone for years praying and they can’t get an answer. When that happens, you can only look to yourself and you can only say to yourself, am I the reason for this? Have I not made my situation? Is it Her, Our Lady, or is it you? Is it your spouse? Is it others? Who’s really to blame? If you pray, if you confess, you’ll learn who’s to blame.

It’s not me. It’s not me. It’s those people out there in gangs. It’s those people out on the streets doing bad things. It’s those people in their lifestyles who live degradation. It’s Hollywood. It’s the bad guys. It’s not me.

 

Our Lady is not come talking to any of those people. She’ll talk to them when they convert. Right now they’re not listening. You think they’re tuning in and can’t wait till the 25th? They don’t even know it exists. If they did, do you think they’d be mocking it or laughing about it? We have people mock this place.

 

We just had somebody in the last day or so say on the radio. Oh, that Caritas out there. Yeah, they just like this guy that said the world’s gonna end. Yeah, people seeking spiritual things and they start imagining stuff, et cetera. And out there on that county road, you go out there and all these cars from all over the country and different tags. And the Virgin Mary says She’s gonna appear by this tree and if it rains, She’ll come back the next day.

 

Mockery. Do you think they care? Do you think they’re listening to Our Lady? It’s us who are listening to Her. So, what if it is me? It is me. It is you. It’s Our Lady who comes and tells us today.

 

“…My prayer today is for you to wake up,” basically. Because I’m adding some words to this, because you who seek the grace of conversion, you’re not getting it.

 

“…You knock on the door of my heart, but without hope and prayer…”

 

Because why? You’re in sin. And you don’t think enough to go to confession for it, and leave sin and make a solid decision, a decisive decision for holiness. Only, only, only, little children, in this way can I help you?

 

She didn’t say, well, this is one option I can help you. Maybe I can help you.

 

“Only in this way,” quote, since I’m adding some stuff so you know when I’m quoting exactly the message, “only in this way can I help you, hear your prayers and seek intercession before the Most High God.” I added the word God.

 

And just so someone out there don’t say the message has been changed, let me read the whole thing.

 

“Dear children, my prayer today is for all of you who seek the grace of conversion. You knock on the door of my heart, but without hope and prayer, in sin, without the sacrament of reconciliation with God. Leave sin and decide, little children, for holiness. Only in this way can I help you, hear your prayers and seek intercession before the Most High….”

I guess if you just looked at a classroom, a setting, or a school, and you graduate from one class to the other, that whole class is moving with a level of knowledge and wisdom passed on from that teacher. They experience somewhat the same thing, although they may perceive it according to how intelligent they may be, how much they comprehend, or they are, but generally speaking, they’ll be in the same place.

 

And so, as you progress through the messages, a lot of us are in a similar area, some more than others, some because they’ve been there longer, some, because God’s chosen them to know more. God reveals things to people for different various reasons. Sometimes it’s just because you say yes and you continue to say yes, God will reveal more to you. To whom much is given, much is expected.

 

But that comes from also those who can be trusted in small things, can be trusted in big things. So, what is your walk in the Medjugorje movement? Can you stand up to the resistance? Because there’s a lot of resistance. You don’t enter into this movement without persecution. If you’re not getting persecution, you’re not in the movement. You don’t understand it.

 

And persecution is to purify you and to keep you humble. At the same time, the villains who perpetrate these things are, it’s not God’s will for that. What is God’s will is how you react to that. And the more you react to that in line with the messages, the more God can deal with you with grace.

 

But also, you have to look at Jesus and his apostles. They went through this period, especially right before His crucifixion, as they progressed toward the Cross, the real Cross, the living sacrifice of Jesus and giving that last Mass, the first Mass, the Last Supper. It’s strange.

 

He went through all this period of three years to teach these men something, and didn’t even give him a practice session where we’ll go through this for 12 months. The last thing He did was the Last Supper. It’s the Last Supper with Him. It’s just the opposite of what we think. He should have done that to begin with, and He could be teaching about the Mass along the way. It shows you too what can be infused by the Holy Spirit.

 

Because we’re an intellectual Church and we’re wrong for doing what’s happened as far as theology and how we keep going toward this high flying talk. You don’t see it in the message. You don’t see it in Jesus’ words anywhere in the Bible.

