Dear Community of Caritas,
Every day I check your site searching for truth, guidance, consolation. When you first announced there will be three countries to visit, with all my heart I hoped one of them would be Mexico. I had the opportunity to go to Medjugorje in a Caritas pilgrimage last April-May and it was the experience of my life. I talk about it to every person I can so they long for Medjugorge, plus, reading about your silver jubelee and the wonderful things Our Lady is doing through your Community in the United States which inspire me; I made a request full of love and purity asking Our Lord “that the same conversion taking place in Medjugorje would also take place in Mexico again and be divinely spread through the country.” (for more information see Silver Jubilee) We have Guadalupe and yet, we need Our Mother again and again. TODAY the promise Our Lord gives in Psalms 37, 4 has become true. “Take delight in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart” Thank you Caritas. You truly are “Our Lady’s extended hands”.

The conditions of the world today have caused everyone in the world to be in search to fill a void in the heart. Man is trying materialism, sin, different religions, atheism, communism and many other “isms.” Yet nothing satisfies man’s heart. His quest has now brought societies cultures to the brink of collapse. Man feels the tremors of the impending earthquake of the destruction of life as we’ve known it. A new life, paralleling this collapse from the opposite direction will come. A new way of life will spring forth, bringing a new springtime for the Church. The signs are everywhere man looks. Our Lady said on May 2, 2009:
Man does not know what the tremendous grace ‘is’ in front of him at this unique moment in the history of the world. Our Lady said on November 8, 1984:
What man needs, what he must have, is what God sends him. Man cannot receive a greater need than what God decides when He fills that need. Man today needs a mother. The world needs a mother. God is filling that need with His best. His Mother is completeness in filling what the human heart yearns for. To be in the arms of She, Who held Him, the Christ. You are to be in Her arms. God desires this. Our Lady desires this. The whole world is placed in Her maternal care. You can come and be in the presence of She, your Mother, your Queen, Who will soothe all your concerns, meet all your needs, and fill your heart with a peace you’ve never known before. Tell all. Speak to everyone. Our Lady comes to three nations to meet you individually to kiss your heart and satisfy it’s longing. Come and give your heart away.

Even if circumstances at this moment do not seem possible for you to come – remember, prayer brings about miracles. So book your plans and pray, pray, pray, and Our Lady will work out the details. 2.Directions from Miami International Airport to St. Agnes Church
The event is located approximately 15 miles from the Miami International Airport, inthe baseball field immediately behind St. Anges Church. To get to St. Agnes Church from the airport:
Take 826 East
Merge onto 95 South
Take the Rickenbacker/Key Biscayne Exit (This will curve to the left into Key Biscayne Exit) approximately 5.8 miles. Exit the freeway, turning left onto South Miami Avenue. Turn right onto the Rickenbacker Causeway which will turn into Crandon Boulevard. There will be a toll booth directly in front of you. The toll charge is $1.50. You will see a sign saying you have now entered Key Biscayne. Stay on Crandon Boulevard for approximately 3-4 miles.
The first right off of Crandon Boulevard is Harbor Drive.

3. Where is the event located?
The event will be held in the ball field owned by St. Agnes Church located on church grounds, directly behind the church.
The Archbishop and Diocese of Miami has given permission for the event to be held in St. Agnes Church, however due to the large numbers of pilgrims, the event will be held in the ball field directly behind the church in order to better accommodate all who are coming to be with Our Lady.
4.Parking
We are expecting large crowds for this event, and ask that you please carpool to St. Agnes Church or come by bus due to limited parking in the Church parking lot.
There will be event parking signs as you approach the Church directing you to available parking at either Calusa Park or Crandon Park. Both of these parks are within a 5 minute walk from St. Agnes Church.
For those who are unable to walk, there will be a drop off point in front of the Church for carpool and bus drop-offs.
5.What is the dress code?
Remember you are coming to be in the presence of the Holy Virgin Mary. It is a very holy moment. In January, 1984, Our Lady gave ‘instruction’ to the pilgrims about the moment of apparition:
No sleeveless or low cut dresses.
No sleeveless or low cut shirts, blouses, or sweaters.
Dresses and skirts must be below the knee.
Only knee-length shorts will be allowed for both men and women. Capris may be worn.
No gym shorts or other short clothing.
No mid-drifts or clothing that exposes the back or stomach.
No see-through clothing or clothing that has inappropriate writing or pictures on it.
Casual dress, jeans, etc., is OK. We are speaking about modest dress.
Dress appropriately for the day in preparation to go before the Holy Event of Our Lady€™s apparition and other prayer times. Our Lady will come to the Medjugorje visionary Marija as we see each other, and She is dressed in this modern time with a veil and mantle. This in itself is a convicting sign of how immodest we have become. Help tell and invite one another that you are coming before the Blessed Virgin Mary, the most pure woman ever created and Her purity should be emulated.
This summer in Medjugorje, Marija was greeting pilgrims outside her chapel just before apparition time. It had been very hot the day before and Marjia told pilgrims she wished it would rain €œbecause the rain would make you put more clothes on.€ She then spoke strongly to those gathered that what you wear reflects the state of your soul.
6.How important is this event?
Those who longed for and who could never afford to go to Medjugorje can have the grace now. Your coming to be in the presence of the Queen of Peace, October 24, 2011, when She appears to Marija Lunetti, visionary of Medjugorje, is a special grace and opportunity for you to pray for yourself and your family.
Our Lady said on May 20, 2011:
We live in a moment of man€™s history, unique and like no other. For those of you who are able to bring your children, know they will one day tell your grandchildren, €œI was there.€ Even if you must rearrange your schedule for the 6:40 pm apparition on October 24, 2011 of Our Lady, do not let anything keep you from coming to be in Our Lady€™s presence. Your children€™s schooling, work, other obligations, etc., are not comparable to being in Our Lady€™s presence. Let no obstacle block you. Make a decision that will change your life and the life of your family.
Our Lady says on January 25, 1987:

