“So do not worry and say, what are we to eat? Or what shall we drink? Or what are we to wear? All these things the pagans seek. Your Heavenly Father knows that you need them all.

“But seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be given you besides. Do not worry about tomorrow. Tomorrow will take care of itself. Sufficient for a day is its own evil.”

Welcome to Mejanomics with a Friend of Medjugorje. We want to begin by sharing with you a letter that we received, a question, actually, to last week’s Mejanomics broadcast that was titled, “Living the Dream.”

 

And the broadcast, a Friend of Medjugorje is answering a question from someone who is saying that they were too poor to get silver.

 

That most of the money that they were spending was going towards just making ends meet for the week.

 

And so, a Friend of Medjugorje answered that in last week’s broadcast.

 

But this person, they are anonymous. Their question was in response to last week’s broadcast.

 

And this is the question they write to a Friend of Medjugorje:

 

“I appreciate your journey from living in a trailer to where you are today. If you are completely debt free and own your own home on a substantial piece of land, how did you acquire your electricity, water system, all utilities in order to have these necessities? To buy a piece of land and to get that put in place is an overwhelming thought. How is one to go about doing that?”

 

These are some of the questions that a Friend of Medjugorje would address in the earlier years of Mejanomics.

 

And to begin answering this question, we are going to first go to the very first Mejanomics broadcast, November 19^th, 2009.

 

We are going to share the first five or six minutes of what a Friend of Medjugorje says, that is going to set the stage for the answer that we are going to give this person.

 

And so, to begin answering her question, we will first go back to a Friend of Medjugorje, November 2009.

 

[A FRIEND OF MEDJUGORJE]

 

So Mejanomics, oh no, what is he going to talk about now?

 

You know, do we have something to say on every subject? You bet we do because Our Lady does.

 

And yet you hear the voice of people all the time say, “Oh, she says the same old thing. She’s got nothing to say. She just repeats Herself.”

 

Our Lady is covering every subject, every topic. We mentioned, we coined the phrase, “template of the messages over every aspect of life on earth.”

 

Whatever that subject is, these messages apply to it.

 

And one of the most important things to discuss is money.

 

And what we’ve done with it and what it does to us.

 

It is critically important that we understand this and at first people have objections over oh why are we talking about this, or we are trying to guide people this way, financially, or what.

 

No, we are guiding people by the message. It is the message, and everything is tied to the finances and to money.

 

And it is the one place that whether we want it or not, the concept of global government is going to happen.

 

It is foretold in Revelation. And that tie, that uniting of all the nations of the earth and every man on earth is going to come through economics.

 

So, doesn’t it make sense that this should be something that we are versed on, or a subject matter that we understand what is going on in the world, why are we, where we are today?

 

All sins are really tied to money in the end. No matter what that sin is.

 

It bases that, it drives people to that sin, even if it seems unrelated.

 

In the end, this is where it comes from.  We put such emphasis on this and I felt for a long time that we needed to discuss this and bring people more and educating, get people thinking about it.

I’m not giving you advise today. I am giving you my thoughts on it. You check it out yourself and then you advise yourself. Because it is in the message.

 

I can say what I have done as a witness. I can say what other people have done as a witness, and that is to be followed.

 

And we’ve dived into the messages, headed towards a quarter of a century.

 

And before that I was doing things economically wise that was in tuned to the messages even before I ever heard them.

 

I was there. I was where I needed to be.

 

Not by some craft of myself, but by understanding what was going and looking at the world.

 

We’ve got to realized there is much evil in the world, foreseen evil, by us foreseeing evil, evil can do less harm.

 

So it is very important that you remember that. Just repeat that.

 

Foreseeing evil, evil can do less harm.

 

Why? Because you can poise yourself in a better position not to be entrapped by it.

 

Our Lady tried to do that, June 25, 1989:

 

“satan has special plans to enslave you through materialism.”

