Today’s society has deprived man of God. Society, as a whole, because of man’s weakness of faith, has formed and made the world’s Christian cultures lose, forget, or turn from God. The society of the world has influenced Christians to such a degree that even Our Lady says many Christians live as pagans. Therefore, during these turbulent days, to equip oneself for the future to the highest degree, Medjugorje is a must. We do not say this to strike fear, rather to awaken those of you who are asleep. Fear has nothing to do with the children of Our Lady who follow Her. It is a path of love, of knowing a loving God and His mercy in sending Our Lady to nurse back the world to spiritual health.
Nations of people are to come and be the carriers which transport the gifts of grace from Medjugorje to the world. You are called, invited by Our Lady, for an awesome task — to a place of great significance for all the earth. How special is this village? Medjugorje visionary, Marija, when asked why did Our Lady choose to come to Medjugorje, stated:
“The Blessed Mother told me the Eternal Father permitted the Blessed Mother to choose any place on earth to bring these messages to the world. She chose Medjugorje because the faith is so strong here.”
It is important to understand Medjugorje is the “center,” the central point upon the earth for the spiritual renewal of the whole world. It cannot be questioned if one grasps the profoundness of Our Lady’s call.
So, would you not make a pilgrimage to Jerusalem 2000 years ago to see or meet Jesus and Mary? Who would not want to go to Medjugorje to be where Mary of Nazareth, now the Mother of the world, is physically present in a transfigured body every single day! What of those who through various reasons cannot go? The desire and prayer is what is necessary. We, through the years, have heard untold numbers of miraculous stories of those who had no money, unbreakable obligations, or many other obstacles which prevented them from going. All they had was a fervent desire. In a marvelous way prayer to Our Lady brought it about. Medjugorje is beyond an event. It is a “happening” in a moment of time that will be remembered in eternity. You are alive in that “particular time” of this happening. We encourage you to go. Do not delay. We do not say this because we want to fill our pilgrimages to Medjugorje. Our writings have been the cause for many other groups to be filled. Our desire is that you do what anyone 2000 years ago would have done: drop everything to go to a little village which was chosen, not just to change the world, but time itself, to bring us to a new time. You will encounter Heaven itself upon the earth. It will be a tragedy for those who did not experience this moment in time…you will not regret it!
