Why does Our Lady say, “…Every family must pray family prayer and [must] read the Bible…”?

 

What does Our Lady mean when She says six years ago, on June 2, 2017, “…be ready…”?

 

What does the secular world think of when they hear these two words, “be ready”?

 

If you type the phrase, “Be ready” into a search, one will see the US Airforce government website page titled, “Air Force Be Ready”. It states, quote, “Be prepared. Anticipate emergencies most likely to affect you and your families.”

 

Our Lady continues in this message of June 2, 2017, “…My children, be ready. This time is a turning point…”

 

“Turning point” is defined as, “A point at which a decisive change takes place; critical point; crisis.” End quote.

 

Our Lady continues in this message,

 

“…This time is a turning point. That is why…I am showing you the way by which you need to go, and those are the words of the Gospel…”

 

A Friend of Medjugorje continues, what does the Gospel say about our modern time? What does the Gospel say about the way by which we Christians need to go?

 

What does Our Lady mean when She says on June 17, 2011, for the first time in 30 years of daily apparitions, the word, “…upcoming..” ? And again, on June 15, 2012, quote, “through this upcoming time of grace…”? And again two years later on June 21, 2014, quote, “through this time of grace which is upcoming…” Our Lady has never said the word “upcoming” before 2011 and not again since 2014. It is strange that She says this word, as if something new were coming after 30 years of apparitions.

 

But, something new is coming. A new time of grace that is different from the time of grace of the first 30 years of Her apparitions. Could it be that we are heading towards an upcoming time of grace? What does that mean? Will you be ready?

 

What will precede this time of grace? What will follow it? There will be a new springtime for the Church.

 

What precedes Spring?

 

What does Our Lady mean when She says on June 2, 2015, “…The time has come for acts of truth…”

 

She precedes that by saying,

 

“…so that in the end I may gather My children there where everything is prepared for your happiness…because the time has come for acts of truth for my Son…do not be afraid to witness. If you are not afraid and witness courageously…by your works you will convert others…”

 

What does it mean “to witness”? Why would we Christians be afraid to witness?

 

What are you afraid of in this moment, right now, as you listen to this? Contemplate what you fear? Are you afraid to lose your job, your family, your children, your car, your phone, your health, your arm, your sight…your life?

 

Why would Heaven say it will take courage to witness and to make acts of truth?

 

What is courageous in the eyes of Heaven?

 

We are living in a culture that has rejected God. Our Lady said this again just two months ago on January 25, 2023, “…modern man does not want God…”

 

If modern man does not want God, does it want Christians? Does it want Christianity?

 

Five months ago, on October 25, 2022, Our Lady stated, “…mankind has decided to die…”

 

Does mankind not include Christians? Is Our Lady saying that it is non-Christians and pagans who have rejected God and decided to die?

 

Thirty-nine years ago, Our Lady spoke of us, modern Christians. She said, “…There are many Christians who live like pagans…”

 

Just four months ago, on November 25, 2022, Our Lady stated,

 

“…return to God…You have no future if you do not decide for God…”

 

Who is the “you” Our Lady is speaking to?

 

Our Lady continues in the message,

 

“…decide for conversion and life, and not for death…”

 

There are an estimated 2.4 billion Christians in the modern world.

 

For Christians, “life” means that even if we die, we live. Less than one month ago, on February 25, 2023, Our Lady said, “…keep looking at my Son and follow Him towards Calvary…”

 

What happened on Calvary?

 

Contemplate what you have heard, pondering the questions that were asked. What precedes an upcoming time of grace? What precedes springtime? When you look and observe well the signs of the times, what do you see?

Mirjana’s annual apparition took place today in her home in Medjugorje. Our Lady appeared to Mirjana at 1:33 in the afternoon Medjugorje time. The apparition lasted six minutes. The following are Our Lady’s words.

 

Our Lady Queen of Peace of Medjugorje’s Annual March eighteenth twenty twenty-three Message to the World Given through Mirjana:

 

“Dear children, I am calling you, through prayer and mercy, to come to know my Son all the better; to learn to listen with a pure and open heart; to listen to what my Son is saying to you in order to come to see spiritually. That, as one people of God in communion with my Son, you may bear witness to the truth with your life. Pray, my children, that, together with my Son, you can bring only peace, joy and love to all your brothers and sisters. I am with you and am blessing you with a motherly blessing.”

A Friend of Medjugorje states the following.

 

From the beginning of Her apparitions at Guadalupe, Mexico, through Her apparitions at Medjugorje, those whom the Virgin Mary has appeared to have been persecuted, often first and foremost by their families and even the Church.

 

In the majority of Her apparitions, Our Lady prefers to appear to children. The visionaries of Medjugorje were little more than children, the youngest just ten years old, when Our Lady first appeared to them in June 1981. Approximately 40 years before Our Lady began appearing in Medjugorje, the Germans had been defeated in World War II but communism had risen in its place over the people. In those days of communism, it was not uncommon for people to disappear, never to be seen again.

