[A FRIEND OF MEDJUGORJE]
Today is the 25th, a message of Our Lady from Heaven.
Don’t say, it just says the same thing.
They are filled with grace because Our Lady is grace.
[READER]
Our Lady Queen of Peace of Medjugorje’s November 25, 2025, Monthly Message to the World
“Dear children! In this time of grace, I am calling you to follow me. Pray for those who do not pray and do not want peace and joy, which only the Most High can give. May your souls be united in the joy of expectancy and your heart will be filled with peace. You will be convinced, little children, that all will be good and that God will bless all; because the good that you give will return to you, and joy will enfold your heart because you are with God and in God. Thank you for having responded to my call.”
[A FRIEND OF MEDJUGORJE]
In Matthew 15, its interesting. It says, quote, “There will be great tribulations such as not been since the beginning of the world until time, nor ever will be.”
Mirjana, in 1985, she talked about unbelievers.
Our Lady told her “They are my children. I suffer because of them. They do not know what awaits them. You must pray for them more.”
And then, Mirjana says Our Lady showed her the first secret. The earth was desolate. Our Lady said:
“It is the upheaval of a region of the world. In the world there is so many sins. What can I do if you do not help me.”
Our Lady is asking for that. There it is about the first secret.
And She says ????, Our Lady, “here you have a time of grace and conversion. It is necessary to use it well.”
Matthew says towards this time there are earthquakes in various places. All of these things are the beginning of sorrows, lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold.”
Our Lady being here, She is the sign.
Just a couple of days ago, there was something that happened that had not happened in ten thousand years.
It was a volcano, and it has been sleeping in Ethiopia. These ten thousand years it has not roared like this, spewing, the volcano.
I say that because, back to the Bible, I said a minute ago where earthquakes, wars and the lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold.
There was a woman who was run over by a car. Then he backed up to run over her again, killing her, to get her purse.
He got out of jail, and he killed again.
Love is gone, and that is why Our Lady is here, to show us.
She says, “in this time of grace I am calling you to follow me.”
It’s interesting, today’s message, She says, “I am.” But God, that is what He is. “I AM.”
Here it is Our Lady is saying “I am.”
“I am,” therefore, Our Lady has the authority to open Heaven.
“I AM”, God, has given Our Lady the key to Heaven to earth. She is Heaven.
Hatred is more than ever in the history of the world.
So, Our Lady told in this first secret, it’s a time of grace for conversion.
There is a clip that I did in 1994, and in 2020, I added something to the end of it that speaks to what I am talking about.

They were tired. It was cold. Such a long journey.
The treasure carried would replace the old.
Its value had been such that to touch the chest which carried the old, brought the penalty of death.
What importance would the new vessel have carrying treasure vastly greater in value than the old?
What was the vessel’s treasure?
The treasure that man, both good and bad, would seek after its wealth for ages.
Ending the journey, the vessel and treasure were brought to a special place.
There the vessel opened. The treasure…Jesus was born.
Isaiah says, “Come reason with me sayeth the Lord.”
Since Adam, 80 billion people have lived and died.
Out of billions, only One was entrusted with the greatest Treasure ever.
Only One held Him to Her breast.
On winter nights, what thoughts must have gone through this Breath of Heaven, who cuddled He who was born of man, and yet God.
Reason and think. Go deeper into the Scriptures.
Has any man ever known the love which existed between this Mother and Child?
What wonders it reveals. What hope it gives for all the world.
For God needed a Mother for His Son.
The Scriptures are alive, the speak more than the words we read.
This Christmas—meditate, think, reason.
He entrusted His Son to Her, His Mother, two-thousand years ago.
If in our time now, the earth is in the throes of labor to be birthed into darkness or light, He gives Her again, His Mother, this time, entrusting Her with birthing the world unto holiness.
That is the “why” of Medjugorje.
[A FRIEND OF MEDJUGORJE]
Did you catch that, that piece that I wrote.