 

She might as well have said:

 

“satan has special plans to enslave you through money.”

 

And so you need to be free from that.

 

We’ve got to realize that there will be a one-world government.

 

So, does that mean we raise our hands and just let things go and just take over?

 

No. satan, in the dawn of the industrial revolution was reaching for what he was reaching for right now.

 

He would have just as soon had it because he is going to be able to be incarnate, walking upon the earth.

 

The devil, just as Jesus did 2,000 years ago, Incarnate God into man.

 

So he longs for that day.

 

And as Christians, we should be responsible enough to be educating ourselves to how do we thwart that event? Prolong it? Populate Heaven more during the interim. More people to be born.

 

We shouldn’t say, okay, now is the time we can just let it all happen.

 

You know, we should always be poising ourselves, poising not poisoning, but we are poisoning ourselves with material goods.

 

We are walking the tune of the devil.

 

But instead, we should be poising ourselves to be free from that. To have liberty and not be enslaved.

 

And Our Lady has told us, She said something incredible February 25, 2007. She says:

 

“The heavenly Father desires to deliver each of you from the slavery of sin.”

 

What drives sin? We’ve spoken already about that.

 

She goes on and says:

 

“Do not forget, little children, your freedom is your weakness.”

 

Just because you have freedom to do something, should you do it?

 

Just because you have money to do something, should you do it?

 

We have people who don’t have money, not even taking care of their own needs, be it their children or spouses, whatever, and they are spending things on things they should never be spending money on.

 

It’s ludicrous. It is mindless. And yet we’ve been enslaved by this, by the desire.

 

We need this, we want this. This has to happen.

 

And so, desire is very dangerous unless it is coming through God and this verse that we’ve just read, or, is going to be part of show every Thursday because Our Lady asked for this.

 

Can you imagine the Mother of God coming from Heaven, and one of the first thing She asks and She concreted into the fabric of Medjugorje, who, themselves are not doing it now.

 

And that is why we picked Thursday to do this show.

 

And that is why we started with this show because it is the message.

 

If you want to live the message, you must be reading Thursday, the Gospel of Matthew, chapter six, every Thursday.

 

Why? Because Our Lady said that.

 

On March 1^st, 1984, Our Lady said,

 

“Each Thursday, read again the passage of Matthew 6:24-34, before the Most Blessed Sacrament. Or if it is not possible to come to church, do it with your family.”

 

She fabric-ed this into the village of Medjugorje. She foresaw what was coming.

Foreseeing evil, disables evil to do the harm it was going intend to do.

 

It doesn’t mean it won’t do something, but you can protect yourself by being poised and watching and and being alert for that.

 

So, here it is, March 1^st, 1984, Our Lady says, read Matthew 6 every Thursday.

 

August 5, 1986, Our Lady says:

“Read each Thursday the Gospel of Matthew where it said ‘noone can serve two masters. You cannot serve God and money.’”

 

Is that not incredible, two times, Our Lady said this?

 

She’s called for the village to read this and first Our Lady came and started instructing the visionaries.

 

Then we moved into the phase of the Thursday messages which was instructions for the villagers themselves.

 

To bring them along in the spiritual life.

 

So, for what? So that they can then witness to those who come.

 

And She knew the whole world was going to come.

 

And so She wanted this and She knew what would come when all the world comes, is money.

 

You going to serve God or are you going to serve money?

 

And incredibly, back before both of these messages, Our Lady said, October 30, 1983:

 

“Why do you not put your trust in me.”

 

What do people who have a lot, or even today poor people. They put their god into money. That is their trust.

 

That is the only thing they trust.

 

Oh, they go to church on Sunday. But have they really abandoned themselves and their concerns to Jesus, just like Matthew 6 says that.

 

Have they really surrendered themselves?