 

When Our Lady first appeared to the six children of Medjugorje, persecution immediately began for them.

 

If you study the lives of the saints and martyrs, you will see it is not what Christians do that brings about persecution, but rather, what we refuse to do.

 

In the face of atheistic communism, the visionaries of Medjugorje refused to deny Our Lady’s daily apparitions. The visionaries were threatened with death. Their families were threatened with death. They were subjected to interrogation and pursued by the police. Every time they were pulled from their homes to be interrogated, they prepared themselves to be martyred. Six years after the apparitions began Our Lady told the visionaries, “…Love…the atheists who persecute you…”

 

Are these not the words of the Gospel repeated to us by Our Lady in our modern time?

 

Does the example of the visionaries bring to life the Gospel, and the way by which Christians need to go?

 

Our Lady said on September 9, 2009, “…I call you to learn to forgive…you suffer…persecutions…”

By 2020, estimate of face recognition cameras will reach to more than 2.3 billion in China. And if you’re like a leader of a house church, your score will be greatly reduced.

I personally used to hate Christians. I had never had a Christian friend. I hadn’t visited a church or seen a Bible in my entire life. But I was taught in the Quran school to hate Jews and Christians.

 

[WOMAN]

In the West, we have a luxury to look at persecution as something that will never touch us. but I think there are already signs that that kind of time might be coming to its end.

The Colorado baker who won a Supreme Court case after refusing to make a wedding cake is being targeted again. This time over his refusal to bake a cake in honor of a customer’s gender transition.

 

[WOMAN NEWS REPORTER #2]

In a similar case, the owner of a flower shop is being sued because of her Christian beliefs. When asked to sell flowers to a couple for their wedding, she declined saying it was against her Christian beliefs. She’s now being taken to court over the matter.

We come back to this question of why were they persecuted? We come to the Roman Empire. And it’s not so much about anything they [Christians] do but it’s because of what they refuse to do. What do they refuse to do? They refuse to say that there are many gods. They refuse to say that the emperor is a kind of god. And actually it’s that refusal that is the reason for them being targeted.

Four hundred and three years ago, pilgrim ancestors fled England and set sail on a dangerous journey across the Atlantic to America. You see, they were persecuted by the British crown which required them to practice their faith in the state church, the church of England. Today, the church of England, with government approval, is imposing extreme unbiblical agenda on the youngest members of British society. According to Christian Concern, a primary school in Essex, England introduced four year-olds to the concept of gender identity on world book day. The featured book, My Shadow is Pink.

A Friend of Medjugorje states,

 

Ask yourself, is this really happening? Is persecution of Christians really on the rise in the West? Yes. And it’s coming from the most unbelievable sources. But, we’ve been seeing this for a while now. I’ve been saying this. Our bishops are silent. Our pastors are silent. Our churches are silent.

 

Just last month, February 2023, a 16-year-old high school student in Canada was arrested for upholding his Christian beliefs. One headline states, quote, “Catholic school has student arrested for expressing Catholic beliefs.”

 

Yes, you heard that correctly. A Catholic school in Canada arrested a Catholic student for upholding Catholic beliefs, straight from the Bible.

 

The article continues, quote “That Canada is becoming less tolerant [of Christianity] comes as no surprise, but even so, a Catholic high school getting one of their 16-year-old students arrested is a bit of a shock, especially when the heart of the issue is his religious beliefs.”

 

Another headline reads, quote, “Attorney for teen suspended after opposing ideology, says religious freedom is ‘essentially dead’ in Canada.”

 

[MAN NEWS REPORTER]

Free speech and religious freedom under fire again in Canada. This time it’s not pastors getting arrested over COVID-19 restrictions, but a 16-year-old high school student. Josh Alexander shared his thoughts at St. Joseph’s Catholic High School in Renfrew, Ontario. Officials suspended him from class for the rest of the school year and when he showed up to class for the second semester, he was promptly arrested by two police officers. Well, here to share what happened is Josh Alexander. What did you say that got you in trouble?

