Do Something Spiritual and Beautiful

Do Something Spiritual and Beautiful

Holy Saturday
April 11, 2020 A.D.

Our Lady of Medjugorje gave a message on May 2, 2016, and Her words are a revelation:

“In spirituality is beauty. Everything that is spiritual is alive and very beautiful…”

In order to really understand these words and what Our Lady has revealed, it is necessary to first look at how Our Lady has used these words, then we can understand Her revelation.

Looking out over the valley at Caritas on Good Friday

(Photo taken Good Friday April 10, 2020, 2:53 PM) – Minutes before 3 PM, the moment of Jesus’ death, one of the Caritas Community kids prayerfully looks out from the Cross, over the vast valley in which Caritas is nestled.

Beautiful:

December 18, 1986 – “When you pray, you are much more beautiful, like flowers which, after the snow, show all their beauty and all their colors become indescribable… pray and open your inner self to the Lord so that He makes of you a harmonious and beautiful flower for Paradise…”

September 2, 2018 – “I will gather your prayers as flowers from the most beautiful garden and give them as a gift to my Son… Be gardens of the most beautiful flowers…”

January 27, 1986 – “How the scenery is beautiful when we look at nature in the morning in all its freshness!”

February 25, 2011 – “Nature is awakening and on the trees the first buds are seen which will bring most beautiful flowers and fruit…”

April 25, 2011 – “As nature gives the most beautiful colors of the year, I also call you to witness with your life…”

It is possible to continue in this manner, and one will find that repeatedly, Our Lady associates beauty with nature. These messages help us to understand better what a Friend of Medjugorje said during the April 9, 2020, Mejanomics broadcast, which helps to understand the revelation Our Lady gave. It is for us an instruction of what we need to do for Easter, since many cannot receive the Eucharist:

I challenge you. Plan your Easter morning to take a hike with God, for an encounter with Him and His Son’s Resurrection. Isn’t it interesting that Mary Magdalene was the first one to encounter Him? Where? In nature… So, my challenge to you is, to plan something for Easter morning and Holy Saturday night, a spiritual communion. Even with your family, get off and be in solitude, and some place you may go and have an encounter with God, because He wants us to learn how to be spiritual without the church, without even Communion, without the Sacraments… Go out in creation. Bless it. Open your heart to Our Lady. Open your heart to Her Son, and resurrect your soul, feed it, feed it the spiritual communion it’s starving for, and have that encounter with the Creator.

Why Go to a Lesser Experience? – April 9, 2020

To sum up what a Friend of Medjugorje is saying, it is as simple as this: If Our Lady’s messages associate nature as beautiful, and spiritual as beautiful, then nature would also be spiritual. Technology is not spiritual, because Our Lady said that, “Everything that is spiritual is alive…”  and technology is not alivenature is alive. Will you be spending Easter in front of a T.V., computer, cellphone? Take a Friend of Medjugorje’s very wise advice, and experience something truly spiritual and beautiful by making a Spiritual Communion with Jesus out in nature.

For your spiritual nourishment, a Spiritual Communion…

“O Jesus, I turn toward the Holy Tabernacle where You live hidden for love of me. I love you, O my God. I cannot receive you in Holy Communion. Come nevertheless and visit me with Your grace. Come spiritually into my heart. Purify it. Sanctify it. Render it like unto Your own. Amen.”

“Lord, I am not worthy that Thou shouldst enter under my roof, but only say the word and my soul shall be healed.”

  1. I live at the Lake in Northern Saskatchewan Canada, one back from lake front but there’s a beautiful spot with a bench on lake front , 50 feet high over looking our long lake, where I love to sit and do my Rosary and Chaplet of Mercy. We have about 3 feet of snow everywhere. It was every windy yesterday and it was coming off the lake so my path and my bench are buried in 2 feet of snow drifts, so at 6:30Pm my husband and I went and shovelled about 200 feet of snow to make a path to my bench so I could go there for Resurrection Sunday morning. My husband left after we finished shovelling but I stayed behind to just take in the beauty of the lake. It was cloudy here all day but in the west there was a long break in the clouds just enough for the sun to come streaming through, a beautiful site! I did a spiritual communion and just as I finished the clouds thinned enough so that the sun looked like a big white host!!! As quickly as it came it disappeared and clouds rolled back in! Amazing!

  3. Blessings and greetings from Cd. Obregon,Mexico. Today we have collected the first tomatoes from the garden that we planted on last November. With two of my sons (the boys) and it was beautiful, perhaps because it was some spiritual experience since we have consecrated this plants to Our Lady and also others that we planted with some friends in a field not far from the city. Thanks a lot to Caritas for giving example of returning to the nature, of going back to spiritual living…

  4. Just Beautiful-the statements from Mary and the thoughtful reflections following. I’ve been going into nature frequently lately and the more I am there the more I desire it-it is peaceful and meditative. Thank you for all that you do–God Bless Always.

  5. These are very beautiful thoughts and shows us how close you are to God and the Blessed Mother making me to desire it. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, makes me want to do more.
