Have you ever received a free “giveaway” just for showing up?
No matter the distance, the weather or the season, there are thousands across the world who come together, recognizing the opportunity of their lifetime. While others may wait anticipating earthly “celebrities,” those who gather to spend the night in prayer in the amphitheater of Apparition Mountain, are truly blessed, receiving the greatest of graces and the Blessed Virgin Mary’s visitation the next day among them.
Often, those who are invited to attend special events receive free “giveaways” for being present at the event. Those who were invited but chose not to be present at the event don’t get the same free “giveaways.” How much more are the “free gifts” received in one’s soul for being present before Our Lady on the mountain in Medjugorje? For those present on Apparition Mountain, Monday, November 2, 2015, great graces were received. A Friend of Medjugorje shares the experience in Medjugorje with pilgrims who had spent the night on Apparition Mountain November 1, 2015:
“…The fact that you spent the night on the mountain is not without the rewards. You will find out fifteen years from now something happened [in your life that was connected to your being] here…Our Lady said yesterday, [November 2, 2015 A.D.] “…I have gathered you around me in the name of My Son according to His will…” She comes in the name of Her Son, the name of Jesus Christ. This is an important statement She is saying. She wants this: “…around me with My Son, according to His will…” It is Jesus’ will that you come to Medjugorje, that you go around Her, that you take back what you have and [bring it] to others. On Cross Mountain Our Lady said, “You are on a Tabor. You receive blessings, strength, and love. Carry them into your families and into your homes…”1 You’re not supposed to do that? You’re supposed to leave it here? You’re supposed to be quiet? Don’t let that stop you…It is Her Son Who we are coming here, through Her, to be gathered around. Those are Her words. So you either [listen to Our Lady is asking and gather around Her here in Medjugorje, or you] listen to somebody else and their wish [of], “Don’t come to Medjugorje,” or “Wait until the Church approves it.” The world would be over, vanished, disappeared by that time…”
Medjugorje is a place where the Queen of Peace is sent by God to deliver a plan of peace to the world. We are called to go there, we are called to be a part of it, we are called to spread it. Pray and make a way for you to become a part of that plan, a “free gift” of being called to apostleship.

1. On June 24, 1986 Our Lady appeared to Medjugorje visionaries Marija and Ivan with their prayer group on Cross Mountain. There were 30,000 to 50,000 people present. This is the third time Our Lady gives the SPECIAL BLESSING in which those receiving it may bless others in Our Lady’s name.