 

[JOSH ALEXANDER]

I had moved to the Catholic board and female students in the school informed me that male students were using the female washrooms and they were concerned by this. I voiced my beliefs and expressed my concern to the principal. A female student also expressed concern to the principal, and we were both ignored. So at that point I decided to organize a protest outside. They ended up suspending me indefinitely two days before the actual protest. They gave me an exclusion order. This exclusion order was completely unlawful and discriminatory, and so I decided to show up to school regardless of the exclusion order. And at that point they hit me with a trespassing notice and another suspension. I waited all of that out until the end of the semester, lost four of my credits. [At the beginning of the next semester] I informed them that I would return to school and continue to adhere to my religious beliefs. Not long into that time, I was brought to the office. The principal blocked the exit and two police officers ended up entering the building. When they told me to leave I explained to them the situation, how I was only in that situation because of my beliefs and I exercised my fundamental freedoms and that I wasn’t going to leave on a request. They ended up arresting me and they charged me with trespassing. I voiced my beliefs, my sincere beliefs. I never directed it at a specific student that was doing anything. I don’t condone their behavior but I also sympathize with them because they’re a victim of our society and our education system and the terrible parents that have encouraged and pushed that on their children. There was conditions they wanted me to agree to in order to return to school. As a Christian, I’m not going to lie, I’m not going to accept the falsehood. I’m not going to go along with the mainstream narrative that is completely contrary to God’s natural order. So I couldn’t agree to those conditions.

A Friend of Medjugorje continues:

 

Our Lady said on November 25, 1997, before cell phones, laptops, woke culture, the Left, social media; before the degradation forced upon Christian society from false unions masked as marriage, to what our youngest children are being taught in school, Our Lady knew what was coming for Her children. She foresaw the coming culture void of God. And She knew what would come in the future for Her children who would love God above everything.

 

What you are about to hear are excerpts from a documentary released three years ago titled, The Power of Persecuted Church. You will hear three different people being interviewed.

 

[MAN]

I went to a government’s elite school. There were only Muslims. One time we had a new student. He was a Christian from Southern Sudan. He came and sat next to me. His name was Zechariah. I hated him. I hated him because he was from Southern Sudan, a different culture. I hated him because he was a Christian. We caused him lots of problems. Any problem in the classroom it all ended up it was him. We hit him. We beat him like nearly every single day. But what struck me he was very nice. And then I thought, how can an unbeliever be so nice and so smart. You know I had this picture that Christians are immoral. Christians are like the bad people. But morally he was the best one in the class. As you insult him, he always smiles at you. You do bad things to him, he’s never hitting back. And this actually struck me inside, you know? I started to hate him more even more because of that. And then one day I said to my friends, we need to kill Zechariah. We need to kill him because he’s a Christian, and we need actually to clean the school from an unbeliever. One night we attacked him. We attacked him in the woods, in the forest on a very dark night. He was walking under a tree. And we climbed on a tree and we waited for him. And when he came, we jumped on him. And we had our guns because we had a military training that time. We hit him so bad. And he was crying and shouting. One guy put his hand in his mouth. I was on the top of him with one other. We hit him so bad he was almost dead, he almost died. I said to my friends, okay leave him because we  injured him so badly that he will definitely die. We left him in the wood, in the middle of this the dark night, so that he would die. And Zechariah never came back again to school.

 

[NARRATOR]

November 25, 1997:

 

“…Today I invite you to comprehend your Christian vocation…become conscious of your Christian vocation. Holy martyrs died witnessing I am a Christian and love God over everything…”

 

Is Our Lady speaking of the past for a reason? Why would Our Lady speak in the present, to modern man, inviting us to understand our Christian vocation, what it means to call oneself a Christian. Why would She then talk about martyrdom, then, more concretely, physical death to witness love for God. If Christians were interviewed today, how many of the 2.4 billion Christians worldwide would understand that part of being a Christian, could include physical martyrdom?

 

[WOMAN]

The prediction is that the numbers of Christians that are going to be persecuted is rising. So that’s very, very worrying.

 

[MAN FROM CHINA]

Of course, when you’re realizing that – once you registered on the Internet, then so you are marked. When you are realizing if you have any foreign relationship you’re marked. When you step out of your house and going for a house church worship, the face recognition camera is following you. And the whole internet, the cell phones are totally controlled and censored. So it’s very scary. It is a total kind of a police state. In some sense it’s worse than the Nazi Germany in 1930’s, because they didn’t have this kind of technology at that time, that the Communist Chinese Party has. So, they’re [Christians] more careful in their communication. People now have to use code language to talk about their faith and relationship.

 

We shouldn’t avoid persecution, because as Paul said, anybody who wants to live a Godly life in Christ Jesus shall be persecuted. So, persecution is not a surprise to them.

 

If they are not allowed to go to a church, they would establish their own house church. If the house church is being banned, they would continue to read the Bible and serve the Lord – in their homes and small groups. If they can’t even have a small group, or go to a boat, have their boat church. Or go to a cave, restart the cave church of the 1960’s. Go to a forest. If they can’t do it in the daytime, they can worship at midnight.

 

[NARRATOR]

Surely, in the modern world we Christians in the West will not be physically martyred. Things won’t get that bad. There will never again be coliseums. We won’t be fed to the lions or have our head cut off. Really?

 

Why then did Our Lady say, from the Field of Apparitions at Caritas, in Alabama, on American soil the following words:

 

July 3, 2012

“Form and make prayer groups through which we will pray for your healing and the healing of this Nation to draw closer to God and to Me.”

