A Friend of Medjugorje will be in Nanuet, New York (just outside of New York City) on Wednesday, May 14, and Norwich, Connecticut, on Thursday, May 15, 2014 to share his testimony concerning Medjugorje, Our Lady’s messages, and how they connect to the serious events that are surrounding the Church, our nation and world today.
The first hour of each talk will be only for those who have read They Fired the First Shot 2012. This will give those who have read the book the opportunity to meet with others in their areas who are wishing to progress with the plan as laid out in the book. With the recent How To New Communities Convention that took place at Caritas this past April 29 – May 1, we know there are thousands of people from across the nation who are keenly interested in forming CSPG’s (you have to read the book to know what that means) and who are advancing in this plan inspired through Medjugorje for our future. This meeting of hearts with A Friend of Medjugorje has been extremely valuable to people who are wanting to start a CSPG but do not know of people in their area they can connect with. It is also invaluable to be able to meet with A Friend of Medjugorje who shares the progression of thought and action that is taking place around the nation through those implementing They Fired the First Shot principles.
Again, only those who have read the book They Fired the First Shot 2012 will be allowed in the first hour of the talks, from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. on May 14 in Nanuet, New York, and May 15 in Norwich, Connecticut. The second talk, beginning at 7:30 pm will be open to all those interested in learning more about Our Lady and Her apparitions in Medjugorje. All are welcome to this second talk and are encouraged to come as the apparitions are vitally important to understanding the world we live in and what we can do today to safeguard our future. There will be a wide variety of free materials available to take home and to spread to others.

In the hectic world in which we live, it is never easy to pull away from responsibilities, school, jobs, etc. But it is always worth the sacrifice to spend time contemplating Our Lady, Her words and Her presence in our world today, just as the large crowd above, who gathered to hear A Friend of Medjugorje speak.
Time is given at each talk for people to meet each other as well as gather material brought by the community that will help them continue their spiritual growth through Our Lady’s messages. Often Caritas Field Angels and other supporters of our mission will come to these talks and replenish their supplies of Caritas materials that they keep on hand to give away to people they encounter so to introduce them to Our Lady. We bring a large supply of materials for this purpose.

A heart will not be led to conversion unless there is a connection made directly to the heart of Jesus or to Our Lady. It is this meeting of hearts that the members of the Caritas Community pray for whenever A Friend of Medjugorje is speaking anywhere. A heart that encounters Our Lady is led by the Holy Spirit to contemplate what needs to change in their lives in order to become more faithful followers of Her Son. A Friend of Medjugorje brings with him 28 years of experience in walking with Our Lady and has valuable insight in understanding what opens the heart to the grace of Our Lady and Her words.
