Do You Know What This Place Is?

Do You Know What This Place Is?

April 24, 2020 A.D.

Our Lady said on February 25, 1995:

“Today I invite you to become missionaries of my messages, which I am giving here through this place that is dear to me…”

The “place” of Medjugorje is what? How can one describe it?

Apparition Mountain in Medjugorje, 2001

(Medjugorje photo taken early Summer 2001) – Do you know what this place is? Look hard. This is the top of Apparition Mountain, where millions of pilgrims have prayed and been in Our Lady’s presence. In the latter part of 2001, this simple aluminum Cross was replaced by a marble statue given by a group of Korean pilgrims. For those who went to Medjugorje in the earlier years, like a Friend of Medjugorje, there is a certain nostalgia for the simpler times in Medjugorje. On the Miraculous Medal Medjugorje Silver Round, this is the image of the simple Cross that portrays Apparition Mountain.

Medjugorje. Do you know what this place is? Do you know what this place is doing? A Friend of Medjugorje sums this up in a simple statement:

No one merits to walk upon this Holy Ground. Those who have will never be the same. Medjugorje transforms and will transform all the earth.

– a Friend of Medjugorje
A Favored Place – July 8, 2014

What is Medjugorje? Medjugorje is Holy Ground, even if others ridicule, poke fun at it, try to disprove it, or simply do not believe in it. As a Friend of Medjugorje said, the entire world will be transformed because of Medjugorje. Believe it or not, like it or not, it will happen in “this place that is dear” to Our Lady.

  1. I have been desiring to go to Medjugorje for many years and now retired I have an opportunity to visit this fall, Praise God and thank you Blessed Mother! Pray with me that we are able to travel this fall.

  2. I’m an 82 year old woman who has never been to Medjugorje or Alabama Caritas.. but I truly believe in the apparitions of my Blessed Mother. She’s come to help us turn back to God. Many were getting lost with the things of this world so the Lord sent her to help us return to God.. my health is the reason I’ve never tried to go there. But my Blessed Mother knows this. But I always ask for Her Blessings upon me and my adult children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.. I thank Her for coming here to help us and teach us how to please Her and My Lord.. I thank God for His gifts to me.. spiritually and temporarily . I pray others will come to believe as I do. I’m glad her messages are being spread throughout the world. We must all pray together that God will have mercy on us and send His love to us to share with others.. especially now during this epidemic of vivid 19. The Lord has touched me in many ways and am grateful from the bottom of my heart. I pray People will listen to Our Lady

  3. I strongly agree. I have memories engraved in my heart from the Caritas 2017 Oct-Nov Medjugorje Pilgrimage. Words cannot explain the experience that Caritas encourages you to walk. I yearn to walk the holy grounds once more, just once. My life will never be the same even if I revoke what I experienced. There is no escaping such Grace 🙂