 

[MAN]

Fr. Tomislav Kolokivch was a Croatian priest in the 1940s doing anti-Nazi underground work in Zagreb. He got a tip that the Gestapo was coming for him. He escaped the country and hid out in neighboring Slovakia, his mother’s homeland. When he arrived there in 1943, he began to teach in the Catholic university. He told his students, “The good news is the Germans are going to lose this war. The bad news is the communists are going to be ruling this country when the war is over. The first thing they’re going to do is come after the Church. We have got to be ready for it. As soon as the Iron Curtain came down in that country, the communists came after the Church with a stern, horrible persecution. The groups that Fr. Kolokovich set up were the backbone of the underground Church for the next 40 years. I firmly believe that we are in a similar moment here in America now. Christians of all kinds: Catholic, Protestant, Orthodox, have got to take advantage of this moment of liberty we have to get our networks in place to prepare for persecution.

 

[NARRATOR]

In the Gospel of Matthew Chapter five verses eleven through twelve, Jesus reminds His followers: “Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in Heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.”

 

[WOMAN]

If we look at the Bible, we look at the New Testament, at the very first believers what do we actually see there? We see that they say they were happy that they were counted worthy of suffering for Christ’s name. And I’m wondering sometimes in our culture and the way we are used to living, if we would ever count ourselves happy to be suffering for Christ’s name? I’m not sure how we would pass that kind of test. But that was their attitude. They expected persecution.

 

[MUSLIM MAN]

I had a very good family. That’s why my family was very important to me. So, when I told my father that I’ve became a Christian, and I used the word Christian, you know, and I think that was a problem. That was the first time I saw him crying. Then he said to me: “We cannot accept you.” And I had to leave home.

 

That was one of the most devastating moments in my entire life. I walked out from my family, knowing that I’ll never be back again. And I remember these things as if it was yesterday. And the most painful thing was not just leaving. A couple of days later, I bought the newspaper that we have in Khartoum. And then the last page, I saw a big picture of me. My picture in the newspaper as a death announcement. So, my family they declared me to be dead. I no longer lived. And not only that. They bought a coffin and made a funeral. And they said: “Our son is dead.” They brought this coffin to the cemetery and they buried it there. And up to the day in our village there is a grave in the cemetery where my name is written there.

 

So, I was arrested several times. The last time I was arrested, I was arrested for seven weeks. They brought me to a place where they bring not just normal criminals, but those who are opposition to the government. We came into this prison, outside you could already hear the screaming of people. People are screaming. We got inside, people are being beaten up with cables, tied on the walls. Men are screaming, naked. And it was…it had a very bad smell…I could still smell it as I speak about it now. I did not know from where the smell came. They brought me to a basement downstairs. It was very dark, no light came in. And they brought me in a small cell. So this room was so small I could not stand and I could not sit. I could not lay down or exchange. And this bad smell came very, very, very strong. So, the next day when the guard was coming with his torch bringing food to me, I would see on the floor so many dead bodies.

 

I went through a lot of persecution but where did I find my comfort? I found my comfort actually in two things. First of all, when I start to recite or to read The Lord’s Prayer.

 

The Lord’s prayer it starts, “Our Father in Heaven.” And there I got to know a God, Who created me in His image and would leave me, but the God that I could call Father. There I found my identity and my destiny in it. And whenever I prayed, I looked to God as my Father that I could always come to Him. And I know a day will never come where this Father will say to me, “You are no longer my son.”

Don’t be afraid. I know you think you’re on your own. But you’ll be okay. You don’t have to go through it alone.

 

Fall into My arms. Fall into My arms. I’m not gonna give up on you now

that’s why I see church growth in these countries where persecution is really growing faster. And that’s not because people don’t have anything else, but because people there experience God every day.

 

[WOMAN]

What happens here is that during the persecution, Christians they cling to their identity and they cling to the Word of God.

 

[YASSIR]

I went the first time back to the Middle East after many years. I went to Egypt and I was teaching in Cairo in a seminary there. And then after my teaching was done,  a southern Sudanese came to me, with his gray hair. And came to me and he started to speak to me. He asked me where I came from. I told my name, my family name and where I lived in Khartoum. And this pastor started to cry. I asked him why are you crying. He looked me and he said to me, “Do you remember me?” I said to him, “I can’t remember you, I have never met you.” Then he looked me straight into the eye and he said to me, “My name is Zechariah.”

 

So that was this person that I almost killed one day. I met him 25 years later. And the minute he said his name, I saw his broken arm and his broken leg. And I saw the injuries in his face, where actually I damaged him. I saw his eye with which he no longer could see, because we injured him. And there came a silent moment where I didn’t know what to say. I expected many things that he would say. But one thing I never expected to hear from him. Zechariah looked me straight into my eye, he said to me, “Yassir, because you hated me so much, and you persecuted me so much, I always prayed for you.”