 

Some people are offended by that. Well, be offended. Because you won’t find it in Jesus’ words. You won’t find all these extra words that’s unnecessary to explain something. You’ll find simplicity. And that thread continues in Our Lady’s messages.

 

But if you have the wisdom to see what Our Lady’s doing, and you pray for wisdom, you’ll see that Jesus said to the apostles right before He was going to be crucified, that satan wants you. He’s going to send you through a trial by fire. He prays for them. God save them, help them make it through it.

 

They all turned against him. They fled from him. John stayed there. But they were shaken by all this. So, Our Lady’s giving us some shaking messages. Shake us up. You know, “free from the dirtiness of the past,” at the beginning of the month. And here saying, you have no hope with me. I’ve been leading you for these many years you’ve come into this or come to know Me. You’re knocking at my heart, and you have no hope, nor prayer with Me unless you leave sin, unless you confess.

 

She said November 25th, 1998, “May holy confession,” not holy communion, “may holy confession be the first act,” not your first holy communion, “may holy confession be the first act of conversion for you. And then, dear children, decide for holiness.”

 

You can’t decide for holiness in sin. You can’t decide for holiness continuing your way. You got to live anew and differently, both spiritually and physically. When you decide for that, it should be today, not procrastinated, because procrastination doesn’t work with Our Lady. You’re going to miss the time of grace.

 

Every day you don’t convert, you’re putting off graces you could be receiving to fortify you, to give you fiber for whatever is coming in the future, which will console you, which will be a salve on the wound of not hearing Our Lady’s messages anymore, or that you weren’t proactive in the messages when She was here.

 

And that’s why She said August 25th, 1997. “…Soon will come a time when you will lament for my messages…” Because when She’s gone, She’s gone. Yes, She says, “even my eyes, my heart will still be here,” even when I leave. There’s going to be a new presence of the Virgin Mary left on the earth after these apparitions. A new efficacy, a power that She’ll have that’s being granted by the Father to Her, through Her children, to act upon the earth.

 

And so just as we fall as Peter fell, this is part of the walk. To see where you are, to see you’re not so strong on your own, that you depend totally on Jesus, to give Him your yes and He be your strength because you don’t have it. I don’t have it. And the first step is always confession. We cannot experience revival without the one tear, as Pope Benedict said years ago, one tear of repentance is all we need.

 

And if you can’t go to confession today from this message, get on your knees and confess. Make an act of contrition, do an examination of conscience tonight and say, “I want to change everything in my heart, those things seen and unseen, sins that I remember, sins that I’ve forgotten. I confess this until I can run to confession.” Don’t even wait to go to confession. Do that now. You don’t know if you’ll never wake back up when you lay down in the bed tonight.

 

And somewhere, somebody is not going to wake up. Could be you. Don’t think, oh, I’ll go to confession two days from now. Confess the moment that you feel that urge and say you’re sorry. And then God can look at you and say, you didn’t go to confession. And Mary can come beside him and pick you around and say, technicality, Jesus. He confessed, he just didn’t make it. Don’t be technical with him. Let him through. Let him pass.

 

That’s how I row, but I tell you what, if you mess up with Our Lady, you’ve messed up. She said, “Do not reject Me.” She is the last reach of God the Father in the final chapters of the role of salvation in the history of the world. She will not come back. These are the last apparitions.

 

I just got through writing 30 Years of Apparitions to explain some of this and why. And no, the world’s not going to end. Scripture says no one knows the hour, not even the angels in Heaven. Jesus himself said that of Himself. Only God the Father knows. But I tell you what, what the future may look like and will look like is, you’ll wish it was the end of the world. And it is going to be the end of the world as we know it. But this world is going to continue.

 

Our Lady’s not coming down here in the first quarter of Her plan and now the second quarter or so and end the game there. It’s got to go the full 4 quarters. These messages are to help those people in the future to make it through the antichrist time.

 

Do we live in antichrist time right now? Yes, we do. And again, 30 Years of Apparitions, which we’re about to print, will explain more of that. But we have to understand that we make so much out of nothing, that our problems are so grand and so big that we can’t handle them. And we hold things in our hands, and we don’t recognize what we’ve got. We’ve got the messages on a piece of paper that through prayer come to life.