And today, Our Lady says something very important.
“May your souls be united to the joy of expectancy.”
Expectation? What does that mean? Birth!
Our Lady is talking about it.“May your souls be united to my joy of my expectancy.”
And She is calling for conversion, a birth, all of us.
Conversion is a daily thing.
I’m going to give you a story about peace.
Our Lady said today, “not want peace and joy.” And this story is about that.
And the story is going to show you what Our Lady said today.
This story, Our Lady said, “you will be convinced, little children, that all will be good and that God will bless all…”
So, open your heart.

[AUTHOR OF BOOK: LEADERS EAT LAST]
“What is interesting about the story of humanity and the concept of Leaders Eat Last. First of all, the title, “Leaders Eat Last,” comes from a conversation that I had with a marine? I said, ‘What makes marines better than all the others?’ And he said, ‘Officers eat last.’
It is a concept shared across the military, I just happened to be with a marine, that is where that title comes from.
And, the opening story in “Leaders Eat Last,” is a war story.
I like to joke, in the military they give medals to people who are willing to sacrifice themselves so that others may gain.
And in business, we give bonuses to people who are willing to sacrifice others so that we may gain.
[Right, laughter.]
And, but the true origin story, which I had the opportunity to go Afghanistan with the Air Force.
I had been doing a lot of work with the mobility forces. The air mobility forces are the branch of the Air Force that are responsible for all of the big planes that don’t drop bombs or shoot bullets.
So, no fighter jets, no bombers, but the tankers, the cargo planes, Air Force One, all of that stuff belongs to Air Mobility Command.
And the general who was in charge, you know, he said,
“You know you got to know us really well, but it would mean a lot to me if you would be willing to go to Iraq or Afghanistan, to see our men and women perform their duty.
I would like you to see what they do. Would you be willing to go?”
And I said yes. They chose Afghanistan and I didn’t tell my family, and very few friends for the simple reason, I didn’t want them to worry.
I told my parents that I was going away with the Air Force for a few days. True.
I told them I was going to Germany. True.
I told them I would be on a lot of planes, so I probably be out of touch for a while. True.
I just didn’t tell them I was going from Germany to Afghanistan.
[Minor detail.]
Minor detail. And it became very real when I was at Dover Air Force base, which is where we left from, and the first thing we got was a tour of the mortuary where all the fallen soldiers came through Dover.
And then we went, and I got fitted for my cavalier vest and helmet.
And they asked me, “Do you want the extra ceramic plate?” [Laughing] “I was like, yes.”
We flew to Germany on a C5, amazing experience, big, big, huge cargo plane with like whole helicopters in the back, and then we flew to Bagram, on a KC135 Tanker.
And the Air Force is stretched so thin, that they were using tankers to bring inbounded stuff.
These planes aren’t designed to land in war zones.
They have no defensive capabilities. They have no flares, they have nothing.
And everything was fine, and we landed in Bagram and the side door of the plane was open, but we were still on the plane. We hadn’t gotten off.
And we’d been on the ground, maybe ten minutes. This is ten o’clock at night. It’s the middle of the night.
They do that for safety because we have no defensive measures.
We were on the ground for maybe ten minutes, and the base came under rocket attack.
And three rockets hit a hundred yards off our nose, and you could hear them.
And the air raid sirens blared and through the speakers they told everybody to go to their bunkers to cover, and we are on a plane.
And there was nothing we could do.
And nobody put on their helmets or their vests because our plane is filled with gas. That’s not going to do anything.
And everybody was weirdly relaxed. And for those who view, and I think there is a couple of you in the audience who have been in a war zone.
You have all the feelings that you are supposed to have, but you don’t have them at the right times.
So, I was relaxed. The air raid sirens turned off. The all clear was given.
And we could go to our quarters. We went to our quarters, me and my two escorts, two officers who went with me.
And my only responsibility was to do an airdrop mission.
