The Feast of the Miracle of the Sun at Fatima, and it’s significance to Medjugorje.

Today, October 13, is the anniversary of the Miracle of the Sun at Fatima, and the last public apparition of Our Lady to the 3 visionaries of Fatima. Sixty-four years later, Our Lady began Her daily apparitions in Medjugorje. While some have tried to paint Medjugorje as competition to Fatima, it was Our Lady Herself in Medjugorje Who said:

It is the same Virgin Mary appearing in Medjugorje Who appeared at Fatima. The same Queen, the same Mother, the same Love.
In December 1998, A Friend of Medjugorje was finishing writing the latest Field Angel newsletter, The Ten Secrets of Medjugorje, Where We Stand. The writing very heavily connected the events of Fatima and Medjugorje, and to the events of the future, the events that await the world.
The Miracle of the Sun as it appeared at Caritas that day in December 1998. While the still picture does not capture the pulsating sun, the image is still alive in the hearts of those who witnessed it.
One morning, as the Community of Caritas was filling orders in their shipping department at the Tabernacle of Our Lady’s Messages, someone yelled for them to go outside immediately. The call was urgent. Everyone raced outside. No one would be prepared for what was to meet them. One by one, they found themselves in front of the Tabernacle of Our Lady’s Messages, facing in the direction of the Bedroom of Apparitions and the Field of Apparitions. What they saw stopped everyone motionless in their tracks. For what met them was the sun, brilliantly spinning and pulsating; the Miracle of Sun, on a day that was not a special feast of any kind. It was understood by everyone present that this Miracle of the Sun, was a sign from Our Lady, and of Her blessing on the writing that was just being released, The Ten Secrets of Medjugorje, Where We Stand.

Wow..so much truth here. This tape is truly a gift to those who have ears to listen and for those who are not ready much food for thought. I am going to give a copy of this to my Pastor and one to my nephew who is a Deacon. I have no words to really express my thanks to your faithfulness to Our Lady of Medjugorge which resulted in your passing on to us the Fruits of that faithfulness so as to encourage us to do our part to help Our Church. We should all pray to borrow a phrase,” that the smoke of satan” be dispelled by the overshadowing and fire of the Holy Spirit today as a new Pentecost in our Church.
To all of you all over the earth. I loved it very much. This Mejanomics with a friend of Medjugorje spiritually HITS the targets of the word scandals. Synonyms are shame – dishonor – disgrace – disrepute – discredit – infamy – ignominy – embarrassment – odium – opprobrium – censure – obloquy – stigma. I do not have such a gift to speak out with words. It took me 3 hours to translate it from French to English… and it worth it. Yes, I am sad and exhausted of non-spoken words and inactions to reveal the truth about some priests, Bishops and many past Popes scandals. We must pray also for Them as Our Lady asked us to do so a few months ago. We also must react. We deserve the truth. The truth is as clear as spring water.
