Glimpses of the old life of Medjugorje still exist and they teach us even today. Sometimes you come face to face with them, and perhaps it is time each one really comes face to face with the reality of the current life, and the reality of where we should be heading.

Sometimes in walking through the village of Medjugorje you come face to face with the simple village life. The question is, what does the old life simple life teach us and is it a glimpse of what is to come? Perhaps this excerpt from It Ain’t Gonna Happen will enlighten us more:

“When one went to Medjugorje in the 1980’s, it was wonderful to see the resourcefulness of the village living a sustenance way of life. Many families raised a couple of pigs for the year, smoked them to preserve them without refrigeration, had chickens for eggs and meat, a milk cow, goats, sheep for wool clothing, a small vineyard for wine and a garden for vegetables and fruit. They often did this on less than two acres of land. Living this way brought a high level of freedom from the slavery of the economic order. Medjugorje visionary, Marija, said of her being raised in an agrarian life, that sometimes she remembered crying in the fields because it was hard, but they would come home and stay up until midnight, talking, laughing, cutting up, and just being happy. It was not an idealistic life, rather one of hard work. But they were a happy people, living close to the soil. The main point is they actually created wealth right out of the ground, rather than being only a consumer, in debt and a slave to a serfdom economic system where, in our present system, when people lose their jobs, suddenly they have no way to feed them selves. And as more people lose their jobs, the government’s capability is limited in giving handouts. How many will be able to eat? This is a serious question to ask yourself. So what happens when the system overloads, as it will do in a paper currency, fiat money system, when wealth is not being created, but rather transferred inthe debt baloon, which is only becoming bigger? It will pop.”

  1. Yes,that was one of the predictions of Mama Mary that people would be going back to the old life. It’s beautiful when people were not that materialistic–when children would just be contented sharing toys with their siblings–unlike nowadays that kids are no longer satisfied with just one toy–they want more and more and never are satisfied.People who are economically poor are considered not really deprived if they have God in their hearts–If you have God in your life–you have everything.

Hello I live in the UK where we cannot access the Medjugorje Silver Round.  So I have bought up a small amount of plain sliver bullion and plan to keep doing this when I can afford it.  I hope and pray some day to be able to exchange it for Medjugorje Silver Rounds – silver in its proper place.
