We have received many phone calls and messages over the past few days from people asking about the funeral arrangements for Wayne Weible, who died on Saturday, April 21.
The funeral services for Wayne Weible, are scheduled to take place at 11:00 AM, on Friday, May 4, 2018, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Blairsville, Georgia, USA. To get an idea of the location, this is roughly 4 hours east from Caritas in Birmingham, Alabama, and a little over 2 hours northeast from the Atlanta airport. A map follows below.
A Friend of Medjugorje spoke with Wayne’s wife Judith and she has said that all are welcome to the funeral service.
Our Lady of Medjugorje said on July 25, 1999:
Lasting friendships is one of the most outward signs of Our Lady’s Medjugorje apparitions. One of the last times that a Friend of Medjugorje met Wayne, was last year at the Caritas Mission House in Medjugorje, where they spent some time catching up on their missions. In the work of spreading the message, each person follows their own course as shown to them by Our Lady. Those with good-will, see the value in each person’s mission work. One Caritas Community member who ran into Wayne a number of years ago in Medjugorje was told by Wayne, “I’ve always considered [a Friend of Medjugorje] a good friend and I always mention him in the front of my books.”
We can say too, that Wayne was indeed a good friend, and now, will be an even better friend, from Heaven. ♥
