Everyday, the entire community stops the day to gather in the Field to pray the Rosary in preparation for Our Lady’s apparition. We kneel in silence at the end of the Rosary while Our Lady is appearing to the visionaries of Medjugorje. The apparition occurs at 11:40 (10:40)a.m. central time; 6:40 (5:40)p.m. Medjugorje time. This time of apparition has been honored in the field every day for over 18 consecutive years. This special moment has never been missed despite weather conditions, even tornado warnings, snow, rain, and heat. We will continue to pause at this time of our day. It is our normal practice in the community, for the children to gather at the foot of the statue of Our Lady during the five minutes in honor of Our Lady as She appeares upon the earth.
