On Christmas Day in the December 25, 2022, message given by Our Lady through Medjugorje visionary, Marija, Our Lady says, “…I am carrying my Son Jesus…” On the same day, in Her message given through Medjugorje visionary, Jakov, in his annual message, Our Lady said, “…In a special way, with Jesus in my arms…”
Meditating on these words of Our Lady, a Friend of Medjugorje saw something profound and it made him think of Our Lady’s November 2, 2019, message in which She said:
A Friend of Medjugorje spoke about this in his latest Radio WAVE broadcast, entitled “1968 Song Reveals Its Mystery Through Our Lady,” that aired on December 26, 2022. A segment from A Friend of Medjugorje’s broadcast follows:
“There’s something profound in Jakov’s message [when Our Lady said, “with Jesus in my arms”.] What do you think Jesus did in Our Lady’s arms? He slept. God slept in the arms of the Virgin Mary… Her arms were the bed for Her Child. And at the end of His life, at the foot of the Cross in Our Lady’s arms, when they lowered Jesus [into them], those arms were His deathbed. As Jakov said, “…illuminating the entire world in a special way, with Jesus in my arms…” The arms of the Virgin Mary held Jesus at His birth and at His death.”
A Friend of Medjugorje continued in his broadcast:
“As we walked with Our Lady for all these times, these decades, She gives us the gift of the real Baby Jesus. Our Lady’s hands, and what She held 2,000 years ago, was more than what She could even understand Herself. She believed it, but can you imagine you are holding God? To believe what is unbelievable, She had to open Her heart. She gave Herself, to let shine the light of love for Christmas for us. She was eye to eye with Jesus. We don’t need presents. We don’t need the lights and decorations. We need the light of Jesus. What Our Lady is asking and begging of you to do is just open your heart to Her Son to shine the light of love from Her hands to your hands. The treasure that is given to us is more than our hands can hold.”
Let yourself be drawn deeper into these mysteries that Our Lady inspired through a Friend of Medjugorje’s reading of Her Christmas 2022 messages. Don’t allow the world to take Christmas away from you too soon. Jesus is only three days old. Do as Our Lady asked: Make your heart the stable of Bethlehem. Allow Jesus to be born in your heart. That your life will become of the light of His birth.