 

We’re making mountains out of grains of sand. We’re climbing these hills and these things and these difficulties. Our Lady says, “…surrender all your problems to me…” You don’t have to do that. When you do that, that mountain you’re climbing, that you want to hold on to, it’s just a grain of sand. You’ll say, wow, I didn’t have to carry that. I just released it to Our Lady. “Surrender it to me,” She says many times. Give Jesus all your problems and He’ll heal you.

 

I had a couple one time and we got to let God act to be transformed because many things are already in your hands. But I had a couple once that the husband left. Next thing he knows, she says he’s going to marry another woman. She comes to me for counseling. I counsel her because he wasn’t talking to me. And this went on for a couple of years. He comes back; they get back together. He comes to me and says that they both were woken up. And he said he never dreamed he could be so happy.

 

And so, what he had in his hands, what she had in her hands, was there all along. It just needed to be purified, like Our Lady’s saying today. Purify yourself with the confession. Leave sin, decide for holiness. What you’ve got, what family you have, what marriage you got, what job you got, all can be transformed by the decision of you living in holiness. That’s what transforms. God can turn something that’s bitter into a grace. All you need to do is to be transformed and turn it into love.

We ourselves complicate everything God has for us, wants to give us. And trials that He sends to us, that He wants us to transform those things into a jewel that will be worn in our crown in Heaven. And we don’t want it. And often, if we go His way, not often, it will when we go His way, because His will will work it out that way. It’s just a grain of sand.

 

And so, this message today really correlates with that. We have Our Lady and can see in Her, and if you feel it in your prayers and you sense what She says and you savor Her words, you look at them, you pray at them, you think about them, you enter into them, you read it forward, you read it backwards, and you can see She’s beginning to feel this triumph. She already says, I already feel enough people for my triumph. There’s a message referencing that. She gives a sense, I already feel in my heart, my triumph. The triumph as Queen.

 

And so Our Lady says August 25th, 2000.

 

“…I desire to share my joy with you. In my Immaculate Heart, I feel there are many of those who have drawn closer to me and are in a special way carrying the victory of my Immaculate Heart in their hearts by praying and converting…”

 

Incredible. So, she already sees this. She already understands in a special way that this triumph is coming. If you sense that, why would you not start exercising that? The Queen of Peace, who has been given that title from the very beginning of these apparitions, is the last invocation that the Pope put in the 1900s or so about the title Queen of Peace. And that was the end of it, invoking that with Our Lady. And all this is probably not prophetically.

 

But is She taking authority as your question was, my prayer, my heart? Our Lady has said She can do nothing, that She’s no different from us. She can do nothing without God. But She gives a hint in this message, through my heart, through you, my Immaculate Heart will triumph. And isn’t it just like God to want to do the greatest injury to the ego, the mightiest ego that exists, satan’s, that those who are sinners, those who are in the camp of the devil, and Our Lady shows that today.

 

You can’t do nothing; there’s no hope for you if you don’t leave sin. She’s trying to show us and go to holiness. And then the message we just quoted about the triumph, the Immaculate Heart triumph, is through us, Her hearts, that satan can’t even boast about anything.

 

He could boast about Jesus. “Well, I defeated Jesus, but he was God and he defeated me. I killed Him. Mary, yeah, I did that too. And I can defeat Her if She came to defeat him. Crush his head. But for us, to defeat satan is the greatest insult to his ego because we’re with him in many ways. And this is a great, great victory, a victory we can’t even comprehend.

 

And all these things come in God’s time. One can sense the welling up of Our Lady’s strength that She’s been amounting to us. The more we pray, the more we convert, the more we go to holiness. And the more we break from sin, greater will be Her influence. This welling up of a new efficacy She has is a power which she’s never had before. And I say that with just knowledge of knowing it.

 

This new power is a new influence with God that while She may had great influence with God, She has new influence with God on behalf of what She’s doing on the earth. So as the world converts, what I said earlier about, which is echoing the scriptures, those who are responsible for a little can be responsible for something great.

 

And so, it is Our Lady has been entrusted with the world. Once you recognize these fundamental things, then you begin to understand She will be speaking from authority more and more. And She’s got authority because this is Her time. I just look at it more like Jesus leaning on the tree with His arms folded, feeding the 5,000 through His miracle but not participating in the labor side of it. He granted the miracle. He granted the grace. He didn’t lift up a basket. He told the apostles, you go and distribute it.