And they are not regularly scheduled, so we went to our quarters. We got like two, maybe three hours of sleep if we were really luck, got up super early in the morning.
Then we did an airdrop in a C17 where we flew an hour and a half out to the middle of Afghanistan to a fort operating base, dropped down to two thousand feet, the big door opened at the back and supplies parachuted out the back and we were sitting right there watching it happen.
It was an incredible experience.
Come back to Bagram, after the mission was completed, and now the goal is to leave the country.
And, nothing is really regularly scheduled and you sort of, you have to find a plane that we can get on to come home.
And we did. We found an aircraft that was an outbound air medical mission. Which means they are taking away, they are taking back home fallen soldiers and marines and airmen and sailors, out of the war zone.
And, we had to get permission from the pilots. They said yes.
And then we waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and eventually we got on a plane.
All of our stuff was strapped down and about five minutes before we were supposed to leave, the pilot came up to us and said, “I need to bump you. I need more room for stretchers.”
And if there is ever a good reason to get bumped off a plane, this is about as good as it gets.
So, we got off the plane and now the goal was to find another plane we could get on and that is when we found out that there were no other planes going the direction we needed to go until Tuesday, and it was only Saturday.
And in that moment, upon receiving that news, every fiber of my being sank.
I could feel the panic coming now, that I didn’t have before.
I became a person that I am not, and I could see it happening.
Like one of the PA officers, one of the public affairs officers said, “I can get you on a flight to, you know, Karastan, but you don’t have the right visa.
And I put my finger in his face, and I said, “You get me on that plane.”
Like, I don’t talk to people that way. I was consumed by fear.
↓ Share your thoughts – It helps bring people to conversion ↓
We went back to our quarters. We were all pretty exhausted and I lay on the bed, and I close my eyes.
There was no way I was sleeping. My mind is racing. But I close my eyes.
One of the officers said, “Well, I’m going to see if I can find another flight.” And he left.
And the other officer said, “Well, I’m going to go to the gym.”
And because I was in my bed with my eyes closed, he thought I was sleeping and as he walked out the room, he turned off the lights.
I’m now left by myself in this dark room. My mind is racing. And I am consumed by fear.
I am now convinced. I would bet money; I am a hundred percent convinced that there is going to be another rocket attack.
It’s definitely going to land wherever I am and the way that my parents are going to find out that I am in Afghanistan is that someone is going to knock on the door and tell them.
I’m convinced.
I don’t want to be there. I regretted saying yes.
I’m lonely. And I’m in the “purpose business”. So, I get this.
And so, I thought to myself, okay, you don’t have a sense of purpose. That’s what you need. You need purpose. You need purpose.
Okay, so I started inventing purpose.
I’m like, “You’re here to give witness and then come back and tell their story.” And I feel amazing.
And then like three minutes later I wasn’t amazing.
I was back into deep panic and fear.
And I would do this a couple of times. I would come up with some nonsense, and I think we do this ourselves.
We come up with some rationalized nonsense that sort of lasts a little bit.
And everything was exaggerated and compressed for me, you know?
And I, I couldn’t come up with anything else.
And so, I lay in that bed and I, I gave up. I resigned myself to being powerless and stuck, surrender.
I just gave up. I surrendered.
And in that moment of surrender, this intense calm came over me.
I’d even go so far as to say, excitement, where having no surrendered and given myself up to the situation, I decided that I wanted to serve. That I would volunteer.
That I would give talks if they wanted, around the base, for troop morale.
I would sweep floors if they wanted me to.
I would carry boxes.
I didn’t care how menial the tasks were, I wanted to be there to serve.
As if it were a movie, the timing was uncanny, having just come to this realization, having just learned what true service means.
That truly to live a life of service means the choice to serve those who serve others.
No everybody. To serve those who serve others, having just come to this magical insight, the door flung open, it was Major Throckmorton.
