Our Lady’s usage of the word “sowing”, though a metaphor, shows Her mentality of the world – Agrarian, a life based in the soil. A Friend of Medjugorje has been saying and writing for many years that this is the future of the world, a new way of life based in an agrarian life. A Friend of Medjugorje writes:
“…there will be those dropping to their knees when they come to realize how much time they spent in idleness when they could have channeled those years into building a way of life.
Proverbs 12:11
“He who tills his own land has food in plenty, but he who follows idle pursuits is a fool.”
“We are in a time of not so much needing to reflect on the past, but rather to reflect on the future that is heading our way like a freight train. Our Lady said:

“Our future is Jesus, not mammon. Who is your master? We, at Caritas, have been building Caritas’ mission while, at the same time, meeting our life needs through our labor. With one hand evangelizing, and the other hand working to build a ‘way of life’ as directed by Our Lady. Both hands to build and make Our Lady more known and loved, as St. Louis de Montfort states:
“…they will fight with one hand and build with the other…”1
As we celebrate the 100th Anniversary Jubilee of Fatima in just two days, we need to not lose sight of the fact that the changes Our Lady wishes to bring about in the world are not just spiritual, but those spiritual changes result in something physical. It is heading our way like a freight train. Will major physical changes happen on October 13? We cannot say. But, what will happen on October 13, in the spiritual realm, will help to bring about that new way of life. This is the message of conversion Our Lady spoke at Fatima, and which She is now fulfilling in Medjugorje. Do not be paralyzed in fear, but be active in working. Fight with the Rosary in one hand, build with the other.