 

Can you imagine going around 5,000 men and that was not counting women and children? Scripture specifically says that, 5,000 men aside from them women and children there. They broke them up in groups. Do you not think that they were laughing and joyful and pulling out a fish and bread and fish and bread and it just kept not emptying. I mean, what would you feel like? Who would not be happy about that? What kind of joy and laughter and awe? You’re not just stunned in silence. I mean, it just had to be not funny, but joyous. But where was Jesus? He’s probably smiling, leaning against a tree watching this in the shade.

 

And so it is, He’s now giving this time to Our Lady, because I tell you what, it’s very clear that we’ve gone as far as we can go in our salvation, turning against the Cross. And Our Lady is saving us. We’ve got to understand and comprehend it is Our Lady who is saving us now. Because if anything, what we’ve done in blaspheming, been against the Cross and how we’ve turned away and how we’ve become so mediocre Christianity and so tied to sin, without even realizing it, “satan drives you on,” Our Lady says, “without you even realizing it,” that it would be too much of a stab in the heart of Our Lady just to write the human race as over.

 

But if you really are contemplative and really your thoughtfulness and reflection of what we’ve lived and how we live, there’s no reason for us to even exist right now. There’s no reason, yet we see Jesus’ mercy. But I believe firmly it is Our Lady’s reason that we’re here. It is Her who told Ivan, had She not come, the world would have destroyed itself.

 

It’s not for our sake, it’s for His Mother’s sake, that the pain for eternity She would have in seeing us lost and all these poor sinners, all of us doomed, that for that sake of sparing Her that, He’s allowing Her to do what She’s doing. And He’ll give Her all authority, whatever it is, and it’s exactly why She said, on Her 2000th birthday, 1984, “never did I cry in sorrow as I cry in joy today.”

 

Because something was given to Her on that 2000th birthday, 1984. A new efficacy of power. And so, God’s time is just that way. Today at lunch, right after we left the Field, the message was given when we got home and Marija called, her husband called first. I talked to him for a little bit. And then Marija got on the phone, and we talked for quite a while.

 

And we were talking about everything. We were talking about things in the world. We were talking about the earthquakes. We were talking about the tornadoes hitting Alabama. And I was just telling Her some things. She says, oh, I’ve seen the pictures. And we were just talking about how ferocious they are. And the storm upon storm coming. And another one now is coming through the upper South, Tennessee and other places like that.

 

And I was just saying, it just seems like it’s a, we’ve never had these kind of powerful tornadoes. I explained to her one area is where this house is where there’s nothing there. The gravel’s not even there. The boards, it’s clean. We found in the mountains around us, boards and shingles and roofing from two hours away from here. Some people are finding things all the way in Tennessee, pictures. They’ve made websites to match up pictures because that may be the only thing some people have left, they found and they’re connecting with people.

 

Everything’s gone. Somebody found somewhere on a lot or a mountain top a picture. Well, actually, we found a picture of a little girl. And so, these storms are ferocious. And of course, we start talking about the message. The message hadn’t been given out. Marija translated it for me. She said, this is a miracle message. And she was saying, I said, did you talk to Medjugorje this morning? She said, yes. I said, you know about the hailstorm there. She said, yeah. And she said something really incredible.

 

She said that, you know, the bells are just, because I mentioned something about the bells to warn the people. Yeah. She says, yeah, the bells mean to go home. But then she said something I didn’t know about. She said, when I was a little girl, since I’ve been a little girl, I’ve always known this that the bells were rung, not just to tell people that this hailstorm’s coming to go home and get out of the fields, but to make the hail smaller.

 

I said, what? She says, to make the hail smaller. She couldn’t say hail at first. She didn’t, it was in English. I said, you mean the ice, the golf balls, like golf balls ice? Yeah, she says, we ring the church bells there so that God would make this hail smaller. Such a beautiful, simple thing, and it makes sense.