He said, “There’s another flight that’s leaving. We can get on it. We can get it. There’s another flight, but we have to leave now. We have to leave now, or they are going to leave without us. Where’s Matt?”
I said, “He’s at the gym.”
We ran back to our quarters. We grabbed our stuff. He didn’t have time to shower. He threw his uniform back on. We grabbed our packs and ran out to the flight line to catch our plane.
As soon as we got to the flight line, we could see the C17 that we were going to board and just as we got there a security cord came down and they wouldn’t let us onto the field.
Because somewhere else on base, there was a fallen soldier ceremony happening and what happens is, out of respect, everything on base stops.
And so, we sat on the curb, and we waited.
And while we were sitting on the curb, I told the guys what I had just gone through in the bed, and I, I wept.
It brings me to tears now.
I wept as I told them the story.
And one of the things people don’t realize about the military is crying is just fine.
It’s just fine. There is a lot of crying and it’s just fine.
They hold space.
And, uh, finally this security cord came back up, and we went and boarded our aircraft.
And what I haven’t told you is the reason that this was an unscheduled aircraft and the reason it showed up, is we would be carrying the soldier for whom they just had the ceremony.
We got on the plane. We are the only three passengers on that plane and the army brought upon the aircraft the single flag-draped casket, and laid it in the middle of the cargo bay.
And all of the airmen stood at attention. I didn’t know what to do.
And I put my hand on my heart. I kind of felt like an idiot.
And so, I just stood at attention with them in this perfect line as the army laid down the casket, they did a slow 8-count salute to say goodbye to their comrade.
We watched them march of the plane, hug and cry as they walked out of sight.
The aircrew got to work and strapped down the precious cargo, and then we left.
It was a nine-and-a-half-hour flight over night back to Reinstein, back to Germany.
And, as soon as we got in the air, everybody like staked out a piece of real estate to get some sleep.
And I was last because they all sort of scattered. And so, I was left, sleeping next to the casket.
On every other flight I was on, we joked, we talked, we had a blast.
On every other flight, on this flight, barely a word was spoken.
On every other flight, I hung out in the cockpit, talked to the pilots.
On this flight, I never visited the cockpit once.
And I will tell you it was the greatest honor of my life, having just learned what true service means, getting to bring home someone who understands service more than I ever will.
↓ Share your thoughts – It helps bring people to conversion ↓
We get to Reinstein and our final flight home is an air medical evacuation where we are bringing wounded, the wounded back to America from Germany.
Some of them ambulatory, and some of them not.
And it’s more relaxed on this flight, but in the back of the aircraft, there is a single gurney. This nurse is tending to a whole bunch of troops.
And there are like four doctors tending to one marine, who is what they call C-Cat, which is an artificial coma.
And I sort of stayed away out of discomfort from the back of the plane and I sort of like, at some point, I should really go.
So, I went back and talked to the docs, and they were telling me his wounds.
His buddy had stepped on an IED and was killed and he took the shrapnel. He had shrapnel in the chest. He lost an eye. Shrapnel in his skull. And they were telling me how some of the trauma care that was being developed in Afghanistan and Iraq was slowly making its way to civilian hospitals back home.
So even when they are wounded, they are giving back to us.
And the head doc, the guy in charge, was a reservist from Austin, who works in an ER.
And I asked him a question, had I not gone through what I went through, I asked him a question that I would have never have asked him.
I said, “You’re a good guy. You work in an ER. You save lives for a living. Are these missions different than your job back home?”
And he looked at me and said, “There is no comparison.”
He said, “Ninety to ninety-five percent of the people who come through the ER are either drunks or idiots.”
He said there is not a single drunk or idiot here. He says the honor I get on these missions doesn’t equate to an entire career.
We made it back to Andrews Airforce base. We were the last plane to land right before a huge storm came in.
We got off at Andrews and there was this, the biggest rainbow I have ever seen in my life over the base.
I’ll tell you one final piece to this.