 

In that moment, in Cairo, in the year of 2007, I grasped why God would deal with a person like me. Because Zechariah prayed for me. I hated him. He prayed for me. I persecuted him, he prayed for me.

 

He moved his broken arm, got his bag, opened his bag. He took his Bible out. He opened it. And, in the first page he wrote my name. And he was praying 25 years for me.

 

That’s the answer to persecution, to hate is prayer.

I´m concerned about the European society, where everything is easy-going and they are totally missing the whole meaning of life.

 

As Christians we have to understand that to follow Christ this is the narrow way. Not the wide road, not the highway. Jesus said that very few that are going to follow him and the road is narrow. And “In this world you will have despair and distress, but have courage because I have overcome all of it.” So, Jesus never actually promised us to have an easy life.

Our Lady said on December 2, 2016:

 

“Sins are multiplying…my Son is being forgotten…and my children are being persecuted…”

 

[YASSIR]

To prepare ourselves for the time of persecution is to learn from the persecuted Church today.

 

[WOMAN]

How does it start? How do you know that the society around you is changing? What do you do at the beginning when you still have more freedom of action? Because I don’t think that we are so prepared. I don’t think that we understand that the Western society actually has become very anti-Christian.

 

It’s not that it’s forbidden to read the Bible or to pray or to go to church. But it’s more because of the things that you are not prepared to say, or you are not prepared to do. And that’s really how it started even in the Roman Empire. And I think we have to really to see these changes in the society around us and think not just about other people who are suffering persecution, but what does the possibility of persecution mean to me? And do I need to be somehow prepared?

Why did Our Lady say in 1984, “…many Christians live like pagans…”? 

 

Websters 1828 Dictionary defines “pagan” as quote, “An idolater; one who worships false gods.”

 

Why would Our Lady call Christians idolaters? Why would she say that many Christians today worship false gods?

 

What is a false god? One could say it is something that replaces God or deals with human works. Something whose origin is not divine, but rather human.

 

Some false gods in the modern culture are easy to identify: the god of education, the god of cell phones, the god of beauty and health, the god of money, the god of self.

 

In the last ten years, paganism has grown by 63% around the world, greatly infiltrating into the Christian home and life.

 

How?

 

Through the worship of another religion’s gods. Listen to the following.

In the Christian tradition, the season of Lent is a time of reflection and repentance. For a growing number of people, it is also a time of downward-facing dog. Deena Prichep reports on churches offering yoga as a Lenten practice.

In a lot of ways, the yoga class at Resurrection Lutheran Church outside of Saint Paul, Minn., feels like any other yoga class – the mats, the music, the settling into your body.

But this is Yogadevotion, a Christian yoga practice, led here by Carrin Mahmood.

Lent moves its way towards Good Friday, which, of course, is where Jesus is on the tree. So when you’re ready, shift your weight to the left.

A half-dozen women are breathing deeply, envisioning themselves on a calm beach but also envisioning that Jesus comes up and talks with them.

We’ll stay in this pose for another two minutes, you realizing that this conversation is what prayer is.

Using a practice outlined in Hindu scripture to reflect on the life of Jesus may seem a little strange, but it’s become popular in churches across the country.

Meghan Davis-Brass is a pastor in Newton, Iowa, and serves on the board of the group Christians Practicing Yoga. For thousands of years, yoga has used breath and physical movements to connect those who practice to something larger. And at Resurrection Lutheran Church in Minnesota, that’s what’s happening.

Thirty-four point four million people in the U.S. say they do yoga. Seventy-two percent of them are women, that is, wives and mothers, between the ages of 30 and 49. As of 2021, there are approximately 210 million Christians in America. How many of them are doing yoga thinking that they are doing something of prayer to God? satan is deceptive in drawing Christians away from the First Commandment.

What you are about to hear is from an interview done four months ago on December 14, 2022. The interview was entitled, “You’re opening demonic doors: Ex-psychic’s Warning About Yoga.” You will hear a woman, formally a psychic, who practiced yoga, and was heavily into the new age movement. She encountered Christ and became a Christian. She is now sending a warning to all Christians.

 

Since yoga is strongly tied to Hinduism, can there be such a thing as Christian yoga? Many practicing Hindus, as well as Christians agree that since yoga IS Hinduism, the two cannot be combined

Yoga is a Hindu spiritual practice. And the word “yoga” is rooted in Sanskrit, it means “to yoke to or to unite with.” And what they’re doing is they’re actually, they have deliberate postures that are paying tribute, honor and worship to their false gods. And they have over 330 million false gods which are demons. And they’re honoring them with these postures. That’s what yoga is. It is not just stretching and breathing.