 

God, I’m crying out to You to alert the people that’s coming, that everybody start praying and that this won’t do damage to our great harvest. And she said they’ve seen it often, start big and go real small or dissipate. Actually, she says it’s even scientific, but I think that’s probably from a tradition. She’s just known this so much that they thought it was scientifically done or something, the bells are ringing. But in that simple theology, and that’s where theology is best in simplicity that everyone can understand, she saw this beautiful little story.

 

But everything comes in its own time. Marija also would say, and she’s repeatedly that Our Lady has taught her. It’s not just a message. Our Lady has taught them that if you want a grace, you have to be in a state of grace. That’s what She’s saying today. Be in a state of grace. I can’t do anything for you. My heart’s door will not open for you if you’re not in this state. If you’re not, you need to make a serious decision to repent, convert, change, decide for it, and leave sin.

 

Don’t just think, I’ll sin because I know I can do it and continue. You got to make strides, you may fail, but you run back to confession, and you ask for a cure, healing from these scars and these things.

 

So, everything is in God’s time. God’s time here has been given to Mary with this new power. To God, what is time? We don’t know when these apparitions will be over. I believe they’ll go to 40 years, the daily ones. I think as long as our, what we understand, as long as the visionaries live, they’ll see Her once a year. But I’m convinced they’ll go 40 years, but still, nobody knew they were coming. But everything is God’s time. And all this happens in God’s time. When we look at that from His perspective, we’ll see things differently. We’ll see who He is and who we are.

That’s our whole goal in life. That at that moment of our marriage with Christ. We should be living for that, living for that one married day, or marriage ceremony. Where we’ll be united with God Himself, led by Our Lady. That’s a long trip, you might think, especially if you’re a youth. Well, that’s a long way away. You want to do that alone? Or do you want to do that with God? If you do it with God, you’re going to do it with Our Lady, because this is Her time. You can reject Our Lady, say, oh, Jesus is my savior. That’s okay.

 

But why you want to do it alone? Because She’s accompanying us. She says, never has God been so near to us. Our Lady says, leave the way of sin and decide for holiness. Our Lady said today, She will intercede to the Most High. Why, if you’ve got to go to court, you get an attorney as an advocate? And you think you don’t need Mary? Why tire yourself? We’re in a moment that we cannot let pass by. And it’s all in preparation, all in preparation for that moment when we draw our last breath.

 

I often think about that. I live for that. And in a lot of ways, I can’t wait for that. But only in God’s time. For He knows the hour and the minute. And you shouldn’t want to live one second longer or live one second shorter. But all in God’s time. Right now, we got a long trip to walk and we don’t want to be alone in doing it.

“I don’t know where I’d be without your hand. I’m not really me without you there.”

 

I think we can say that for Our Lady for the whole walk. She’s walked with us these 30 years, coming now to the 25th of June, the 30th anniversary. And the graces that we have experienced or even just have knowledge of that we live in this moment is so profound. And one beautiful thing, when Our Lady appears in the Bedroom, sometimes it’s just the community. We’ve been with Marija. We might make a request, or Marija may ask Our Lady something. A new baby come to the room that’s just been born in community or several couples here have been engaged just before the apparition happened, right before we started rosary.

 

And many joyous things have happened through these 25 years we’ve had Our Lady come here repeatedly through Marija. One of the most beautiful things though is sometimes this request might be made or whatever the circumstance Our Lady immediately will smile. And Marija says, you can’t even imagine that smile.

 

And so, this walk that we’re in is tiring. It’s hard. And Marija told me today, this is a miracle message. There’s a lot of reasons for that behind the scenes. It is the rest of the story, you might want to say. But we see miracles with Our Lady. We see Her do miracles every day. We see Her do miracles for us, and She can do them for you. But one thing that’s beautiful in the Bedroom when She smiles is that we know we’re there with Her. And these words, “maybe I could rest beneath your smile.”

 

Wherever you got an image of Our Lady, go to Her tonight, kneel down in front of that, and rest beneath Her smile. Don’t wait to go to confession tomorrow, confess tonight. When She gives you that smile, that something so beautiful, something so rich, that no money or wealth can exceed it.

 

When we make the Queen of Heaven smile, we make God smile. That’s all in your hands. You hold it in your hands. It’s up to you to transform whatever you have, bitter, sweet, hardship, difficulties, in such a way that Our Lady will smile.

 

Rest underneath that.
