Our Lady gave a beautiful gift this morning, concerning tonight’s Vigil for our nation’s birthday tomorrow to all the pilgrims gathered for prayer at 9:00a.m. The Caritas Community every morning during prayer opens up the book Words from Heaven to pick one random message out of the thousands Our Lady of Medjugorje has given over the years. Often Her words are profound in that they speak perfectly to the situations we are living through at that moment in our lives. This morning we requested of Her in our prayer that She give us words to help us prepare for the Vigil apparition this evening. The message that was randomly opened up to follows:

The day that comes, of course, is July 4th, our nation’s birthday, of which we will watch and pray tonight in vigil, waiting for this special day to dawn. The crowd of pilgrims broke out in applause upon hearing the profoundly beautiful words. In regards to Our Lady of Medjugorje’s words above, “…I would like to pray for you in a special way tonight…”, we encourage you to take the time to send us your petitions that we may have them in Our Lady’s presence this evening, that Our Lady may include you in Her prayers tonight as well.

Today, we consecrate our families to Our Lady. The prayer of consecration comes from a spontaneous prayer the Medjugorje visionary Marija spoke years ago when praying over a group of married couples on pilgrimage with Caritas. The words were so beautiful that it became a special prayer of the Community. We will be offering Our Lady our families during the morning Rosary in the Field, and again, tonight during the apparition.

Prayer and fasting can STOP WAR and SUSPEND THE LAWS OF NATURE. Will people wait until it is too late?
A close Senior girlfriend who lives in Houston, lost power at 2 am on Monday.  She got it back finally Thursday late but still no water, which now must be boiled before use until Monday.  Fortunately, she had a wood fireplace but not much wood stored.  She froze but better off than neighbors too afraid to use their fireplaces.  Hasn’t bathed and has pets.  Your broadcast was spot on with the empty commercial skyscrapers all lit up and the homes had nothing. People who didn’t sign up for fixed price kilowatt hour are now being charged $9/an hour and huge electric bills, and the fixed companies are filing for bankruptcy.  Texas has their own electric grid separate from the federal so nobody in Washington DC cares and are happy to see a red state go blue.  It’s a big wake up call for me. In spite of moving to North Florida from the highly populated South Florida, I still don’t have my own infrastructure, my own food and supplies, a wood fireplace (mine is gas), and much remains to be done.  I heard your message loud and clear. Thank you for this broadcast!  Let’s pray for those who stockpile food so that they may find it in their hearts to share withthose who have nothing…. And what about those who depend upon prescription medications in order to stay alive?My physician allowed me to stockpile to some degree when the corona virus hit, just in case supplies became short.  However,I doubt that he will allow me to start stockpiling medicine because I may need it in a future crisis, especially sincemedications have expiration dates.   Nevertheless, my life with God gives me peace about this because I figure that if I run out of medicine in a crisis, it must be timefor me to leave this world. :DBlessings to you and your community!