 

Jeremiah 17:9, “The heart is deceptive.” So it’s not like you can take yoga and blast worship music and cry out to Jesus or you say you’re praying while you’re doing these exercises. You can’t do that. People say to me, “Well, God knows my heart. God knows my heart.” You wouldn’t put Scripture on a ouija board and think that it’s okay to do it, would you? This is a really spiritual practice and super deceiving, especially because it has infiltrated the church. Many people in the church, many churches are supporting yoga. It’s very heartbreaking.

A Friend of Medjugorje states:

 

What happens in the spiritual realm, what happens in your soul during yoga…when you meditate on something other than on Jesus?

 

Many Christians may protest, “I think about Jesus.” Or “I am praying.”

 

Has Our Lady ever addressed yoga in Her messages? Yes.

 

Just three years into the apparitions, in 1984, Our Lady was asked about Oriental meditations, which yoga would fall into. Our Lady said,

 

“Why do you call them ‘meditations,’ when it deals with human works? The true meditation is a meeting with Jesus. When you discover joy, interior peace, you must know there is only one God, and only on Mediator, Jesus Christ.”

 

Has Our Lady every spoken of meditation?

 

Our Lady said on September 25, 2019,

 

“…meditate on the mysteries of the Rosary, because in your life you are also passing through joys and sorrows. In this way, you are transforming the mysteries into your life, because life is a mystery until you place it in God’s hands…”

When you go through any form of new age meditation, you’re opening yourself up to communication with demons as well. Where maybe you’re hearing things or seeing things in your home and you’re bringing that home with you. And my concern is for the soul of the person and also for their children, by the way. You’re bringing that demonic oppression home too.

 

Any new age meditation is opening your mind up and calming your mind, or quieting your mind. The Bible says in 1 Peter 5 and 8 the contrary to this; to be alert to be watchful because our adversary the devil prowls around like a lion seeking to whom he may devour. Meditating on the Word of God is filling your mind. Thinking about, pondering the knowledge of truth, God’s Word. So we’re filling, we’re not emptying. satan masquerades as an angel of light and it’s no wonder his servants would masquerade as servants of righteousness. So something that looks good, that seems good and that feels good. And my heart truly goes out to people. They have back problems, they have Fibromyalgia, they have arthritis, and their practitioners are encouraging them to do yoga because it’s so misunderstood. But it is extremely deceptive and sneaky and that is what the evil one has to do to get you to do the practice. To get you into his snare. You’re opening demonic doors by practicing yoga because those postures that you’re doing are worshipping, little “g” gods, hindu demons. It’s their spiritual practice. It cannot be redeemed. You can’t separate the Hinduism from the yoga practice. So, for a Christian to do it in particular, you are practicing idolatry. And opening those demonic doors. So when you’re rejecting God, you’re worshipping other gods and you’re paying tribute to these demons. You’re inviting them into your life as well as meditation, which is a very big part of yoga.

The following was written by a Friend of Medjugorje in 2012 in the book They Fired the First Shot. Quote, “To save our land, to find a way…to enter the Promised Land, we must identify what and why tyranny has strengthened its hold over us. Just as the Israelites, we must be purified, casting out all gods.

 

What are the gods in your life? What do you spend more time occupied with that prevents your thoughts from being upon God? How do the minutes of your day pass? Is it with God or is it with you god? [What…] takes away from your time each day for praying, reading Scripture, living out your Christian life…? There are many things that one may not even recognize as gods in one’s life. Because satan has disguised them. They are disguised by satan to make you think they are tools to help you, yet…they hold the first place in your life – a place that is to be reserved only for God.

 

The members of the Church, in a world filled with little gods, have forsaken Christ without even believing or realizing they have done so. End quote

 

It is more important now than it was eleven years ago to read They Fired the First Shot two thousand twelve. It’s a different book now. Then, you were looking at the future. Now it has become the present time.

 

A Friend of Medjugorje stated the following on April 6, 2009.

We’re so deluded in what to believe. The distance of truth is such a crisis that Our Lady’s having to come give these words from God, words She Herself said are words from Heaven.

 

What are you putting first in your life? You know, every breath from God is worth something. Are you in gratitude for that?

 

People have built their whole life on a delusion. That the system, the economic and the structures of society as it is to buy more, manufacture more, get more was what brought happiness. Ivan once said that, you know, parents get caught up in material things and lose everything through that. satan enters the family.

 

And so we’ve got a whole thing of fear that’s following people because that’s going away. And they sense these material things going away.

 

We’ve got to realize what kind of time we’re coming in. Don’t blink. Don’t even think about the way the world is going that you can’t start changing things in your own life. Because this time’s going away.

 

You cannot have the Holy Virgin Mary here every day and at the same time evil growing in its way, without a division; two America’s light and dark. The whole world being split, light and dark. The governments being split, light and dark. People being split away from each other.

 

I feel like we are in a moment that are we stopping long enough to pause and sincerely look at that? It struck me that March 18^th Our Lady said,

 

“Dear children, today I call you to look into your hearts sincerely for a long time…”

 

And none of us can grasp the moment that we live.