At the deal I made with the general was that I would go do my thing and then he wanted me to come back to headquarters and report out what I had seen and share any insights that I may have gleaned.
And so about two weeks later, I went back to the headquarters and did just that.
And I stood in an auditorium, smaller than this, and all of the brass was there. All of the generals, a bunch of colonels, like all of the brass were there.
And I told them what I had went through in the airdrop and some things that I was really impressed by, and some little tweaks that I could see.
And I was going over in my head; do I want to tell the story of coming home with this casket?
And I sort of like was debating. And I finally decided to tell the story.
And the emotions were raw. I mean it had just happened.
And the emotions were raw. And I started telling the story and I couldn’t.
My eyes welled up, and I couldn’t get the words out.
And something magical happened. And you realize the difference between private sector and these magical human beings.
If I, and its happened. If I’m on a stage and I well up and I get stuck? Somebody in private sector will say, “It’s okay. Don’t worry.” Right? As if to push you aside.
When I got stuck and welled up on that stage, two words were spoken by the Four-Star, who was sitting in the back of the room. He said, “Go on,” as if to say, “go on,” your safe, or “go on”, we’re with you.
And that’s amazing. He didn’t say “stop.” In a time of pain and in a time of fear and in a time of overwhelming, he did not say stop, he said “go on.”
And this is why I wrote that book. Because you realize the power of community, the power of friendship, the power of a strong culture that is built on love.
And I don’t use that term lightly. If you ask folks in the military. I’ve talked to the hardest of hardcore warriors.
And I say what is it that makes you good at what you do?
And they say, “love.” They say “love.” They love each other.
We call each other colleagues and coworkers. They call each other brother and sister. And that relationship is real.
And from that day on, when my friends struggle, I say, “Go on.”
[END OF NARRATION]
[A FRIEND OF MEDJUGORJE]
Our life in our community and for Our Lady, since I have been following Her since 1983, our work is to do good for people.
Our Lady said, “because the good that you give, will return to you.”
Gallup, they do studies. They put out new evidence that shows acts of generosity and the belief in other’s good will are significant predictors of happiness.
I was out a Lowes for some things we are doing for Christmas, and a lady went by me.
She was old. She looked like she was 90 years old, it looked like.
And it was tight where the isle was. And when she goes by, I put my hand on her shoulder. “Mother.” That’s all I said.
She turned around and smiled.
And I do this all the time. I go this to people all day. Put my hand on them. I cut up with them. And it comes back to you.
But this old woman needed that. She was almost lost in that isle.
There is a new Christmas song, and I think you are going to like it. Open your heart.
[SONG: THIS IS CHRISTMAS]
Yeah, it’s cold and it’s grey
I’m in love with this day
‘Cause it’s Christmas
Yeah, the light in your eyes
And the smile on your face
Says it’s Christmas
It’s a word or a smile
That can change someone’s life
With some change in your pocket
Just to get through the night
Wish on stars above
For the ones we love
This is Christmas
Drove a thousand miles
Just to see you smile
This is Christmas
Sing with me softly, my dear
‘Cause it’s all I can give you this year
This is Christmas
It gets harder each year
To believe in what’s real
I need Christmas
It’s your love that I miss
Yeah, your heart and your kiss
Make it Christmas
And the gifts that you bring
Always make my heart sing
Not the things that you buy
But the love that you bring
Wish on stars above
For the ones we love
This is Christmas
Drove a thousand miles
Just to see you smile
This is Christmas
Sing with me softly, my dear
‘Cause it’s all I can give you this year
This is Christmas
And it’s late in December
I need to remember
You were there when I needed a friend
So fill up the car
And we’ll chase down the star
That will lead us back home again
Wish on stars above
For the ones we love
This is Christmas
Drove a thousand miles
Just to see you smile
This is Christma
Hold the feeling in
Fill my heart with cheer
‘Cause it’s Christmas
Sing with me softly, my dear
‘Cause it’s all I can give you this year
This is Christmas
This is Christmas

[A FRIEND OF MEDJUGORJE]
I love people, strangers, I go right up to them, I always have something to say.