 

Our Lady said October 30, 1983:

 

“Why do you not put your trust in me? I know that you’ve been praying for a long time, but really surrender yourself. Abandon your concerns to Jesus. Listen to what He says in the gospel. ‘And who among you through his anxiety is able to add a single cubit to the length of his life?’”

 

So, there you have it. Three times Our Lady has mentioned this. She wanted this read in the village, in fact, we want to start reading it in the village, have a reading of it, a public reading of this.

 

Perhaps next year we will do this.

 

But this is critically important that this happen. It is critically important that Our Lady wants this to be part of the way we think.

 

Why? Because satan has his plans to enslave us and we are alerted and foreseen the evil, it will do less harm to us.

 

Repeat that to yourself.

 

So, think about everything in the way you are hooked in and enslaved, and you can’t stop. What is happening right now.

 

How do you get out of it?  How do we change it?

 

And that is what each Thursday show will be about. Because there are many things that have happened that has caused us to where we can’t stop.

So that was a Friend of Medjugorje, November 2009. That was from the very first Mejanomics broadcast ever.

 

And so to go back to the question from this person who says, “How is one to go about doing that?” The first thing is to step back to what a Friend of Medjugorje said in the piece we just heard.

 

He said, “I can show you my witness of what I have done.”

 

Now, what did he do? Was it good luck? Was it just things fell into place? Or was it that he had the right mentality, the right philosophy?

 

Many of these Mejanomics broadcasts are not necessarily giving you the nuts and bolts of XYZ.

 

Do this. Then do this. Then do this. Then do this.

 

Many of these broadcasts are “get this mentality right here first.”

 

All the while, pray and fast, and let God act. That is what a Friend of Medjugorje has said for many, many years.

 

And so, while it seemed like maybe, going around the world to answer this question, it is important to get the right things in order first.

 

This is a Friend of Medjugorje says in They Fired the First Shot, and you can go read this for yourself. This is in the chapter that is titled “Revolution, New Villages Not By a Method.” And if you have a copy of, They Fired the First Shot, you can go to page 671 and you can read this what we are about to read for you now.

 

So, this is what a Friend of Medjugorje says:

 

“If you set out to accomplish in your life what He, God, instructs you to do, then you trust that He will make a way for what He promised to happen, through His Word.  If you do not, nothing changes.”

 

So, what he is saying here, is if you want to get out from where you are, set out to follow what God wants you to do. Trust that He is going to make a way for that to happen.

 

In chapter 18 of It Ain’t Gonna Happen, and if you have a copy of It Ain’t Gonna Happen, you can go find this on page 259. a Friend of Medjugorje begins the section called, “The New Way of Life,” and he says, quote:

“Is what is being written that whatever you do, to buy silver, no. The best thing is to have the new way of life Our Lady brings to the world today.  Silver can be a means to temporarily help you get there. But, on the other hand, silver can be bad if possessed for the wrong reasons.”

 

So, again, a Friend of Medjugorje giving you the practical, but also going back to the principle of have the heart right.

 

Continuing in that chapter, he says:

 

“What is the better thing to have? Silver and gold or a way of life? The goal is to create a way of life in which you depend less and less on the dollar.”

 

Again, many of you have been schooled in this. You’ve read this. You’ve heard him say these things.

 

But to answer this question properly, it would not be in the spirit of what a Friend of Medjugorje does to just say, do this first, then do this second, then do this third, then do this fourth, etc.

 

His guidance has always been live right. Do what God asks you to do. Get mentalities right. Pray and fast. God will light up the next step to take.

 

And also, to address the other side of this, a Friend of Medjugorje says, when God opens up the opportunity, you act.

 

Many years ago, we were in Medjugorje. We were with a pilgrim group, and a Friend of Medjugorje came across some friends of ours who live in the village there.

 

And, for years they had been there, and we saw them all the time and they were always praying and one point he had asked them, what are you doing, like what are your plans and what are you working on?

 

And they said, oh nothing, we’re just praying. And he is like, but what are you doing? And they are like, “Oh nothing, we are just praying and we’re just going to see.”