8.What do I need to bring?
Because of the crowds we recommend bringing:
Water
Blanket
Hat
Sunscreen
Small Garbage Bag*
Rosaries, medals, scapulars, etc…** (to be blessed by Our Lady)
*Please help to keep the grounds clean both before Our Lady appears and after Her apparition, as these grounds are now holy. Encourage others around you to pick up any trash you might see. It’s a great chance to show your love for Our Lady and witness to others the importance of what is taking place.
**Bring extra religious objects to share with others who were unable to be in Her presence, giving the gift of a religious object blesed by the Blessed Virgin Mary in whose presence you stood. As Our Lady Herself has said on June 23, 1982, “These apparitions are the last in the world.” When the Medjugorje apparitions are over the world will never have Fatima, Lourdes, or Medjugorje-type apparitions again.
9. What NOT to bring:
No gum (although this culture has lost etiquette, it is not proper to chew gum while praying and/or while in the presence of the Virgin Mary)
No Smoking
No cell phones
No CD players, walkmans, iTunes, etc…
No immodest dress
No canopy’s, umbrellas or tents (which will block the view of others)
No lounge chairs/other chairs
Please remember, do not violate other pilgrims and the reverent spirit of what is happening here.
10.Does the event cost anything?
No, this is a spiritual event of grace freely given from God of which is free to attend.

Please read in entirety and pass onto all those attending
There is additional information that is necessary to know for those who will be attending this apparition on Monday, October 24, 2011. Please pass this information to those you know who are coming.
The site of the ball field where Our Lady’s apparition will be taking place is located next to St. Agnes Church in Key Biscayne. It is also near two schools that will be letting out around 2:00 PM. For the safety of the children, the local police have asked for the cooperation of the pilgrims attending the Medjugorje gathering.
For those parking at Crandon Park, the shuttle buses will not begin bringing pilgrims to the site until 2:15 PM. For those walking, the ball field will be open at 2:00 PM—but not before. You will not be allowed to enter before 2:00 PM.
There is a drop-off location for the handicap at the Presbyterian Church parking lot, near the site where Our Lady will be appearing. Again, for the safety of the children leaving school, no one is allowed to come to this drop-off area until 2:15 PM.
Remember to bring blankets to sit upon. Roses will be available to give as a gift to Our Lady, for a donation of $2.00. The roses will not be collected, but instead, keep them with you. Our Lady will bless the roses during the apparition and you can bring them back to your homes as a special remembrance of this apparition. Bottled water will be available for a donation of $2.00. Port-o-lets will also be on hand.
Come Meet A Friend of Medjugorje and the Caritas Community
A Friend of Medjugorje, his wife and the Community of Caritas will be present to welcome you to this special Medjugorje gathering. Caritas Community members will be located under a large tent by the ball field where we will be handing out free material about Medjugorje and Our Lady to all those in attendance. We extend a special invitation to our Caritas Field Angels, Medjugorje.com core group members and friends of the mission to come and introduce yourselves to us. We would love to see old friends and meet new ones. To all those attending this event, you have been in our daily prayers throughout these past months that Our Lady would bless you profoundly in this special gathering.