At Villaggio Colafrancesco, with the gelato, coffee shop, the house, if you have not come here, go to it.
Everybody that comes there to get the coffee, the gelato, sandwich, whatever, and everybody is smiling.
There is a couple, they are always looking for me on Saturday night.
I was in the parking lot, I was leaving, and they said, “Come, come back. Can you come back there, at Villaggio?”
They wanted to talk to me.
I met them a year ago here. They are Muslims. She’s got ??. We cut up a lot. I love them. They love me.
If you have not been to Villaggio, go there.
Also, on December 8th through 12th, is Christmas. The house at Villaggio Colafrancesco is Christmas.
The house where Our Lady had over 150 apparitions over the Bed, its sacred. You can go there.
Come. You will get joy.
After this song you just heard, we start with our Christmas [music].
We don’t shut down two or three days after Christmas.
We keep going. Jesus is alive and we go well over a month for these songs.
You are not going to hear what these commercials, ding a ding, stupid stuff.
I think we have around 800 songs. Sometimes one singer sings it, maybe, two hours the same song, but its another singer.
Support this mission. What we are doing right now is a lot of things happening.
We need you to pray for this mission.
We are doing some major things in Medjugorje for the world, and we survive by your donations.
I wish you Our Lady. We love you. We looking to see you to come here. We are praying for you.

HI CARITAS, the story, and song hit close to home. In 1990 at Christmas, I was in Saudi Arabia. We were there part before war in 1991. There were soldiers saying it was not CHRISTMAS. I said to them it doesn’t matter where you are, its still CHRISTMAS. SOME DIDN’T GO TO MASS because we were told we had a major threat of bombs. Some of us went to mass. When war started in January my Sargent didn’t let go me at start. I saw a side of him, like a light switch came on. He had been to Vietnam. Return to love. I got that when I went to 5 days of prayer, the Community and people that go there, such a loving time. a RETIRED SOLIDER MERRY CHRISTMAS john chaloux -
Wonderful message for all!
Please pray for peace in my family, especially for my grown children who have lost their way and turned from our Catholic faith. There is bitterness in their hearts and lack of love that is so much needed. I’m praying the novena as I do all the time and beg for our Lady’s intercession to bring peace and love into our hearts and our home.Thank you and God bless you.

Hello Ya’ll, Just going to bed, checking in with Our Lady, She gave us all this wonderful follow up, to Her most recent Message….TWO MORE “Follow Me’s,” making my heart, lift right up to Heaven……She’s So Cool ! ! May God Bless Everyone, HAPPY NEW YEAR (The New Catholic Year Begins)December 2, 2014
“Dear children, Remember – for I am telling you that love will win. I know that many of you are losing hope because around you, you see suffering, pain, jealousy, envy… But, I am your mother. I am in the Kingdom but am also here with you. My Son is sending me anew to help you. Therefore, do not lose hope, instead, follow me – because the victory of my heart is in the name of God. My beloved Son is thinking of you as He has always thought of you. Believe Him and live Him. He is the Life of the world. My children, to live my Son means to live the Gospel. This is not easy. This means love, forgiveness and sacrifice. This purifies and it opens the Kingdom. Sincere prayer, which is not only words but is a prayer which the heart speaks, will help you. Likewise fasting (will help you), because it is still more of love, forgiveness and sacrifice. Therefore, do not lose hope but follow me. I am imploring you anew to pray for your shepherds so that they may always look to my Son who was the first Shepherd of the world and whose family was the entire world. Thank you.” -Given to Mirjana -

Thank you.” -Given to Mirjana

I often wonder, the troops that stormed the beaches on “D-DAY” Knowing many were about to die – were they not MARTYRS? They gave their lives to free others – ” NO GREATER LOVE” .
