Many have not understood that the most important aspect of Our Lady’s apparitions is the message. A Friend of Medjugorje showed how to unlock the messages and to see what, for the first decade of the apparitions, almost no one saw. At first the villagers were intrigued with Our Lady’s words, but many of them grew accustom to them and heeding the messages waned. Even from the pulpits it is said “…Our Lady is saying nothing new, She is just repeating the Gospel, Do not place too much emphasis on the Messages, etc.”
