November 1, 2017 A.D.
As many of you know, who have been following a Friend of Medjugorje’s writings, on October 31, the Caritas Community celebrates a special feast, the Feast of Morta. Many writings have covered this, listed at the end. We share with you a few moments from our special night together.

Caritas Community, gathered in John Jacob Cemetery next to the Field of Apparitions, named after the son of a Friend of Medjugorje and his wife. The Caritas Community, first named relatives and friends of the mission and then prays a Rosary on their behalf.
As the Caritas Community gathered to pray in the John Jacob Cemetery, last night, October 31, 2017, at Caritas, we remembered also the prayer intentions of a Friend of Medjugorje and the rest of our Community who are in Medjugorje right now. Like every year, certain names of relatives and friends of the mission continued to come up: Meme, Papa Tony, John Jacob, Andrea, Zio Greg, Grandma Mac, Grandma Breckler, Kelly G., Christopher M., Peter R., Al M., Mario C.,…
Those who have died in recent tragic events were also continually named. These souls, relatives and friends of our Community we feel a deep closeness to, closer then when on the earth. Tomorrow, November 2, Heaven itself will be very close to us, as Our Lady will appear to Mirjana and speak to us on the day of prayer for non-believers. Our Lady appears between 8:30 AM and 9 AM Medjugorje time, which, for the remainder of this week, is just 6 hours ahead of Central Time USA. Our Lady’s message through Mirjana will be posted here on Medjugorje.com.
This is a time to draw near to Our Lady, a time Our Lady has said twice in the past month, is a time of grace. A Friend of Medjugorje will also be speaking us to on Radio WAVE, from Medjugorje. Be in prayer…

Thank you for such a beautiful writing. I read every one. I have made it my mission to visit our cemetery from November 1 through November 8th to obtain indulgences for the Poor Souls, this writing just reinforces that mission. Thank you again!!
