One-third of the Expanding Conversion
Project 50 Field Angels Climbs Closer to the Goal!
As of last night, we have 303 people who have become a part of Expanding Conversion Project 50, a special initiative which a Friend of Medjugorje launched a few months ago and recently promoted a few weeks ago with the launch of I See Far. We are putting all our efforts to reach the goal as soon as possible.
Expanding Conversion Project 50 is an extension of the Caritas Field Angels. When a Friend of Medjugorje launched the Field Angel initiative in 1991, he received a tremendous response, and 5,000 people stepped forward to monthly support the mission of Caritas.
After the launch of the original Field Angels, a Friend of Medjugorje was in the village of Medjugorje. A prominent individual stirred up controversy about the Field Angel program, saying that it was wrong to call people “angels.” Amazingly, a Friend of Medjugorje was confronted about it and his answer was simple. A Friend of Medjugorje reminded the individual who confronted him, about what Our Lady said to the visionaries when they asked Her about how long She would stay. She told them: “As long as you will want me to, my angels…” The individual looked at a Friend of Medjugorje and just dropped it. The matter was not brought up again.
When we read in Scripture that one-third of the angels fell from Heaven, we find consolation in the fact that these “one-third of Our Lady’s angels” are responding to Her call to help bring souls to Heaven. Spread this to everyone you know. Make it a goal to help others sign up for this important initiative leading us into the 40th year of the apparitions next year.
