Our Lady of Medjugorje said on March 2, 2017:
The Mother wants to help cure the pains, the sufferings and to share our joys.

It is not uncommon to see little makeshift Crosses like the above on Cross Mountain in Medjugorje. They are impulses of the heart. Are they signs of devotion as much as they are true representations of exactly what they portray, a Cross? Indeed, they are signs of devotion, but they have also been placed there because these individuals are most-likely carrying a burden too heavy to carry. Each of these Crosses carries behind it a story of sorrow or heartache. Every individual has a Cross which they are to carry, and sometimes those burdens have been caused by bad decisions in life which cannot immediately be changed. The world is full of these decisions. A Friend of Medjugorje tells more of this world of bad decisions:
The world needs healing, no one questions that, even many non-believers. But it is Our Lady whose call reveals to us what kind of healing it needs. No other news source, no other voice can we have as much confidence in as Hers. It is not theory or opinion, but Her call, Her words from Heaven.

Why? Because man has become the creator of this modern world. The society he has created is filled with dissatisfactions, heartache, grieving, sorrow, an absence of joy of the heart. Our Lady said:
“…You are creating a new world without God, only with your own strength and that is why you are unsatisfied and without joy in the heart…” January 25, 1997
Man has allowed and brought about the absence of peace.1
Many today are unsatisfied and without joy, because of the world they have built up in allowing the spirit of modernism in their life. Our Lady has come to help us unravel from the tangle of modernism and find peace, help us carry our Cross and find the way to joy. Remember that tomorrow March 25, Our Lady will give a message for the world through Marija. These words of Our Lady are a guide to navigate through the daily burdens of life, and into the joy of a new way of life with God. The Mother, Who wants to help cure your sufferings, will have words for your heart, from Her heart…