What does Our Lady mean when She says on June 2, 2017,

 

“…My children, be ready. This time is a turning point…”

 

Turning point is defined as, “A point at which a decisive change takes place; critical point; crisis.”

 

Our Lady continues in this message,

 

“…This time is a turning point. That is why…I am showing you the way by which you need to go, and those are the words of the Gospel…”

 

What does the Gospel say about our modern time? What does the Gospel say about the way by which we Christians need to go?

 

What does Our Lady mean when She says on June 17, 2011, for the first time in 30 years of daily apparitions, the word, “…upcoming…”? And again, on June 15, 2012, quote, “through this upcoming time of grace…”? And again two years later on June 21, 2014, quote, “through this time of grace which is upcoming..” Our Lady has never said the word “upcoming” before 2011 and not again since 2014. It is strange that She says this word, as if something new were coming after 30 years of apparitions.

 

But, something new is coming. A new time of grace that is different from the time of grace of the first 30 years of Her apparitions. What does that mean? Will you be ready?

 

What will precede this time of grace? What will follow it? There will be a new springtime for the Church.

 

What precedes Spring?

 

What does Our Lady mean when She says on June 2, 2015, “…The time has come for acts of truth…”

 

She precedes that by saying,

 

“…so that in the end I may gather My children there where everything is prepared for your happiness…because the time has come for acts of truth for my Son…do not be afraid to witness. If you are not afraid and witness courageously…by your works you will convert others…”

 

What does it mean “to witness”? Why would we Christians be afraid to witness?

 

Less than one month ago, on February 25, 2023, Our Lady said, “…keep looking at my Son and follow Him towards Calvary…”

 

What happened on Calvary?

 

What precedes an upcoming time of grace? What precedes springtime?

 

When you look at observe well the signs of the times, what do you see?

What has Our Lady been doing for 41 years? She’s been knocking and calling. And when the secrets are released, Our Lady is saying to us and telling us, clearly, it’s going to be too late for you. And many people in the Medjugorje world think when the secrets happen, everybody is going to be saved or whatever is going to happen.  Our Lady said, quote, “…It will be too late…” when those secrets come. Amazing, what Our Lady is saying, because we think, when everybody knows about the secrets everybody’s going to be converted. That’s not the case because She said it will be too late.

“Be converted! It will be too late when the sign comes…Hurry to be converted…be converted, be converted…I beg you, be converted…”

A Friend of Medjugorje has stated numerous times since the late nineteen eighties that Our Lady of Medjugorje is coming among us, in our time, as the Woman of Revelation chapter twelve. He has seen through Our Lady’s messages and declared, as the lone voice in the Medjugorje world, that we are in an antichrist time. That we are to be witnesses for Christians who will come, of we survived this antichrist time.

 

What is this “upcoming” time Our Lady began speaking of in 2011? How will we be witnesses, or, as Our Lady is calling us, “apostles” for future Christians…if…we don’t go through persecutions that they will face? Contemplate the following words:

 

Our Lady said July 25, 2020,

 

“…the devil is harvesting souls to draw them to himself…Little children, take the Cross in your hands. May it be your encouragement…now when the Cross and faith are rejected…be an example with your lives that faith and hope are still alive…”

We’ve been working for this for 37 years and now the time has come right now. You know it. Nonbelievers know it. We know it. God knows it. You might say, how can nonbelievers know it? They know it because they feel it. Everything is falling apart. They don’t have the ability to translate it like we do because we’ve got Words from Heaven from Our Lady. She’s breaking, by interpretation, of what’s happening now. Through these years, there’s one message that really stunned me because in that message, Our Lady said, on January 28, 1987:

 

“…I no longer wish to reprimand you in this way…”

 

That stunned me because Our Lady has never said that. It’s the only time I know Our Lady has given a very lengthy message, scolding us. I want to read you this one part of it where She says:

 

“…I am warning you about this. Concerning the secrets, my children, these are not known by the people. But when they [meaning the people], will learn of them it will be too late..”

 

Then Our Lady says:

“…I would dearly wish that the Lord would permit me to enlighten you a little more on these secrets…”

 

See, Our Lady wants to give you more. She wants to give you secrets about the secrets. It’s an amazing thing. Why? Because then She says this about these secrets:

 

“…but the grace which is offered to you is already great enough…”

 

So, as I said earlier, that’s what Our Lady is talking about. If you wait for these secrets, it’s going to be too late for you, for you and the nonbelievers.

 

And I remember this message riding down the road thinking about it, that Our Lady went to God. You gave me permission, talking about the secrets, I want to tell them more. And it’s astounding God says to Her: No. Already what You’ve given is great enough.