 

“But you’ve been here like,” you know, I think at that point in time, it was like 15, almost 20 years, I think. “But you’ve been here all these years and you’re doing this and you are not, you haven’t done anything.”

 

And they’re like, no, yeah, we are just going to pray and just see what God does and we’re just not going to do anything.

 

But he says yeah, but you’ve got to do something. And he’s kind of like talking to them like this, like you’ve got to do something.

 

They’re mentality was, no, we’re not going to do that. And he said, but if you’re not moving, God can’t steer you. You’ve got to start somewhere and do something.

 

No, no, no, we’re just going to pray. And we’re just going to see.

 

And I remember him walking away from that going, “I don’t get that. I just don’t get that. How can God steer you if you are not moving?

 

So, on the other side of what we are telling you here, you pray, you fast, you let God act.

 

In a Friend of Medjugorje’s own words, when the door opens, you run through the door and you will know when those opportunities come.

And in your own words you said, it is an overwhelming thought.

 

It is overwhelming and it is also impossible.

 

It is not possible to do everything that you wrote in your letter.

 

Get the land, do this, do this, do this, do this. It’s overwhelming and it is an impossibility.

 

But that is the beauty of a Friend of Medjugorje and his life and his witness is that everything here at Caritas was impossible.

 

Everything here that has manifested and that has come through his commitment to Our Lady, through his getting the right mentality, praying, fasting, sacrificing and acting is the manifestation of things which were impossible.

 

And a Friend of Medjugorje, in a talk he gave, September 2010, to a pilgrim group in Medjugorje, tells us exactly the right attitude to have in these impossible situations.

 

Here is a Friend of Medjugorje:

 

“On August 22^nd, 1985, Our Lady says:

 

“I wish to tell you that God wants to send you trials, which you can overcome by prayer. God is testing you, through your daily chores. Now pray to peacefully withstand every trial. From everything through which God tests you, come out more open to God and approach Him with love.”

 

God doesn’t want you to close up. God wants you to open up through your trials.

 

We are in a position, the whole world is, not just the United States of America, but the whole world is in a position, every country, every family, every individual has to put their total reliance on God.

 

“…from everything through which God tests you, come out more open to God and approach Him with love…”

 

God, you are my reliance. You are my source of strength. You get me out of this.

 

We have situations so masterfully set up by the devil right now, that Our Lady has told us, in an incredible message:

 

“Prayer will find a way out of every situation that has no exit.”

 

Can you imagine that message? Prayer will find a way out of every situation that has no exit.

 

And we’ve got many people tangled out financially right now, in situations that they can’t see any way out, and yet, we have hope itself descending down into this village upon the earth, blessing every person upon the earth, whether they want it or not, whether they are aware of it or not, whether they hate God or not, they still get blessed.

 

And no matter how impossible this situation is, everyone can find the solution through prayer, and the room that has no door and get an exit.

 

How God does that is through your acceptance of trials and through you coming out more open to the love of God.

He checked underneath my bed.
An’ he could lift me with one arm,
Way up over top his head.
He could loosen rusty bolts
With a quick turn of his wrench.
He pulled splinters from his hand,

They brought the helicopter in.
Billy couldn’t feel his legs.
They said he’d never walk again.
But Billy said he would an’ his mom and daddy prayed,
An’ the day we graduated, he stood up to say:

Unsinkable ships sink.
Unbreakable walls break.
Sometimes the things you think would never happen,
Happen just like that.
Unbendable steel bends.
If the fury of the wind is unstoppable,
I’ve learned to never underestimate,
The impossible

So don’t tell me that it’s over.
Don’t give up on you and me.
‘Cause there’s no such thing as hopeless,
If you believe:

Unsinkable ships sink.

Sometimes the things you think would never happen,
Happen just like that.

If the fury of the wind is unstoppable,
