Medjugorje visionary, Mirjana is looking up into the eyes of the Mother of Jesus before her. Mirjana’s face, eyes and expression are full of light.

Look around you today. Everything that ‘illuminates’ the eyes, minds and hearts of man is at the touch of his hands. Cell phones, computer screens, ipads are constantly connected, giving man the power to find answers to any question he has. They ‘illuminate’ his face and eyes, while keeping his heart darkened, void of God.

Our Lady of Medjugorje, speaking to the hearts of men today, January 2, 2016 said:

“…the words of my Son…are the only light…in the darkness of today…”

Jesus, speaking to the hearts of men 2,016 years ago said:

“…I am the light of the world; he who follows me will not walk in darkness…” John 8:12

Today, man goes to many ‘lights’ for answers, yet still is in the ‘darkness of today’. What was written by a Friend of Medjugorje about television nineteen years ago in the book I See Far, can give insight into Our Lady’s words today:
 

“…Is it possible that the angel of light, lucifer, places just beneath our noses something so common to seduce us? This something is so common, yet it reaches people of all walks, even those who cannot read…”