A Friend of Medjugorje states the following:

 

Our Lady has said many times in Her messages, “do not be afraid.” Because, for a Christian, there is nothing in this world to fear. There are frightful things, horrible things, disturbing things. There is sorrow. But Our Lady repeats Jesus’ words of “do not be afraid.” She said in August of 1984, to the Medjugorje visionaries who were in the midst of great persecution, the following:

 

“The only attitude of the Christian toward the future is hope of salvation. Those who think only of wars, evils, punishment do not do well…”

 

There is one word Our Lady says that is interesting. The word “think.” “Christians who think about wars, evils, punishment…” Those who call themselves Christian who think about the consequences of being a Christian DO NOT DO WELL. Do not do well? How? They do not do well witnessing their faith. They do not do well showing others the way to salvation. Perhaps they lose their salvation by denying their faith in order to avoid evils and punishments.

 

Our Lady said on March 18, 2018,

 

“…Pray for the strength of faith…and do not be afraid. Know that not a single creature who belongs to God will be lost but will live forever…Your battle is difficult. It will be even more difficult…pray for the strength of faith…”

 

Our Lady said on March 25, 2010,

 

“…I call you all to be strong…when trials attack you. Live your Christian vocation…and witness…Jesus…will be your strength…”

There is a lot to contemplate and think about what you just heard. There’re many things to learn. And that’s what Our Lady said today. You have to listen to learn. That’s what She said.

 

“…to learn to listen with a pure and open heart, to listen to what my Son is saying to you in order to come to see spiritually…”

 

What’s the opposite of spiritually? It’s secularly. And that is what is happening in the division. “…to make one people of God in communion…” If you are looking at everything secularly, you will not know what Jesus is saying. So many things are happening out there. So many signs. How do you discern? It can only be done spiritually. Not secularly. Because if you are trying to look that way, the signs that Our Lady and God are giving you won’t understand them. We had a huge sign today. A big sign!  We know there’s war. Our Lady said, last March, satan wants war.

 

So what happened this morning? In Medjugorje, Our Lady appeared, and at that same moment, do you know what happened here in the United States?

 

At 7:30?

 

President Trump announced that Tuesday, he is going to jail.

 

So, if you’re looking at it secularly, you’re missing the point. If you see this spiritually, you can see there is a war against Christians. There’re two groups of people about Trump. They’re not in the middle. They believe in him, or they hate him. And they want him dead. Because they know, the ones in darkness, if Trump comes back, if he’s re-elected, they know their war is ended. This is not about politics. Trump is the first one that stopped abortion with his appointees to the Supreme Court, with the agenda to do that. He’s the only president, going back a long time ago, we were not in a war. He brought peace. If you do what Our Lady said when She said today:

 

“…to come to know my Son all the better. To learn to listen with pure and open hearts…”

 

And She goes on and says at the end of the message, She says,

 

“…pray my children that together with my Son you can bring only peace, joy and love to all…”

 

It is impossible, this apparition at the time of the announcement of Trump going to jail, that his post today has an effect on the whole world. And we go back to the message where Our Lady says, “…Nothing is by chance…” That could have happened any time. But it didn’t. It was an appointment to give you a sign where we’re headed if we don’t change things. You’ve heard many things on this broadcast. All kinds of evil, such as yoga. Years ago, Marija was at our bleachers, talking to one of our groups, and she caustically condemned yoga. About an hour and a half from here I went to an auction at a convent and bought some beautiful statutes of angels and different things. And we were walking through the halls of the things they were going to auction, there was a door with a sign on it. It said yoga room. They all practiced that. All these nuns. They didn’t want these statues. If you come to the Tabernacle of Our Lady’s Messages, you’ll see beautiful angels in a chapel on the second floor. That’s where it came from. If you go down in our lower chapel, you’ll see St. Anne with her hands on the hands of Mary, what it looks like she’s eight years old. We got this stuff for nothing.   It was junk to them because they’re into yoga. And that’s just one example of many you just heard of Christians being persecuted and we don’t know where were going. When you can falsify things of a president, evil is not going to stop.  The Church is very sick. You heard it about the Catholic Church in Canada, a 16-year-old boy. Where are the shepherds to protect him? How many priests in the diocese? What about the bishop? This shows you how sick the Church is. Where will we be tomorrow if these things don’t stop? That’s persecution. One thing we have, prophetic, Christ guaranteed by saying that the gates of hell will not prevail against the Church. But we have to go through a trial and fire to stop the gates of hell.

I want to end this with January 25, 2023, message. The message at the beginning of the year is always looked for. Our Lady always reveals something. She says:

 

“…pray with me for peace because satan wants war and hatred in hearts and peoples. The future is at a crossroads because modern man does not want God. Mankind is heading to perdition…”

 

Are we sure about that? Is Our Lady just saying something to scare us? No. This is words from Heaven. Fresh. Just three months ago. Then She says:

 

“…pray with me that what I began in Fatima and here may be realized…”
